Description

将可去除的印刷标记涂布于容器上的方法
本发明涉及一种将可去除的印相(printing)涂布于容器上的方法。
通常,将印相涂布于容器,例如装瓶箱上是已知的。通过橡皮凸版印刷或印网印刷方法可将印相涂布于容器上。然而,这种印相是一种永久性的印刷符号且不能从容器上去除,或仅可用非常特殊的方式去除。
在实践中,需要将不同印相涂布于某种容器(例如,如果其中包装有不同的产品,或在广告宣传的情况下)。为此,容器上的印相必须在不损坏容器的情况下,能够比较容易地从容器上去除。另一方面,印相必须是耐久的且具有良好的光学性能,这样可以保证容器可在相当长的时期内用作产品的特定标记。
可粘附于容器且能再次从容器上去除的标签是已知的。这种标签包含,具有一特殊粘结剂层的纸、铝或塑料膜。然而,具有这种标签的容器缺乏完美的外观。还有,这种标签的厚度导致了不理想的去除效果。在工业化去除大量容器上的标签的过程中,较大量的物质脱落下来且需要进一步的处理。
本发明的目的是提供一种方法,它使得将选择性的合意的印相涂布于容器上成为可能,使用者难于从容器上去除这种印相,但它易于从容器上被工业化去除,容器在去除掉印相之后可再次被清洗,这样可以涂布一种新的印相。
本发明的目的是通过一种将可去除的印相涂布于容器的方法而得以实现的,其中:形成印相的且在其一面上具有可用于将油墨层粘结到容器上的粘结剂的油墨层从载体膜被转印到容器上,其中油墨层已被涂布于该载体膜的没有粘结剂的那一面,该粘结剂具有这样的性能,使得在容器正常使用的条件下,油墨层牢固地粘合在容器上;而在不同于使用条件的预定条件下,粘结剂和油墨层易于从容器上去除。
本发明方法的使用生产出了具有高质量印相的容器,这种印相比较容易被另一印相所替换。
本发明还涉及具有可去除印相的塑料容器,所述的印相包括形成印相的一油墨层,其中油墨层是借助于粘结剂而涂布于容器上的,该粘结剂具有这样的性能,使得在容器正常使用的条件下,油墨层牢固地粘合在容器上,而在不同于使用条件的预定条件下,粘结剂和油墨层易于从容器上去除。
本发明还涉及其一面上涂布有形成印相的油墨层的薄膜,背对薄膜的那面上的油墨层具有用于将油墨层粘结到基质上的粘结剂。
按照本发明的方法、塑料容器和薄膜的优选实施方案将在从属权利要求中限定。
通过参考以下实例性的实施方案,本发明将得到更加详细的解释。
实例性的实施方案涉及了将可去除的印相在塑料瓶箱上进行的涂布,其中塑料瓶箱优选地由聚链烯烃如聚乙烯或聚丙烯制造,且印相涂布于该箱的外壁。然而,本发明的方法也可用于其它种类的容器,如塑料盒和玻璃或塑料瓶。
当本发明的方法涂布于清洁的箱体时,形成印相的且在其一面上具有可用于将油墨层粘结到箱体上的粘结剂的油墨层从载体膜被转印到箱体上。油墨层被涂布于载体膜的不具有粘结剂的那一面。载体膜优选地为,厚度为40-50μm的压延PET、聚丙烯或聚乙烯膜。
如果以工业规模涂布该印相时,印相通常是来自载体膜卷材,其中用于形成印相的几层油墨已被涂布于该载体膜卷材上。如果载体膜卷材已被置于辊上,那么不具有印相的那面将优选地具有抗粘结层,例如硅酮层。印相优选地通过机械方式涂布于箱体上。
为了能够保证完美的外观和对印相的良好保护,油墨层可在没有粘结剂的那面上提供一漆层。因此,当油墨层已涂布于载体膜时,漆层将位于油墨层和载体膜之间。为了保证对箱体上印相的最佳保护,漆层可伸出到油墨层轮廓之外且在那个区域也具有粘结剂,优选地为与涂布于油墨层的相同的粘结剂。一旦印相已涂布于箱体上,油墨层就被完全封闭在箱体壁和漆层之间。
为了能够比较容易地从箱体上再次去除印相,粘结剂应具有如下性能,即,在容器正常使用的条件下,油墨层和漆层牢固地粘合在箱体上,而在不同于使用条件的预定条件下,粘结剂、油墨层和漆层易于从箱体上去除。其例子是一种在某温度下可失去其对箱体的粘附力的粘结剂,其中该温度高于通常清洗箱体时的温度。通常,在大约40℃的温度下,用水清洗箱体。通过使用可在大约60℃和更高温度下失效的粘结剂,有可能的是使印相将从其上被去除的箱体在60℃和更高温度的水(其中已加入了用于降低表面张力的试剂,如果需要的话)中润湿一段时间,然后使用高压水流(例如15巴)去除印相。
为了加速润湿过程,可以使用稍微多孔的油墨层和漆层,如果有的话,这样水可迅速渗透至粘结剂。
也可使用在UV射线的影响下变得失效的粘结剂。在那种情况下,也可使用高压水流去除印相。
印相可通过常规的印刷技术,如橡皮凸版印刷或印网印刷方法涂布于载体膜上。这也适用于漆层的涂布。在实践中,漆层将首先以这样的尺寸涂布于载体膜上,以致于所述漆层伸出到随后涂布的油墨层之外。然后油墨层被涂布于漆层上,最后,粘结剂也使用印刷技术被涂布于油墨层和漆层伸出于油墨层之外的部分。
当然,油墨层或漆层和载体膜之间的粘结,必须弱于粘结剂在油墨层和漆层和箱体间产生的粘结。这意味着,油墨层易于从载体膜转印到箱体上,而不会损坏油墨层或漆层。油墨层或漆层和载体膜间的粘结,是油墨层或漆层和载体膜间的粘附力的结果。
正如早已提及的那样,油墨层一般通过机械方式从载体膜转印到箱体上。在这种情况下必须保证,油墨层被完好地压印在基质上,这样油墨层和箱体壁之间不会夹附空气。
按本发明方法进行涂布的结果是得到了具有很高质量的印相的箱体,但这种印相可以以一种方式比较容易地去除,以致于在去除印相后,箱体表面不受损坏且新的印相可涂布于该箱体上。
在实践中,采用由KIWO生产的以商品名D 3206 VP所知的分散胶作为粘结剂可得到良好结果。当然,本发明不限于这种粘结剂。

Claims (21)

1.将可去除的印相涂布于容器上的方法,其中:形成印相的且在其一面上具有用于将油墨层粘结到容器上的粘结剂的油墨层从载体膜被转印到容器上,其中油墨层已被涂布到该载体膜的不具有粘结剂的那面,该粘结剂具有这样的性能,使得在容器正常使用的条件下,油墨层牢固地粘合在容器上,而在不同于使用条件的预定条件下,粘结剂和油墨层易于从容器上去除。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其中,粘结剂和油墨层可同时从容器上去除。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其中,油墨层可在没有粘结剂的那面上具有一漆层,当油墨层已被涂布于载体膜时该漆层位于油墨层和载体膜之间。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项的方法,其中,漆层伸出到油墨层轮廓之外,且伸出到油墨层之外的漆层部分具有将漆层的相应部分粘结于容器的粘结剂,该粘结剂优选地与油墨层的粘结剂相同。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项的方法,其中,油墨层或漆层和载体膜之间的粘结,弱于粘结剂在油墨层和可伸出到油墨层之外的任何漆层部分和容器间产生的粘结。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项的方法,其中,粘结剂和容器间的粘结,在高于正常的容器清洗温度的某个温度下基本消失。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其中,粘结剂和容器间的粘结,在大约60℃的温度下消失。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项的方法,其中,粘结剂和容器间的粘结在UV射线的影响下基本消失。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项的方法,其中,载体膜是已涂布了形成印相的几层油墨的载体膜卷材。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项的方法,其中,油墨层是通过机械方式从载体膜转印到容器上的。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项的方法,其中,印相被涂布于由塑料、优选地由聚链烯烃如聚乙烯或聚丙烯制造的容器上。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项的方法,其中,容器是一种塑料箱或盒且印相被涂布于箱或盘的外壁。
13.具有可去除印相的塑料容器,其中该印相包括成印相且借助于粘结剂涂布于容器上的油墨层,该粘结剂具有这样的性能,使得在容器正常使用的条件下,印相可牢固地粘合在容器上,而在不同于使用条件的预定条件下,粘结剂和油墨层易于从容器上去除。
14.根据权利要求12的塑料容器,其中,漆层被涂布于油墨层之上和紧邻油墨层的区域。
15.根据权利要求13或14的塑料容器,其中,粘结剂和容器间的粘结,在高于容器正常清洗温度的某个温度下基本消失。
16.根据权利要求15的塑料容器,其中,粘结剂和容器间的粘结,在大约60℃的温度下消失。
17.根据权利要求16的塑料容器,其中,容器是一种优选地由聚链烯烃如聚乙烯或聚丙烯制造的箱或盒,且印相被涂布于该箱或盒的外壁。
18.可形成印相的油墨层被涂布于其一面上的薄膜,其中,背对薄膜的那面上的油墨层具有一种用于将油墨层粘结到基质上的粘结剂。
19.根据权利要求18的薄膜,其中,联接油墨层的漆层位于油墨层和薄膜之间。
20.根据权利要求18或19的薄膜,其中,薄膜为薄膜卷材的形式,其上已涂布了印相的几层油墨。
