Abstract

本发明涉及一种适用于某种注射器的注射器泵。所述注射器泵包括一个可沿柱筒移动的柱塞,所述泵包括一个响应注射器流出药液出现阻塞的阻塞检测器。
背景技术
注射器泵用于通过输液管从已充满的注射器中向病人输送药液。注射器泵在注射器柱塞上施加一个作用力,使药液以一个可控制的速度流进输液管。通常会有用来检测泵中流动液体出现阻塞的装置,例如由管道的弯曲引起的阻塞,并且可以响应所述阻塞,停止泵的运转并发出声音警告。通过测量所述泵驱动装置施加在柱塞压头上的作用力可以检测阻塞的发生,并检测超量作用力。如英国专利第2352637号中所述,在柱塞压头限位器上安装一个应力传感器。阻塞被检测到时所有的超量作用力可以被弹性零件(如液管和注射器柱塞压头)的变形所调节。因此,当泵停止后,阻塞处上游的药液流就承受了压缩力。当阻塞清除之后,例如在矫直了管道的弯曲处后,这个压力会在药液中导致团块产生,并流向病人。在某些场合下,这种情况会给病人带来危害。
专利WO97/07843描述了一种蠕动泵,在检测到可能的阻塞时所述泵反转,并在发出警告前重新向前驱动泵。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供另外一种形式的注射器泵及其操作方法。
根据本发明提供了一种上述形式的注射器泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以响应检测到的阻塞而动作,变换使柱塞沿柱筒运动的驱动力的方向,足以减小由阻塞引起的施加在药液上的超量作用力。
所述阻塞检测器最好包括一个应力传感器。所述泵可以变换驱动方向直到应力传感器检测到的力达到一个预设值,例如检测到阻塞时的作用力的10%左右。所述泵还可以响应检测到的阻塞发出警告。所述泵最好可以在检测到阻塞后只有当人工重新启动泵后,所述泵才能重新施加输送药液的作用力。

具体实施方式
所述泵有一个外壳1,在所述外壳的正面有一凹槽2,其形状可容纳一普通的注射器3。所述注射器3有一圆柱筒30,所述圆柱筒前端有一出液口31,后端有一凸缘32。所述出液口31和输液管5相连,因此通过推动柱塞35,就可以将注射器3中的药液通过输液管注射到病人中。所述泵有一驱动机构7,其包括一个由电动机9驱动的丝杠8。限位机构10可以随所述丝杠的旋转而移动,并与柱塞35的压头36接合,从而推动所述柱塞沿柱筒30运动。电动机9由控制装置11驱动,所述控制装置从键盘12、或其它用户输入工具,以及各种传感器中接收输入信息。所述控制装置11也可将输出信息输出到一显示器13上。
所述柱塞压头限位器10包括一应力传感器20,详见英国专利第2352637号。所述应力传感器响应限位器施加在柱塞压头36上的作用力,输出信号给控制装置11。控制装置11包括一个存储器110,用于储存一个预设力的上限最大值Fmax。如果超过了这个最大值,就表明在柱塞向前运动中存在阻碍,所述阻碍通常由流出注射器的药液的流动路径上的阻塞所引起。因此,所述应力传感器用作阻塞传感器。更普遍地说,所述阻塞是由输液管5的扭曲引起,但比如说,所述阻塞也可由输液管上无意使用的夹子或药液输入病人身体处的血块所引起。
控制装置11将传感器20的输出信号和存储器110中的信息相比较,如果作用力超过了Fmax,就发出警告信号,例如声音警告或显示屏13上的警告提示。控制装置11也停止电动机9向前的驱动,并提供信号使得电动机反转,直到传感器20检测到的力降低到一个大于零的水平,通常是Fmax的10%左右。与此同时,当检测到这个降低的力值时,控制装置11会停止驱动电动机9,直到使用者清除了阻塞并人工重新启动泵。相比于检测到阻塞时仅仅停转电动机所得到的效果,此时施加在药液上的作用力可以显著地降低。因而,当清除了阻塞后,例如在矫直了管道的弯曲后,输入病人的药液中不会有大的团块。作用在柱塞上的力最好保持在一个稍稍大于零的值,以使在清除了阻塞后药液不会沿输液管流回。

Claims (6)

1.一种适用于注射器(30)的注射器泵,所述注射器包括一个可沿柱筒(30)移动的柱塞(35),所述泵包括一个响应所述注射器流出药液出现阻塞的阻塞检测器(20),其特征在于,所述泵可以响应检测到的阻塞而动作,变换使柱塞(35)沿柱筒(30)运动的驱动力的方向,足以减小由阻塞引起的施加在药液上的超量作用力。
2.根据权利要求1中所述泵,其特征在于,所述阻塞检测器包括一个应力传感器(20)。
3.根据权利要求2中所述泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以变换驱动力的方向直到所述应力传感器(20)测到的力达到一个预设值。
4.根据权利要求3中所述泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以变换驱动力的方向直到所述应力传感器(20)测到的力等于检测到阻塞时的作用力的10%。
5.根据权利要求1-4任何一项中所述泵,其特征在于,所述泵可以根据检测到的阻塞而发出警告。
6.根据权利要求1-4任何一项中所述泵,其特征在于,在检测到阻塞后只有当人工重新启动泵后,所述泵才能重新施加输送药液的作用力。
