Abstract

Description
本发明涉及对热塑材料预制品所作的改进,预制品有一个壳体,壳内有一个至少局部纵向延伸的内隔板,并用于通过模制、尤其是吹制或拉伸吹制加工成容器,容器的壳体有相对的区域,构成向内凸出、并通过所述内隔板加固的凹形型腔。
人们已知道给聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇脂PET、聚苯二甲酸乙二醇脂PEN或其它热塑材料的容器、尤其是瓶子加上内隔板。这种隔板可以是整体的,即在容器的整个高度上延伸,将容器的内容积分为两个室,分别盛装两种液体,在倒出之前不会混合。如附图中的图1所示,隔板1也可以是局部的,即仅在容器3的壳体2的部分长度上延伸,以加强容器壳体的两个相对的区域,例如用于支撑某一在压力状态下装满液体的容器壳体上两个凹形把手型腔4,该型腔如未得到加固,在液体压力的作用下有变形的危险。
人们已知道用本身具有内隔板的预制品加工这种容器,根据要获得的成品容器的类型,内隔板整个或部分纵向延伸。用于加工图1容器、具有局部纵向延伸的内隔板6的这种预制品5示于附图的图2和图3,图2为侧视图,而图3为沿图2中III-III线的横截面俯视图。它的总体结构与以传统方式成形的具有颈部7和厚壁壳体8的无隔板预制品的结构相似。内隔板6的厚度基本小于壳体厚壁的厚度。
当该已知预制品在加热后经受拉伸或吹拉工艺以获得容器时,内隔板和壳壁一样经受拉伸:隔板纵向延伸率和壳体承受的一样(例如,为了具体起见,对于目前工业应用的PET特性,典型的为2.22至3.5)。相反,当要获得的容器壳体必须有一个局部横向收缩时—例如图1容器把手型腔4底部之间的距离,则隔板横向延伸率在局部上大大小于容器壳体的横向或外周延伸率:为了具体起见,壳体的横向或外围延伸率一般至少为4,而隔板承受的横向延伸率在此则低于4。
由此导致隔板材料和容器壳体材料特性的不利差别:由于隔板材料承受的横向拉伸不足以引导分子链的方向,所以当日后容器被置于严酷的使用条件下时,隔板可能变形,并且不能再有效地承担其加固功能。
本发明的目的正是在于弥补上述不足,并且提出一种技术方案,在吹制或拉伸吹制工艺中,能使预制品壳体和内隔板的横向延伸率基本一样,从而使两者构成材料的物理和机械性能基本相似,并且状态均匀。
为此,参照分别以大于图3比例的横截面俯视图、示出作为非限定性例子的本发明的预制品的两种可能实施方式的图4和图5,本发明的预制品9的基本特征在于,壳体11的横截面的轮廓是非圆形的,它具有两个相对的区域a和b,彼此之间被最小距离d1分开,最小距离小于将所述轮廓的另外两个彼此相对的区域分开的距离,内隔板10在被最小距离d1分开的两个相对的区域a和b之间延伸,相对于预制品壳体11的外周,所述最小距离d1的选择应使模制时内隔板10承受的横向延伸率基本等于壳体承受的横向(或外周)延伸率。
此外,鉴于吹制或拉伸吹制工艺的正确进行实际上排除了对壳体几何形状过于复杂的预制品的依赖,因此,可有利地采用这样的预制品9,其壳体11的平行于内隔板10的最大横向尺寸d3,基本小于基本垂直于内隔板10的最大横向尺寸d2,两个横向尺寸d3和d2的关系应该是这样的,当模制时,内隔板10承受的横向延伸率与壳体承受的横向延伸率基本一样。
尽管其它布局原则上也可以考虑,但隔板10在壳体11对称面的中心延伸最简单,并且可满足大部分实际应用。
人们希望本发明预制品的采用只需对容器生产设备进行最小的改动,以得到具有给定形状和特性(尺寸、壁厚、耐热性能等等)的成品容器。当然,加工工艺的实施方式和所述成品容器的特性取决于最初的预制品的特性,尤其是其壳体的几何尺寸(周长、壁厚等等)。这样,为获得一定的容器而对加工条件和加工设备进行最小的改动意味着根据本发明的预制品要保留以往预制品的基本特征,因为现有的加工设备是为它们设计的。对于壳体的周长尤其是这样。
因此,实际上希望,不管预制品壳体的几何形状如何,所述壳体11的横截面周长,至少在装有内隔板的壳体部分,与传统预制品的回转圆柱壳体8的周长数值基本相似,而内隔板10的宽度,根据本发明,则小于以往预制品隔板6的宽度。
这样确定后,根据本发明设计的预制品9的壳体11可具有所有满足该基本条件的形状。尤其是,壳体可以是圆柱形的,特别是有一个如图4所示的卵形或椭圆形的横截面;所述两个区域a和b便成为曲率半径最大的部分,并且内隔板10沿卵形或椭圆形的短轴线延伸,而所述距离d1和d2则相等。如图5所示,还可以考虑一种双凸瓣轮廓的壳体,隔板10在两个凸瓣12之间延伸;所述区域a和b在此为两个凸瓣的接合角部分。
为了方便拉伸工序和加固容器,隔板10最好通过如图6和图7所示的较大半径的圆角与预制品的壁连接,图6和图7分别对应于图4和图5。
和传统的预制品一样,内隔板可相对预制品的壳体整体或局部地纵向延伸。在局部隔板的情况下,可以考虑使本发明的预制品11的壳体的特殊形状仅在对应于隔板的部分纵向延伸,壳体的其余纵向部分则和传统的预制品一样,为回转圆柱形。

Claims (8)
1.热塑材料的预制品(9),具有一个壳体(11),壳体内有至少局部纵向延伸的内隔板(10),并用于通过模制、尤其是吹制或拉伸吹制加工成容器,容器的壳体有相对的区域,构成向内凸出、并通过所述内隔板加固的凹形型腔,其特征在于,预制品(9)的壳体(11)的横截面轮廓是非圆形的,它具有两个相对的区域(a,b),彼此之间被最小距离(d1)分开,最小距离小于将所述轮廓的另外两个彼此相对的区域分开的距离,内隔板(10)在被最小距离(d1)分开的所述两个相对的区域(a,b)之间延伸,相对于预制品壳体(11)的外周,所述最小距离(d1)的选择应使模制时内隔板(10)承受的横向延伸率基本等于壳体(11)承受的横向或外周延伸率。
2.根据权利要求1的预制品,其特征在于,壳体(11)的平行于内隔板的最大横向尺寸(d3)基本小于基本垂直于内隔板的最大横向尺寸(d2),两个横向尺寸(d3,d2)的关系应该是这样的,当模制时,内隔板(10)承受的横向延伸率与壳体(11)承受的横向延伸率基本一样。
3.根据权利要求1或2的预制品,其特征在于,内隔板(10)在壳体(11)对称平面的中心延伸。
4.根据权利要求1至3之一的预制品,其特征在于,壳体(11)至少在对应于内隔板(10)的部分呈圆柱形轮廓。
5.根据权利要求3和4的预制品,其特征在于,壳体(11)的横截面近似于卵形或椭圆形,内隔板(10)基本沿卵形或椭圆形的短轴线延伸。
6.根据权利要求1至3之一的预制品,其特征在于,壳体(11)有一个双凸瓣(12)轮廓,内隔板(10)在两个凸瓣(12)之间延伸。
7.根据权利要求1至6之一的预制品,其特征在于,内隔板在壳体(11)的整个长度上延伸。
8.根据权利要求1至6之一的预制品,其特征在于,内隔板(10)仅在壳体(11)的部分长度上延伸,在没有内隔板的部分,壳体(11)为回转圆柱形。
