Abstract

一种左旋肉碱饲料添加剂,其特征在于:以活性成分左旋肉碱为主的饲料添加剂,其组分按重量百分比计:左旋肉碱10-40%、有机载体50-80%、水分4-20%、防腐剂0.4-1.2%。有机载体可用粮食作物的茎、壳、芯粉碎而成的粉末。制法:先将左旋肉碱、防腐剂加水搅拌配成油状物,然后用喷枪将油状物喷洒在激烈搅拌的有机载体上,喷毕继续搅拌均匀后,出料分装。该产品制备简便、价格低廉、富含营养,有利于动物吸收。

Description

左旋肉碱饲料添加剂及其制备方法
本发明涉及含活性左旋肉碱的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。左旋肉碱,又名左卡尼汀,英文名:Levocarnitine结构式如下:
理化性质:外观:白色结晶粉末,极易吸湿,有微腥味。
          吸湿性:在66%相对湿度下,24小时吸收水分67.7%。
          旋光性:[α]D 25-29~-31
          PH值:6-7
化学性质:1、在酸性条件下加热易脱水成巴豆甜菜碱
          2、高温下(180℃)分解放出三甲胺并形成内酯
          3、与酸形成盐类吸湿性便大幅度下降
          4、极易溶于水,溶解于热乙醇和甲醇,不溶于丙酮、氯仿、醚中。
左旋肉碱是动植物及微生物中普遍存在的一种类维生素的营养物质,其主要功能是作为载体,将长链脂肪酸从线粒体膜外送到膜内,促进脂肪酸的β-氧化,将脂肪酸代谢转变为能量。这对动物新陈代谢起到极为重要的作用。在生物体内,左旋肉碱主要存在于肝脏和肾脏中,由1个赖氨酸和3个蛋氨酸在维生素C、二价铁离子、烟酸及维生素B6参与下经酶催化合成的,缺一不可。但以植物蛋白为主的饲料往往存在蛋氨酸不足、赖氨酸缺乏及维生素C添加不足的问题,导致使用这类饲料的动物组织中缺乏左旋肉碱,进而造成动物生长缓慢、抗病抗应激能力减弱等情况出现。另有文献报道,左旋肉碱在雄性生殖生理作用中,对精子的存活率、精子活力、精子密度成正相关。总之,随着集约化饲养业的发展,为满足畜禽高繁殖率及快速生长的需要,天然饲料中的左旋肉碱含量已远远不能满足动物生长的需要,因此给动物补充左旋肉碱、开发含左旋肉碱的饲料添加剂,对发展畜禽饲养业十分重要。
目前,已有将左旋肉碱应用于添加剂的资料报道,如瑞士LONZA公司产业资料(1995年)中就介绍了以二氧化硅为载体、将左旋肉碱加适量水配成油状物,然后用二氧化硅吸附形成流动性粉末,通常肉碱含量50%左右,另有35%为动物无法吸收消化的二氧化硅。用这种饲料添加剂喂养动物,不仅营养比较单调,而且添加剂的有效利用率低,其中35%为动物不能吸收的矿物质二氧化硅,这无论是对用户还是厂家都是一种浪费。
本发明的目的是提供一种以可食用载体为吸附剂的含左旋肉碱的饲料添加剂及其制备方法,该产品制备简便、价格低廉、富含营养,有利于动物吸收。
本发明饲料添加剂以活性成分左旋肉碱为主,还含有有机载体、水分、防腐剂,其组分按重量百分比计:
              左旋肉碱            10-40%
              有机载体            50-85%
              水    分            2.91-4.7625%
              防腐剂              0.06346%
其中使左旋肉碱、有机载体、水分、防腐剂四者之和为100%;
有机载体用粮食作物的茎、壳、芯粉碎而成的粉末,如玉米芯粉、黄豆夹粉、秸秆粉、米糠粉,可单一使用或几种混合。
制备左旋肉碱饲料添加剂的方法,其特征在于:先将重量百分比为10-40%的左旋肉碱、重量百分比为0.06346%的防腐剂加重量百分比为2.91-4.7625%的水搅拌配成油状物,然后用喷枪将油状物喷洒在激烈搅拌的有机载体上,其重量百分比为50-85%,其中使左旋肉碱、有机载体、水分、防腐剂四者之和为100%;喷毕继续搅拌均匀后,出料分装。
采用本发明制备的饲料添加剂,除提供给动物生长、发育所必需的左旋肉碱外,其载体还可发挥饲料作用,为动物提供丰富的营养。另外这些载体在禽畜饲养中用途广泛,对扩大推广左旋肉碱添加剂的使用范围具有积极作用。该产品制备方法简单、资源丰富、成本低,为厂家、商家用户提供了共同发展的机遇。
用法:从理论上讲,在生物体内左旋肉碱补充量的范围值应是含左旋肉碱0.4-1.2%。用户可根据各种动物的不同生长期推算出该添加剂和饲料的比例。
实施例:例1
将左旋肉碱结晶粉末50g,加入水7.5ml,折合含水量为15%,进行搅拌成油状物,放入喷枪中喷入100g正在激烈搅拌的200目干燥玉米芯粉末中,喷毕再搅拌20分钟,化验含左旋肉碱为31.75%。
例2  将左旋肉碱结晶粉末50g,加入水7.5ml,进行搅拌成油状物,喷入200g正在激烈搅拌的150目的干燥玉米芯粉末中,喷毕再搅拌20分钟,化验含左旋肉碱为19.4%。
例3  将左旋肉碱结晶前的浓缩油状物50g,测定其含量不低于95%后加入,直接装入喷枪喷至300g干燥的激烈搅拌的200目玉米芯粉中,再搅拌20分钟,化验含左旋肉碱为14.28%。
例4  将左旋肉碱结晶粉末50g加入0.1g苯甲酸钠和7.5ml水的溶液中,加热搅拌成油状物,喷入100g正在激烈搅拌的100目的干燥玉米粉中,喷毕再搅拌20分钟,化验左旋肉碱含量为31.73%。

1、一种左旋肉碱饲料添加剂,其特征在于:以活性成分左旋肉碱为主,还含有有机载体、水分、防腐剂,其组分按重量百分比计:
              左旋肉碱       10-40%
              有机载体       50-85%
              水    分       2.91-4.7625%
              防 腐 剂       0.06346%
其中使左旋肉碱、有机载体、水分、防腐剂四者之和为100%;
有机载体用粮食作物的茎、壳、芯粉碎而成的粉末,单一使用或几种混合。
2、一种制备左旋肉碱饲料添加剂的方法,其特征在于:先将以重量百分比为10-40%的左旋肉碱、重量百分比为0.06346%的防腐剂加重量百分比为2.91-4.7625%的水搅拌配成油状物,然后用喷枪将油状物喷洒在激烈搅拌的有机载体上,其重量百分比为50-85%,其中使左旋肉碱、有机载体、水分、防腐剂四者之和为100%;喷毕继续搅拌均匀后,出料分装。
