US 5261763号专利公开了这样一种捣镐,其中,为了优化耐磨强度,镐掌和镐体下端均固定有硬质合金片。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题就是要创造一种本文前言所述类型的捣镐,要求这种捣镐能有较好的耐磨强度。

这些硬质合金镶入块能可靠地锚固在镐掌相应的孔内。这样,在镐掌窄的侧面范围内如有特别大的作用力,也不会使镶入块损坏。
按照本发明一有利的设计,每个硬质合金镶入块的纵向轴线平行于镐掌正面和镐掌下边缘。
按照本发明另一有利的设计,多个硬质合金镶入块平行于镐掌正面地重叠设置在每个镐掌侧面上。
按照本发明又一有利的设计,镐掌正面和镐掌背面之间并排地设置有两排分别重叠定位的硬质合金镶入块。

具体实施方式
图1至5所示捣镐1由镐体2和在它下端固定的带有下边缘3的镐掌4组成。镐掌有正面5和与之平行的背面6。镐掌4每侧由镐掌侧面7限定。该侧面7将镐掌正面5和背面6连接起来,并垂直于镐掌下边缘3。
如图2特别所示,镐掌侧面7范围内有圆柱形硬质合金镶入块8,镶在镐掌4相应的孔9内。每个硬质合金镶入块8沿纵向轴线10平行于镐掌正面5和镐掌下边缘3,并与一个圆形限界面11一起组成镐掌侧面7的一部分。在每个镐掌侧面7上有三个叠装的硬质合金镶入块8平行于镐掌正面5。无论是镐掌正面5还是背面6,均被硬质合金片12所覆盖。
如图5所示,也可以有选择地在镐掌正面5和背面6之间装设两排重叠的硬质合金镶入块8。这个方案特别适用于面积较大的镐掌侧面7。在图6所示变型方案中,硬质合金镶入块8的纵向轴线10也可以与镐掌下边缘3形成一定的角度。此外,硬质合金钢镶入块8的限界面11如果超出镐掌4侧面7所形成的平面大约0.5到大约1.5毫米也是适宜的。

Claims (4)

1.一种捣实轨道下面道碴的捣固车用捣镐(1),其由一个镐体(2)和一个位于镐体下端的、具有一个与镐体(2)相隔一定距离的下边缘(3)的镐掌(4)组成,该镐掌朝下边缘(3)方向有彼此相隔一定距离并垂直于下边缘的镐掌侧面(7),该镐掌侧面将镐掌(4)的正面(5)和背面(6)连接在一起,其特征在于:在镐掌(4)内镶有一些圆柱形硬质合金镶入块(8),它们分别以一圆形限界面(11)组成镐掌侧面(7)的一部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的捣镐,其特征在于:每个硬质合金镶入块(8)的纵向轴线(10)平行于镐掌正面(5)和镐掌下边缘(3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的捣镐,其特征在于:多个硬质合金镶入块(8)平行于镐掌正面(5)地重叠设置在每个镐掌侧面(7)上,这些硬质合金镶入块分别定位在所述镐掌(4)中的相应孔(9)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的捣镐,其特征在于:所述镐掌正面(5)和镐掌背面(6)之间并排地设置有两排分别重叠定位的硬质合金镶入块(8)。
