为了提供更好的皮肤和毛发感觉,在洗涤组合物中使用经加上阳离子基团(例如,Jaguar,Rhone Poulenc的瓜耳胶阳离子衍生物的注册商标名)以及合成阳离子聚合物改性的天然多糖型聚合物目前是已知的。有几个专利描述了其作为液体或凝胶型产品中调理剂的用途。例如,US4061602(American Cyanamide Co.)描述了它们作为加入到毛发和皮肤中连续使用后不聚集的组分。EP311343(P & G)提出了其在固体皂条中带来涉及温和性、控制浮渣和泡沫益处的用途。在这些情况下,将Jaguar加入到最终产品中的方法是通过将Jaguar粉末与产品的其它组分一起直接加入并充分地将其混合。US4704224(P & G)描述了将Jaguar加入到皂条中的更好的方法,该方法是通过制备小的添加剂,其中Jaguar分散在椰子脂肪酸中并且在将其加入到皂的剩余部分之前分别中和。US803742(P & G)还描述了另一个方法,该方法包括在将其均匀地混合进皂条之前用水水合Jaguar从而得到了改进的感觉和温和性效果。

因此,根据本发明的一个方面,本发明提供了增强地释放用于洗涤剂/皂条组合物中的有效剂的体系,该体系包括所述有效剂为内部油相和用阳离子聚合物增稠的外部水相的增效水包油型乳液。
当将所述的水包油型乳液加入到皂/洗涤剂基的洗涤组合物中时,功能组分/有效剂和阳离子聚合物能增强有效剂例如有机防晒剂、Parsol MCX(Givandan Roure的注册商标名并且其化学名为2-乙基-己基-甲氧基肉桂酸酯)、Parsol 1789(化学上称之为丁基甲氧基苯甲酰基甲烷)从皂或洗涤剂基洗涤组合物在皮肤、毛发和其它被洗物上的沉积。
可以用于这样乳液体系中的合适的有效剂包括:有机防晒剂、润肤剂、保湿剂、抗菌剂和驱虫剂。
通过加入阳离子聚合物增稠该乳液体系中的外部水相,该聚合物包括JAGUAR(阳离子瓜耳胶的商标名,它是2-羟基-3-(三甲基氨基)丙基瓜耳胶)。按外部水相计,阳离子聚合物的用量可以为0.25-5%并且优选为1-2%的范围。
优选地,该水包油体系一般具有大于30%,更优选大于50%的内部油相以便得到较高的所述有效剂的沉积浓度。
上述的本发明水包油型乳液体系可以通过如下步骤得到:
a.形成阳离子聚合物的水溶液;
b.将合适的乳化剂(其优选具有4-10的HLB值)与选择的有效剂/功能组分混合;
c.接着优选在Silverson混合机中使(b)的混合物受到高剪切混合,同时将(a)的溶液缓慢地加入到其中,从而以本发明的水包油型体系得到该有效剂。
根据本发明的另一个方面,通过将所述的水包油型乳液体系形式有效剂加入到上述条状组合物中来提供具有改进的功能组分沉积特性的洗涤剂/皂/洗涤组合物。
根据本发明的上述方面,将水包油型乳液体系形式的有效剂加入到基本皂/洗涤剂组合物组合物中,该组合物组合物选自:
阴离子表面活性剂例如各种链长度的脂肪酸的钠或钾盐(皂)、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐、月桂醚硫酸钠和伯烷基硫酸盐,其量在约10-80%的范围;
非离子表面活性剂例如烷基醇乙氧基化物,其量在约2-20%的范围;和其它表面活性剂例如阳离子甜菜碱,其量在约2-10%的范围;

所用的有效剂包括:有机防晒剂、润肤剂、保湿剂、抗菌剂和驱虫剂,其量在约0.1-5%的范围。在所述的条状组合物中以水包油型乳液的形式提供在0.1-5%范围的该有效剂以便在这样的条状组合物中达到改进的功能组分沉积特性。
根据本发明的其它方面,同样涉及的是提供了将本发明水包油型乳液体系形式的有效剂/功能组分加入到产品条状组合物例如皂/洗涤剂条/洗涤组合物中,以便在使用这样的产品(条状组合物)时使该功能组分/有效剂有效沉积在被洗物上的合适方法。
特别地,因此本发明还提出了将含有有效剂的水包油型乳液体系以下面的任何一种或多种形式加入到最终产品中:
i)该乳液的分散畴(discrete domain)(由于该乳液具有高浓度的有效剂,所以相当于该有效剂);
ii)优选通过在螺旋挤压机上的注射设备作为在挤压皂条上的镶条以乳液形式加入该有效剂;和
iii)以乳液的形式在分开的管式分配器的分隔的区域中填充进该有效剂,使所述乳液形式的该有效剂呈条状流出,随着该管被挤压粘附于凝胶产品的主带条上。
如下文所讨论的,从对如何获得水包油型乳化体体系形式的有效剂的非限定性的以下描述中,本发明的性质、其目的和优点将更为明显。
                         实施例I
(A)乳液的制备
在本实施例中,先使用顶部搅拌器制备Jaguar水溶液。将HLB约为10的乳化剂(Tween 60)与含有Parsol MCX和Parsol 1789(80∶20的比例)的有效剂混合物混合。
接着使用Silverson混合机,使有机防晒剂与该乳化剂的混合物受到高剪切混合,同时缓慢地将Jaguar溶液加入到其中。在完全加入Jaguar溶液之后,继续混合约5分钟以便使该溶液均匀。该乳液的组成是:55.6%的Parsol混合物,7.5%的Tween 60,36.9%的1%Jaguar溶液。
(B)将上面(A)的水包油型乳液加入到产品中-通过以有斑点的条形式加入该有效剂。
以1.8%的量将在上面步骤(A)中得到的乳液体系加入到皂基中,该皂基含有30%的椰子油脂肪酸盐,平衡量的水含量为13%的从油类(例如米糠/棕榈)的混合物得到的蒸馏的脂肪酸盐。通过在带式混合机中将该乳液与皂基极轻度混合不到1分钟,把该乳液加入到产品中,接着在压力下将该混合物压实。
加入的乳液含量是3.6%,并且产品中Parsol混合物的平均含量是2%。
                         实施例II
(A)乳液的制备

在本实施例中,从含有30%椰子油脂肪酸盐,平衡量的水含量为13%的从油类(例如米糠/棕榈)的混合物得到的蒸馏的脂肪酸盐的皂基而不加入任何Parsol混合物制备对比条状组合物。
评价使用本发明的条状组合物(实施例I和II)和对比条状组合物(实施例III)时在皮肤上的Parsol的沉积。
Parsol沉积的评价是由9人专家小组按照下面所述的方法进行的:
在预洗过的内侧前臂上用皂条来回地摩擦20次,用另一只手摩擦该产品以便形成泡沫10秒钟,接着冲洗,搽干,和用400ml的醇从9cm2萃取。下文中在表I和II中提供了由根据实施例I-II的条状组合物相对于对比条状组合物III的比较研究的结果。
下文表I中提供了从根据实施例I相对于实施例III的条状组合物中Parsol沉积的比较研究。

上面表II说明:Parsol MCX以95%的统计置信度从本发明的条状组合物(实施例II)中沉积在皮肤上,其程度为在9cm2上1.22±0.38毫克(即至少0.84mg/9cm2)。
因此,从上面表I和II中的结果可以明显看出:可以得到具有令人满意的稳定性的含Parsol的水乳液,其中该水相是通过阳离子聚合物例如Jaguar稳定的,并且这些乳液可以用于在皂/洗涤剂条状组合物中形成有效剂例如Parsol的大畴。重要的是,表I和II的比较研究进一步表明:与对比组合物(实施例III)相比,以2%或更多Parsol混合物(80∶20)的量使用本发明的条状组合物(实施例I和II)能使其在皮肤上的沉积量均匀且明显增高。
产品评价
接着进行由本发明方法得到的实施例I条状组合物的皂条相对于实施例III的对比条状组合物的产品评价。结果列于下面表III中。

上面表III清楚地表明:本发明实施例I的条状组合物的产品特性与对比条状组合物实施例III的相差不大。
因此,从上述公开可以明显看出:用上面提出的方法,在皂/洗涤剂条产品中使用本发明的水包油型乳液体系形式的有效剂,明显地增强了有效剂在皮肤/其它被洗物上的沉积。根据本发明将本发明水包油型乳液体系加入到洗涤剂/皂条配方的方法,甚至以非常低含量用本发明的新型水包油型乳液体系使用阳离子聚合物以及有效剂也可以进一步增进有效剂的沉积。

Claims (4)

1.一种洗涤用的皂条组合物,该组合物包含水包油乳液的分散畴,而该乳液包含下列成份:
(a)一种内部油相,该油相由一种具有HLB4-10的乳化剂和从有机防晒剂、润肤剂、保湿剂、抗菌剂和驱虫剂中选出的一种有效剂组成,其中内部油相的存在量高于按乳液重量计的50重量%;和
(b)一种外部水相,该水相是用一种按外部水相为基础计其存在量为0.25-5.0重量%的2-羟基-3-(三甲基氨基)丙基瓜耳胶来增稠的。
2.如权利要求1的皂条组合物,该组合物还含有选自下面的组分:
阴离子表面活性剂,该活性剂选自脂肪酸的钠盐或钾盐、直链烷基苯磺酸钠、α-烯烃磺酸盐、月桂醚硫酸钠或伯烷基硫酸盐,其含量在10-80重量%的范围;
非离子表面活性剂,该活性剂选自烷基醇乙氧基化物,其含量在2-20重量%的范围;
阳离子甜菜碱表面活性剂,其含量在2-10重量%的范围;
颗粒矿物质,选自粘土、滑石和方解石,其含量在0-40重量%的范围;
苏打灰,其含量在0-10重量%的范围;
助剂,选自磷酸钠或沸石,其含量在0-20重量%的范围;
粘合剂,选自碱性硅酸钠,其含量在0-5重量%的范围;或
其它组分,选自香料、漂白剂、荧光增白剂和酶;或其混合物,
上述含量均以皂条组合物的总重为基准计。
3.如权利要求1的皂条组合物,其中,该2-羟基-3-(三甲基氨基)丙基瓜耳胶的存在量以外部水相为基准计算为1-2重量%。
4.制造权利要求1的洗涤用的皂条组合物的方法,该方法包括:
(a)提供该2-羟基-3-(三甲基氨基)丙基瓜耳胶的水溶液,以得到该外部水相,该瓜耳胶的存在量按外部水相为基础计为0.25%-5.0重量%,
(b)将具有HLB 4-10的乳化剂与一种有效剂混合得到该内部油相;
(c)将步骤(a)的水溶液加入步骤(b)的油相中,在加入步骤(a)的水溶液的同时,使由(b)步骤中得到的混合物受到高剪切混合,从而制得乳液,其中来自步骤(b)的混合物以乳液的重量为基准,其存在量高于50重量%;
(d)通过将制得的乳液加到皂基中,在皂条组合物中形成由步骤(c)得到的乳液的分散畴,从而制得皂条组合物。
