本发明是涉及石油三次开采化学复合驱油剂用石油磺酸盐的一种制法。工艺步骤:一、磺化,以石油炼油厂150-500SN基础油为原料,利用SO3气体磺化;二、萃取分离,用烷基醇作萃取剂,按重量比酸性油∶烷基醇=0.5~10;三、第二次磺化,取萃后油、脱水处理后,进行二次磺化;四、中和浓缩,把第一次磺化和第二次磺化经萃取剂萃取后的下层液体,用固体无机碱溶解在烷基醇中,溶解完全后、中和,中和后蒸馏浓缩,烷基醇蒸尽后制得石油磺酸盐产品。提高石油采收率19-24%。

Description

石油三次开采专用石油磺酸盐制法
本发明是涉及石油三次开采化学复合驱油剂用石油磺酸盐的一种制备方法。
石油磺酸盐经复配成的化学复合驱油剂,注入退化油田的地下油层,能够达到提高石油采收率的效果。现有石油三次开采化学复合驱油剂中通常采用烷基苯磺酸盐作为关键组份,但是烷基磺酸盐的原料比较单一,来源较窄,价格昂贵。
本发明的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而提供一种原料广泛,价格低廉,产品质量和性能较为稳定的石油三次开采专用石油磺酸盐制法。
可采取以下的技术方案实现目的。
石油三次开采专用石油磺酸盐制法,其工艺步骤为:
一、磺化,以石油炼油厂150-500SN基础油为原料,利用SO3气体进行磺化;
二、萃取分离,用烷基醇作萃取剂,按重量比酸性油∶烷基醇=0.5~10;
三、第二次磺化,取萃后油、脱水处理后,进行第二次磺化;
四、中和浓缩,把第一次磺化和第二次磺化经萃取剂萃取后的下层液体,用固体无机碱溶解在烷基醇中,溶解完全后、中和,中和后蒸馏浓缩,烷基醇蒸尽后制得石油磺酸盐产品。
本技术方案相对现有技术具有以下优点和效果:
本制法制出的石油磺酸盐可以作为石油三次开采化学复合驱油剂的关键组分;所用原料来源广泛,价格低廉,工艺方法容易掌握和控制,产品质量和性能较为稳定;本法生产的石油磺酸盐复配成化学复合驱油剂能与油田地下油层中的残油形成超低界面张力,达到1×10-3mN/m,能显著提高石油采收率,经岩心模拟驱油试验,提高石油采收率19-24%,而且制品中水溶性石油磺酸盐和油溶性石油磺酸盐有恰当的比例;产品性能指标:收率40-70%,钠含量10-70%,无机盐0-15%,矿物油0-40%。
结合实施方式,对技术方案作进一步详述。
石油三次开采专用石油磺酸盐制法,在上述工艺步骤基础上,
一、磺化时,气浓1~5%,空气露点-79℃,磺化温度20~90℃,磺化终点控制在20~100mgNaoH/g;
二、萃取分离时,在分液装置中,使已磺化至终点的酸性油与烷基醇充分振荡混匀,然后静置分层,静置时间2-14小时。
三、第二次磺化时,分液装置中上层液体即萃后油,经脱水处理后水份含量0-10%,温度20-80℃,气浓1-5%,空气露点-79℃,磺化终点10-90mgNaoH/g,然后重复进行工艺步骤二进行萃取分离。
四、中和浓缩时,在中和釜中进行,无机碱重量浓度1-10%,控制滴入速度,防止放热过度集中,中和终点控制PH=5-13,中和后的液体在蒸馏釜中进行蒸馏浓缩,温度60-130℃。
二次磺化后的萃后油经无机酸酸洗后即可得到副产品白油,白油粘度控制在30-70mm2/S。

Claims (2)

1、一种石油三次开采专用石油磺酸盐制法,其特征在于工艺步骤为:
一、磺化,以石油炼油厂150-500SN基础油为原料,利用SO3气体进行磺化;
二、萃取分离,用烷基醇作萃取剂,按重量比酸性油∶烷基醇=0.5~10;
三、第二次磺化,取萃后油、脱水处理后,进行第二次磺化;
四、中和浓缩,把第一次磺化和第二次磺化经萃取剂萃取后的下层液体,用固体无机碱溶解在烷基醇中,溶解完全后、中和,中和后蒸馏浓缩,烷基醇蒸尽后制得石油磺酸盐产品。
2、如权利要求1所述的石油三次开采专用石油磺酸盐制法,其特征在于:
一、磺化时,气浓1~5%,空气露点-79℃,磺化温度20~90℃,磺化终点控制在20~100mgNaoH/g;
二、萃取分离时,在分液装置中,使已磺化至终点的酸性油与烷基醇充分振荡混匀,然后静置分层,静置时间2-14小时;
三、第二次磺化时,分液装置中上层液体即萃后油,经脱水处理后水份含量0-10%,温度20-80℃,气浓1-5%,空气露点-79℃,磺化终点10-90mgNaoH/g,然后重复进行工艺步骤二进行萃取分离;
四、中和浓缩时,无机碱重量浓度1-10%,控制滴入速度,防止放热过度集中,中和终点控制PH=5-13,温度60-130℃。
