一种废水处理新工艺。属于废水处理技术领域,依次包括如下工艺:废水→加土吸附→过滤→调节pH值→絮凝沉淀→过滤→氧化絮凝沉淀→过滤→玉米芯或稻壳多级吸附→达标水,其特征在于所加的土为普通土,玉米芯或稻壳的粒径为1-3mm。该工艺采用普通土、玉米芯、稻壳可就地取材,原料充足,加工制作简便、成本比传统工艺降低成10%。且处理废水效果显著高于传统工艺。

本发明属于废水处理技术领域。
背景技术
与本发明相近的已有技术是引进韩国HK21世纪环保株式会社废水处理工艺,该工艺流程为:废水→调节PH值→絮凝沉淀→过滤→氧化絮凝沉淀→过滤→吸附→达标处理水。以上工艺与国内废水处理常规工艺大致相同,加酸碱调节PH值,絮凝沉淀加PAC或PAM,氧化絮凝加氧化剂,吸附通过装有膨润土,硅藻土木屑的装置,该工艺膨润土、硅藻土,成本高,再生时需专用药剂,再生处理比较麻烦,木屑需要专门木材厂加工提供,成本也较高,且吸附效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的任务是提供一种采用普通土和玉米芯或桔杆、稻壳为吸附剂的废水处理新工艺。
该废水处理新工艺,依次包括如下工艺:废水→加土吸附→过滤→调节PH值→絮凝沉淀→过滤→氧化絮凝沉淀→过滤→玉米芯或稻壳多级吸附→达标水,其特征在于所加的土为普通土,玉米芯或稻壳的粒径为1-3mm。
采用该工艺,废水经土吸附后一部分有机物杂质被吸附沉淀,过滤后调节PH值,加PAC或PAM进行絮凝沉淀过滤后加氧化剂再进行氧化絮凝沉淀,再过滤后通过装有玉米芯或稻壳的装置再进行多级吸附,最后获得达标排放水。该工艺普通土、玉米芯、稻壳可就地取材,原料充足,加工制作简便、成本比传统工艺降低成本10%。且处理废水效果显著高于传统工艺。
具体实施方式
将普通土粉碎加工成粒径0.1-2mm细土直接撒入废水中搅拌吸附,用粉碎机将玉米芯或秸杆加工成粒径1-3mm三种规格的吸附材料,分别按粒径由大到小装入多级吸附装置,可交叉装入稻壳。与氧化絮凝工序衔接,构成新的废水处理工艺。
