Abstract
本发明提供一种简易且成本低,可以将买入的冷冻品低温保存数小时的保冷方法及保冷袋。其小型急冷系统由液化气泵,支撑该泵的泵支撑架和安装在上述泵支撑架上的操作盒构成,上述操作盒备有通过电磁阀喷射从上述液化气泵供给的液化气的喷嘴,且还具有用于控制喷嘴喷射的操作开关,以及保冷方法是在保冷用容器上部设置液化碳酸气体供给空间,向该空间内供给液化碳酸气体,生成雪片状干冰后,压缩上述的雪片状干冰。保冷方法是向容纳买入商品的容器内供给液化气成雪片状干冰,冷却上述容器,以及保冷袋具有液化气供给空间,与上述空间共用的或者与上述空间分开设置并与上述空间接触得到低温保存品的容纳空间。
Description
本发明涉及一种小型急冷系统及保冷方法,更详细地说,涉及一种能够对青果,鱼类等的生鲜食品,冷果,鲜花,药品及其它需要低温下保存的商品温度进行控制以及更有效地配送的使用液化冷却气体的小型急冷系统及保冷方法。
本发明还涉及低温保存品的保冷方法及保冷袋,更详细地说,主要涉及从百货商店或超级市场等购买的冷冻品,生鲜食品,冷果子等的低温保存品在拿回家之前可保温的低温保存品的保存方法及保冷袋。
在果实,野菜,乳制品,冷果,鲜鱼及其它低温保存品的近距离输送过程中,主要利用在铝制外壳的内侧铺设绝热壁,由干冰或冰冷却其内部的保冷车。而长距离输送或输送冷冻鱼,冷冻肉时,因为必须将货物室内温度保持一定,所以要使用驾驶室顶上或载物室前上部安装了冷冻机的冷冻车或冷藏车。在此情况下,有两种方法得到动力,一是从汽车的发动机获取动力,另一是从另外独立设置的发动机获取动力。
由于用干冰或冰冷却载物室内部的装置在冷却能力及温度控制方面较差,使室内长时间保持期望温度是非常困难的,所以只能在一定的地区内输送有限范围的商品。
装有机械式冷冻机的装置存在的问题是冷冻机等装置不仅相当重,而且为安装它必须占据相当大的空间,运行成本也高。而且,如果卸载时开关载物室的门的机会多,则温度控制更难。
因此,目前低温保存品的输送存在较多的问题,总体来说输送效率低。
本发明的目的是提供一种安装容易,重量及空间影响不大,可以对温度作必要的控制,并以经济高效输送低温保存品的小型急冷系统及保冷方法。
在现有将上述低温保存品拿回家时,因对于冷果子,只是与干冰相触的得到了冷冻效果,所以不得以在购物的最后才这种商品,之后的绕道是不可避免的事实,在此情况下,”刺身(三文鱼类)”等的生鲜食品常温下即使于短时间内也会变质,所以不能阻止在特定温暧期内其新鲜度下降。
本发明提供一种小型急冷系统,其由液化气罐,保持该气罐的罐架,及安装在上述罐架上的操作盒构成,上述操作盒具有通过电磁阀将从上述液化气罐供给的液化气喷射出的喷嘴和控制喷射的操作开关,其特征在于,上述罐架可自由移动,而且具有既能在移动中保持上述液化气罐且使其上升的装置。
本发明还提供一种保冷方法,其特征在于,在上述保冷用容器的上部设置液化气供给空间,向该空间内供给液化二氧化碳气体而生成雪片状干冰后,通过选择压缩程度,来设定保冷时间,将上述雪片状干冰进行压缩。

图1是本发明的小型急冷系统的构成图,图中1是液化碳酸气体或液化氮气的液化气泵,2是支撑液化气泵1的泵支撑架,3是固定在泵支撑架2上的向后述保冷容器(可选择发泡材料制,纸制,布贴制等比较小型的盒型容器(包含折叠的容器)其中的一种和塑料制,铝制,金属制等的大中型的各种容器。)供给液化气的操作盒。液化气泵1的上面有手持环4,把手持环4固定到本体上的一个部件上形成挂钩孔5。
泵支撑架2由支柱6和固定在支柱6上抱住液化气泵1的管状架7构成,通常有三个轮子8,,在支柱6的上端部设置沿上下移动挂钩部件9的导轨10。挂钩部件9可与液化气泵1的挂钩孔啮合,在啮合状态下保持液化气泵1。液化气泵1不移动时保持在置于底面或地面上的状态,而在移动时,由导轨10上顶。液化气泵1因为由挂钩部件9一个支点支持,所以上顶时发生倾斜,而其倾斜度因设置在支柱6下端部上的突片11与泵周缘接触而得到控制。
在管状架7上安装了与泵保持侧朝反方向的斜上方延伸的手柄12,在其侧面的适当位置设置固定到车辆的载物台侧壁等上的固定用部件13。在移动本装置时,推手柄12即可。在支柱6的外侧面上部设置操作盒固定件14,在其下端部上设置突出的盒载置用支持板15。
操作盒3的上面备有与固定件14对应的固定件16,其一侧面构成向下方打开的容器载置台17。在容器载置台17的外面上安装了一个或多个支脚18,支脚18的作用在于将打开容器载置台17并将容器放置在其上时使载置台17保持水平状态。
操作盒3通过软管20与液化泵1连接,液化气通过软管流入。流入的液化气体通过电磁阀供给突出地设置在板面22上的喷嘴23。喷嘴23通常可进退,例如由弹簧常时地向突出方向提供弹力,然后随着打开容器载置台17而突出。
在板面22上还设置安全开关24及控制开关25。安全开关24通常随容器载置台17打开而接通,而随其关闭而断开,因此,在载置台17关闭时能切断电源输入。操作开关25用于选择冷却温度带和冷却时间带,例如,由冷冻用,冷藏用,保冷用,近距离用,中距离用及长距离用的按钮构成。同时还设置有电源开关。通过选择操作开关,就可控制电磁阀,然后就可控制喷嘴23喷出的液化气量。
图2作为使用例子示出了安装在轻型卡车(TRACK)载物台端部上的情况。在此情况下,本装置利用固定用部件13被固定在载物台侧壁26上,液化气泵1降至载物台上。此时,操作盒3的板面22朝向外侧,另外,在操作盒3的跟前设置容器载置台17倾倒成水平的空间。
在使用时,拉住容器载置台17朝眼前拉倒成水平状态,其上放置容器19,并使容19朝内侧滑动,使喷嘴23与容器19的箱盖19A上的喷嘴连接部连接,接通电源开关。若按压操作开关25,选择冷冻,冷藏,中短距离等开关,则与之对应地预定的液化气量从喷嘴23喷向容器19内。
图4至图6示出以液化碳酸气体作为液化气的容器19的箱盖19A的构成例,图4中的箱盖19A的下面以外由绝热材料构成,而在下面配置过滤材料、网状材料等通气性材料或金属板等的雪片接受件28。在箱盖19A的一侧面上设置连接喷嘴23的接头29,同时形成压力传感器插入孔30。通过压力传感器插入孔30插入箱盖19A内的压力传感器31安装在固定于喷嘴23上的支承部件32上。
箱盖19A上还设置压缩箱盖19A内生成的雪片状干冰成块状的装置。该压缩装置可以是从上方垂直地压雪片状干冰,也可以是沿水平方向压缩干冰。图示出的是前者的方式,压缩板34通过一对摇臂35安装在箱盖19A的顶板上。摇臂5的一端连接向外部延伸的操作柄36,通过转动该操作柄36,摇臂35从水平状态转动到垂直方向,使压缩板34下降,然后,压缩雪片接受板28上生成的雪片状干冰,并压缩成块状。
图4示出的喷嘴23是连接接头29的方式,而图5示出的喷嘴是偏平的,因此箱盖19A的侧面上的喷嘴进入口37也是与之相对的横向较长的。在此情况下,喷嘴进入口37的尺寸比喷嘴23略大些,使压力传感器31与喷嘴23一起插入。在此情况下,此喷嘴23和压力传感器31固定在板状塞38上。
在图5示出的实例中,在箱盖19A的底部上配置蓄冷材料40。该蓄冷材料40是起到促使后述的软块干冰延迟产生冷却作用。为此目的配置蓄冷材料的场所不限于箱盖19A的底面上,侧面或顶板上也可以,也不必铺设整个表面。
下面说明上述构成的小型急冷装置的利用实例,例如如图2所示,小型急冷系统设置在轻型卡车25的载物台上,使用时将把容器载置台17放倒于眼前,在其上放置载置容器19并将其滑向内侧,使喷嘴23与接头连接(图4示出的例子),或者插入喷嘴插入口37(图5示出的实例)。操作操作开关25,向箱盖19A内喷射确定量的液化碳酸气体。利用如压力传感器31测定箱盖19A内的压力,如果测定出的压力达到了设定值,则关闭电磁阀,从而实现对喷射量的控制。
本发明中所用的液化碳酸气体容纳在普通20KGF/CM2G的真空绝热的高压储气瓶内,常温下喷射时,瞬时体积膨胀约280倍,其中约47%是雪状干冰(雪片状干冰),其余约53%为气体。因为雪片状干冰与空气接触的表面积大,因此气化反应速度很快,开始可进行速冷,但其冷却保持时间不长。
因此,本发明为了使保冷时间更长,压缩雪片状干冰,使其成块状,减少其与空气的接触面积,减慢气化反应速度。即使成块状,固化成通常的干冰状态是较为困难的,因此形状不会长期保持稳定,可以说是处于软冰块的状态。根据压缩程度,就能够控制保持时间。
在图示的构成实施例中,由于根据手柄36的转动角度大小来改变压缩度,因此可以在容器19(箱盖19A)的侧面上刻上指示转动角度的刻度。
图9示出使用本发明的方法及装置得到的容器内温度(用实线表示)和商品表面温度(用虚线表示)随时间的变化曲线,(A)示出一个比较例,没有成块的保持雪片状干冰原来的状态下的温度变化曲线,(B)示出虽然将雪片状干冰压成块状,但没有使用蓄冷材料的情况下温度变化曲线,(C)示出既将雪片状干冰压成块状,且使用了蓄冷材料的情况下温度变化曲线。
曲线(A)的情况,在气体喷射后的数十分钟内,速冷至-35度以下,由此而引起商品表面温度也急剧下降。之后容器内的温度急剧上升,从喷射后算起经过约1小时后两温度基本一致(以下将该温度称为饱和温度),以后两温度一起上升直到经过约12小时也未见大的变化。因此,该方法可以在输送时间在12小时以内的短距离输送中利用,超过12小时以上的中长距离输送不可利用。
曲线(B)的情况,因为干冰被压缩成软冰块,从而抑制了气化反应,所以容器内的温度没有发现如(A)那样的急剧下降现象,而是比较缓慢地下降,约3-4小时后再下降后开始缓慢上升,约8小时后维持基本的平衡状态。商品表面温度也变化成接近于容器内温度,约6小时后达到饱和温度,之后以低于容器内温度的温度保持平衡,此状态可维持约24小时。因此(B)情况下,可确保比(A)情况长两倍的输送时间。
曲线(C)的情况,首先由软干冰冷却蓄冷材料,通过蓄冷材料冷却容器19内部,因此冷却效果显示较慢。即容器内温度和商品表面温度共需约8小时才到最低点,约12小时后达到饱和温度,两温度在约48小时前基本没有变化。因此,(C)情况能够确保比(B)情况大2倍的输送时间。
图7示出将本发明系统用于更大型的具有绝热性能的集装箱(hard container)上的实例图。在此情况下,在集装箱41内顶板内设置液化气供给室42,在集装箱41的外壁上部配置与液化气供给室42连接的喷嘴连接用接头43和压力传感器插入口44。在液化气供给室42上设置雪片干冰压缩装置。
图8示出将本发明的系统设置在轻型车辆的荷载台侧部上的实例。在此情况下,不使用气瓶架2,操作盒3固定在载物台侧壁上,并使其容器载置台17位于外侧,将容器载置台17向外侧翻倒即可。
在操作盒3的横向设置气瓶安装空间,液化气瓶1安装在该空间内并可更换。46是气瓶安装空间45的门。
图10示出的例子是针对特大型的容器47的,急冷装置本身可自由移动,而且,伸缩式喷嘴48安装在从操作盒3处延伸的软管49的前端上。在此情况下,将急冷装置安装在大型容器47附近,把喷嘴48插入大型容器47的喷嘴插入口50内,借助滑杆操作提供液化气体。
图11示出在使用液化氮时的保冷集装箱的箱盖19B的构成实例,其构成与上述图4示出的箱盖19A的相似。而两者的不同点在于在箱盖19B的上面和/或侧面上设置多个气体通孔52(通常形成多个小孔)和在箱盖19B上没有压缩装置。其它构成相同。
在使用液化氮,并用蓄冷材料40时,可以缓和零下100℃的液化氮气体对商品的影响及得到与上述液化二氧化碳气体情况一样的延迟效果。
本发明的系统由于既可装载在车上又很容易搬送,因此可在上述低温保存品的输配送中利用之外,也可在紧急火灾时用于保存食品和医药品,或者也可在施工现场,钓鱼船,帐蓬等处为各种目的使用。
下面,说明本发明的保冷袋。图12示出的保冷袋61的结构最为简单,在最好用绝热性材料构成的保冷袋本体62的上端部上形成覆盖其开口64的折叠片63,在折叠片63的内侧和折叠时与折叠片63接触的袋本体62的上端部配置丝绒,可反复离合的粘接层等结合部件65,65A。
该保冷袋61在拉起折叠片63,打开开口64,放入商品后,端部保持打开地折叠折叠片63,将喷射液化气体的冷却装置的喷嘴插入保持开口状态的开口64的端部喷嘴插入口64A内。将如一个10圆硬币投入硬币投入孔,开关自动打开,将相应量的液化气体通过电磁阀喷入该袋内。
图18至图21示出设置在百货商店和超级市场内的冷却装置的构成实例,图中标号110表示液化气罐,111设置在壁面112上的通过软管110A与液化罐110连接的操作盒,具备向跟前打开维持成水平状态的盖兼操作台113。使用者在该操作台113上完成向保冷袋61内喷入液化气体的作业。图18示出的喷嘴66固定在操作盒111上,图20示出的喷嘴66是可拉出的。
在操作盒111上配备选择开关114。选择开关114由如1小时保冷,2小时保冷及3小时保冷用的按钮构成,使用者通过选择所期望的保冷时间钮并按压,在电磁阀作用下从喷嘴66喷出与所选择的时间对应的液化气量。115是信号灯,116是硬币投入口,117是硬币退回口。
图19示出作为喷嘴66部分的构成例的在其上面安装了可转动的压袋板120,压袋板120上设有把手119和传感器。在此情况下,使用者拿住把手119掀起压袋板120,将保冷袋61的喷嘴插入口64A的端部夹持在喷嘴66上面和压袋板120之间,然后将喷嘴66插入喷嘴插入口64A内。压下压袋板120,强压住喷嘴插入口64A端部。一旦由设置在压袋板120上的传感器检测出这一状态,冷却装置才可动作。121是橡胶密封垫。所述压袋板120不是必须的,即使是如图12所示的套管,也不会影响作业。
图21示出图20所示的可拉出喷嘴66的构成,122是把持部,压袋板123可转动地安装在该把持部122上。压袋板123上备有将母指以外的四根指头插入的手指插入部124,将四根手指插入到手指插入部124内,使手掌与把持部122接触,而母指压在设置于把持部122上的喷射开关125上,与上相同地在压住压袋板123后压喷射开关125,液化气就从喷嘴66喷出。在此情况下,压袋板123也不是必须使用的。126是一个挂钩,该挂钩将把持部122挂在了操作盒111的面板上。
这样,向袋本体62内供给液化气后,并关闭喷嘴插入口64A,而进而闭塞开口部64。为了让气体泄漏,相反开口部64也可以不密封(以下的实施例中也一样)。
本发明所用的二氧化碳气体容纳在普通20KGF/CM2G的真空绝热高压气罐内,常温下喷射时,瞬时体积膨胀约280倍,其中约47%变成雪状的干冰,约53%成为气体。
供给的液化气将袋本体62内的空气挤到外部,从而改变了空气组成,并带来各种良好效果(以下称为[气体充填效果])。该效果以前被用来防止食品加工过程中的氧化,而该效果可以抑制肉鱼类好气性菌的繁殖,防止腐败变色,还带来阻止青果成熟并长时间保鲜的效果。以下所述的实施例中,也能得到同样的气体填充效果。
低温保存品通常在不开封地放入容器或包装起来,由于接触雪状干冰,其品质不会变坏,即使开封直接与干冰接触,温度下降通常也没有什么影响。于是根据袋本体62的材质绝热性能或容纳的商品种类,可保冷数小时。
图13所述的保冷袋61是通常的纸质口袋,还具有通常的开口部关闭部件67和手提部68。在该保冷袋61的袋本体69的内面上部(虽然存在两面的情况,但如图那样只示出一面也可以)上配备带喷嘴插入口70的装雪片袋71。装雪片袋71由网状透气性好的材料制作。即使袋本体69采用比绝热材料差的材料,如一般的纸材也没有问题。
在此情况下,与上相同,将喷嘴66插入喷嘴插入口70,喷射液化时,雪片状干冰在装雪片袋71内生成,利用关闭部件67将开口部关闭袋本体69内的商品72就能够连续地冷却数小时。
图14示出的保冷袋61具有二个容纳部,这二个容纳部基本对称并通过连接片连接,一个容纳部是商品容纳部74,另一个是喷射液化气体的冷却部75。容纳部74端部处具备袋夹等的开闭部件76,冷却部75在端部的适当位置处具有喷嘴插入口77。容纳部74和冷却部75上设置合适的提手。在图示的实例中,提手设在容纳部74上,在冷却部75的端部延长片79上形成可让提手穿过的缝80。
在本实施例中,将商品放入容纳袋74内后,使喷嘴插入喷嘴插入口77内,与上相同地喷射液化气,而生成干冰。将提手穿过缝80使容纳部74和冷却部75接触(参照图14(B)所示)。此时,为了防止商品被过冷,也可以在两袋间夹放纸张81。使用厚持纸张81时,还具有保形的作用。
图15(A)示出的是图14示出的保冷袋61上附带使用的附件86,该附件86具备商品容纳部88,该容纳部88占板片87的一半,在板片87的一端部上设置有提手89,在另一端部上设置提手可穿过的缝90。通常情况下,容纳部88上设置与上述相同的开关部件91。
该附件86在商品放入容纳部88后,使容纳部88与保冷袋61的冷却部75接触,由板片87包住容纳部74,然后将提手插入保冷袋61的缝80和附件86的缝90内。
图16示出的保冷袋61是图14示出的保冷袋的变形例,容纳商品的容纳部74的构成相同,但冷却部75是一个具有商品容纳用和液化气喷射用的二个空间的复合袋82。复合袋82由隔片分成二个空间,将其叠起时,靠近内侧的那个空间作为液化气喷射用空间82A。复合袋82具有开关部件84,该开关部件84在把商品放入商品容纳用空间82B内或从其内取出时用于打开或关闭该空间。
以上实施例中的任何一个均可反复使用,但图17示出的是一次使用的。此处的保冷袋61上下各有一个空间,上部空间为商品容纳空间93,下部空间为液化气喷射空间94。开关部件94设置在商品容纳部93的上端部,而提手用开口96设置在端部延伸片95的中央。
商品容纳空间93的底97分成商品容纳空间93和液化气喷射空间94,通常形成多个通孔98。根据需要,在底97上配置起到防过冷和保形作用的纸片99。
在液化气供给空间94的一侧面上配置喷嘴插入口100。喷嘴插入口100形成如十字形切口,液化气供给后,即使拔去喷嘴,仍能保持一定程度的密封性能。
根据本发明的保冷袋,通常,向容纳需要者购买的商品的容体内供给液化冷却气体,生成雪片状干冰,从而能够对上述容体内部进行冷却,能够将从百货商店或超级市场内购买的冷冻品,新鲜品或冷果子以保冷状态放置数小时,购买了这些商品后不必立即回家,从而不受这些商品制约,而还可以进行其它喜欢的购物。不仅是能保持商品的新鲜度,而且由于气体密封效果而能抑制商品变质确保其卫生状态。
Claims (7)
1.一种小型急冷系统,其由液化气罐,保持该气罐的罐架,及安装在上述罐架上的操作盒构成,上述操作盒具有通过电磁阀将从上述液化气罐供给的液化气喷射出的喷嘴和控制喷射的操作开关,其特征在于,上述罐架可自由移动,而且具有既能在移动中保持上述液化气罐且使其上升的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型急冷系统,其特征在于,上述操作盒具有一容器放置台,该放置台形成一侧面,能向下打开保持成水平状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的小型急冷系统,其特征在于,能够使上述喷嘴离开上述操作盒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的小型急冷系统,其特征在于,以液化二氧化碳作为上述液化气,该系统与保冷用容器相组合,该保冷用容器在上部设置有上述喷嘴供给的液化气的供给空间,同时具有将通过向上述供给空间供给液化气体而生成的雪片状干冰进行压缩的装置,其特征在于,上述保冷用容器的液化气供给空间的底面、侧面或上面配置有蓄冷材料。

6.根据权利要求1所述的小型急冷系统,其特征在于,以液化氮气作为上述液化气,该系统与保冷用容器相组合,该保冷用容器的上部设置有从上述喷嘴供给的液化氮气的供给空间,在上述供给空间的底面及/或侧面配置有蓄冷材料,同时在其上面及/或侧面上形成有漏气孔。
7.一种保冷方法,其特征在于,在保冷用容器的上部设置液化气供给空间,向该空间内供给液化二氧化碳气体而生成雪片状干冰后,通过选择压缩程度来设定保冷时间,将上述雪片状干冰进行压缩。
