本发明涉及用于机动车辆指示灯的电致发光二极管电路。
它同样涉及包含有这种电路的机动车辆的指示灯。
通常,在机动车辆的发光二极管指示灯中,这些二极管被安装在一个底板例如印刷电路板上,并且提供了一种调节电路。这种调节电路通常原则上由一个大功率电阻构成并远离发光二极管。
例如在专利US5,325,271中便描述了这种指示灯。
最近提出了发光二极管指示灯的一种结构,它可以取消这个偏离的调节电路。提出的解决办法是将横向电阻装入发光二极管网络,每个电阻和一个二极管相联并与其串联安装。
一个这种类型的电路被表示在图1上。其中电阻被标记为1,而二极管被标为2。
这样的结构具有的优点是能去除将装有发光二极管的基底和由大功率电阻构成的调节电路用电线联结相关的问题。
不过,这种解决办法还不是完全令人满意的。
特别是,电阻和发光二极管的靠近导致后者过热。这会使它们的性能大大下降(发射下降约40%)。
本发明的一个目的是提出和图1上表示的解决办法的那种结构相比在价格和品质上具有相同优点而不具有其缺点的一种可供选择的解决办法。
为此本发明提出一种用于机动车辆指示灯的具有发光二极管的电路。该电路包含有一个印刷电路板,或任何其他能保证在二极管之间进行相互连接的支持体,其上安装有一个发光二极管网络和两根连接到所说的网络的电源线,其特征在于,这两根线中至少一根是线性电阻率超过1欧姆/米的电阻线,该(各)电阻线的长度使得所说的该(各)电线能保证对发光二极管的供电电流进行调节。

这两根线14、15中至少有一根是线性电阻率大于1欧姆/米的电阻线。
这样,二极管12中的电流调节便由供电线14、15中的一根或两根构成的远离的电阻所实现。
当然,可以是供电线14、15中只有一根是电阻线而另一根是标准导体,或者还可能在另外的情况下两根电线14、15都是电阻线。
作为电阻线,最好可以地使用一种镍/铬成分的芯线。这样的电阻线可以是例如AX0N′CABLE S.A.公司的名为NIKROTHAL80,70的一种商品线。其直径为0.1mm而20℃时的电阻率为139欧姆/米。
该(各)电阻线的长度或(决定电阻率的)直径随希望的调节电阻值而定。
线的直径限制了连接器连接器截面上的镶嵌应力。
另外,这样的电阻线要用绝缘材料套上。这可以是例如一种氟乙烯丙烯(FEP),一种能承受205℃的温度而处于稳定不变状况的材料。
按照所加的限制,尤其是对于加有外套的电阻线的易燃性或耐温性能来说,当然可考虑其他材料。
在图1和图2上表示出了发光二极管的网络。其中所说的二极管按照3×5的矩阵分布。当然,二极管的这个数目和这种分布只是作为说明的数据。
可能已很清楚,该电路最好不包含任何电阻元件。电阻的功能原则上由该(各)供电线得到保障。

Claims (5)

1.用于机动车辆指示灯的发光二极管的电路,它包含有一个支持体如印刷电路板(13),其上安装有一个发光二极管的网络(12)和两根被连接到所说的网络的供电线(14、15),其特征在于,这两根线(14、15)中至少有一根是线性电阻率超过1欧姆/米的电阻线,该(各)电阻线的长度使得所说的该(各)电线能保证对发光二极管的供电电流进行调节。
