本发明涉及一种保健饮料,特别是一种大蒜小天才儿童保健饮料。
目前,市售的儿童保健饮料较多,如“娃哈哈AD钙奶”、“乐百事钙奶”等,这些饮料都是以补充活性钙和维生素A、C、D等为主要目的;对比文件JP特开平4-012745介绍了一种含有大蒜无臭提取物的饮料,这种饮料既包含有母乳化奶粉,又含有保健功效的大蒜提取物,具有较高的保健效果;中国专利CN1130999A(Vc补钙饮料及其生产方法)介绍了一种以补充水溶性生物活性钙和维生素C为主的饮料,补钙效果较好。
本发明的目的是要提供一种富食人体易于吸收的活性钙和维生素,具有消毒杀菌、防痢抗痢、预防流感、肠炎、支气管炎、肝炎、腮腺炎、乙脑,提高人体免疫力等功效的保健饮料。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的:

本发明的大蒜小天才儿童保健饮料,由于选用了苹果酸钙、柠檬酸钙和乳酸钙等活性钙盐,易于人体吸收;添加有维生素B1和维生素C,故具有补血、护血之功效;加有蛋白质和米酸,增加了蛋白营养物的含量;还加有富含多种糖类和维生素C,具有开胃理气、止渴润肺、消渴功效的橘子汁,富含维生素B1、B2、C和钙、磷、铁等多种微量元素及糖类、具有消食、去肠胃气、降低血糖之功效的柚子汁,富含维生素B1、B2、C、糖类及多种微量元素,具有生津、止渴、祛暑功效的柠檬汁,以及富含果糖和葡萄糖、多种微量元素,具有补中、润燥、止痛、解毒功效的蜜糖及能润肺、生津的白糖,故营养价值较高,口感好;开胃增食效果也好,同时,加有对诸如脑膜炎、肺炎、链球菌、百喉、痢疾、大肠、伤寒、副伤寒、结核杆菌、霍乱弧菌等多种致病细菌有强杀灭作用的大蒜,具有抗菌、清热、解毒、治痢疾,特别适宜配制凉茶、预防中暑的金银花以及具有抗菌、凉血、清热解毒,能治流感、肝炎、腮腺炎、乙脑等病的板蓝根。因此,本发明的大蒜小天才儿童保健饮料具有消毒杀菌、防痢抗痢、预防流感、肠炎、支气管炎、肝炎、腮腺炎、乙脑等病,提高人体免疫能力等功效。
下面结合实施例,详细说明本发明的具体制做方法。
实施例1
a、取大蒜20份,洗净、剥皮,用蒸馏水20份浸泡2小时,磨浆,放入0.2份茶叶进行浸泡除臭,再用纱布过滤,制成药汁;
b、取金银花和板蓝根各4份加入到10份蒸馏水中煎20至40分钟,冷却后过滤,制成药液;
c、取苹果酸钙、柠檬酸钙、乳酸钙、柠檬汁、柚子汁和橘子汁各1份,维生素C和维生素B1各0.5份,米酸4份,白糖8份,蜜糖4份,蒸馏水2份,一起拌匀,制成混合液;
d、将1份大米蛋白(发泡蛋白粉—武汉味精厂生产)用1份蒸馏水调稀,加入到15份煮沸的蒸馏水中拌动不定,10分钟后,再加入蒜汁、药液和混合液,一起拌动2分钟,进行冷却、过滤、杀菌,即可装瓶和包装。
实施例2:
a′、取大蒜18份,洗净、剥皮,用蒸馏水18份浸泡2小时,磨浆,放入0.2份茶叶进行浸泡除臭,再用纱布过滤,制成蒜汁;
b′取金银花和板蓝根各3份加入到10份蒸馏水中煎20至40分钟,冷却后过滤,制成药液;
c′取苹果酸钙、柠檬酸钙、乳酸钙、柠檬汁、柚子汁和橘子汁各1.5份,维生素C和维生素B1各0.25份,米酸2份,白糖6份,蜜糖5份,蒸馏水2份,一起拌匀,制成混合液;
d′将1.5份大米蛋白(发泡蛋白粉—武汉味精厂生产)用2份蒸馏水调稀,加入到20份煮沸的蒸馏水中拌动不定,10分钟后,再加入蒜汁、药液和混合液,一起拌动2分钟,进行冷却、过滤、杀菌,即可将瓶和包装。

1、一种大蒜小天才儿童保健饮料,是由:大蒜[Alliumsativum L.]、橘子汁[Citrus erythrosa Tanaka]、柠檬汁[Citrus limon Burm.]、蜜糖[Apis cerana Fabricius.]、白糖[Saccharum Sinensis Roxb.]、乳酸钙、白质蛋、维生素C、维生素B1和蒸馏水制成,其特征在于:还包含有:金银花[Lonicerajaponica Thunb.]、板蓝根[Baphicacanthus cusia(Nees)Brem.]、柚子汁[Citrus grandis(L.)Osbeck]、苹果酸钙、柠檬酸钙和米酸。
