Abstract

本发明提供的是一种氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂及其制备方法。按(体积比)骨胶0.8-2%、脲醛树脂0.8-2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)5-10%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)0.8-2.5%和余量的水的比例备好原料,先将骨胶、脲醛树脂混合并加入10倍的水,在65-75℃温度下加热20-30分钟,制成胶液,再与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三乙醇胺混合,在65-75℃温度下加热5-10分钟,最后加水稀释制成产品。产品的质量好、成本低。方法简单。

Description

氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂及其制造方法
本发明涉及的是一种水泥添加剂及其制造方法。
目前用于普通硅酸盐水泥添加剂,例如防水剂、发泡剂等的种类较多,对提高和改善水泥的性能的作用也比较明显。由于氯氧镁水泥与普通硅酸盐水泥在酸碱度及其它性质上的差别,导致了普通硅酸盐水泥的添加剂不能被应用于氯氧镁水泥。由于氯氧镁水泥本身固有的缺陷性,其反应机理也众说纷芸,对它的研究一直处于起起落落的状态中,用于氯氧镁水泥的发泡剂也不多,目前的氯氧镁水泥发泡剂主要有镁粉、双氧水、烷基苯磺酸钠和水溶性聚硅酮的混合物、生物血等,它存在着制造工艺复杂、不稳定、成本高和使用复杂等不足之处。
本发明之目的在于提供一种可明显改善氯氧镁水泥的性能、性能稳定、成本低廉的氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂。本发明之目的还在于提供一种工艺简单的氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂的制造方法。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明的产品含有(体积比)骨胶0.8-2%、脲醛树脂0.8-2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)5-10%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)0.8-2.5%和余量的水。
本发明的产品按如下方法来制造:按(体积比)骨胶0.8-2%、脲醛树脂0.8-2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)5-10%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)0.8-2.5%和余量的水的比例备好原料,先将骨胶、脲醛树脂混合并加入10倍的水,在65-75℃温度下加热20-30分钟,制成胶液,再与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三乙醇胺混合,在65-75℃温度下加热5-10分钟,最后加水稀释制成产品。
本发明的产品具有起泡率高,泡沫稳定,制品强度高、容量小,工艺简单,成本低,改善产品的抗水性能等优点。使得氯氧镁水泥的应用领域更为广泛,例如采用氯氧镁水泥添加本发明的发泡剂可以制成内隔墙轻质板等产品。本发明的方法具有工艺简单,操作方便,生产的产品性能稳定等优点。
下面举例对本发明做更详细的描述:按(体积比)骨胶0.8-2%、脲醛树脂0.8-2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)5-10%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)0.8-2.5%和余量的水的比例备好原料,先将骨胶按(体积比)骨胶0.8-2%、脲醛树脂0.8-2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)5-10%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)0.8-2.5%和余量的水的比例备好原料,先将骨胶、脲醛树脂混合并加入10倍的水,在65-75℃温度下加热20-30分钟,制成胶液,再与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三乙醇胺混合,在65-75℃温度下加热5-10分钟,最后加水稀释制成产品。
本发明的另一具体实施方案是:按(体积比)骨胶1-1.5%、脲醛树脂1-1.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)8-9%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)1.5-2%和余量的水的比例备料。加热过程在水浴中进行。

Claims (4)

1、一种氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂,其特征是:它含有(体积比)骨胶0.8-2%、脲醛树脂0.8-2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)5-10%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)0.8-2.5%和余量的水。
2、根据权利要求1所述的氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂,其特征是:它含有(体积比)骨胶1-1.5%、脲醛树脂1-1.5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)8-9%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)1.5-2%和余量的水。
3、一种氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂的制造方法,其特征是:按(体积比)骨胶0.8-2%、脲醛树脂0.8-2%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(固体含量20%)5-10%、三乙醇胺(固体含量20%)0.8-2.5%和余量的水的比例备好原料,先将骨胶、脲醛树脂混合并加入10倍的水,在65-75℃温度下加热20-30分钟,制成胶液,再与十二烷基苯磺酸钠、三乙醇胺混合,在65-75℃温度下加热5-10分钟,最后加水稀释制成产品。
4、根据权利要求3所述的氯氧镁水泥防水发泡剂的制造方法,其特征是:所述的加热在水浴中进行。
