Description

本发明涉及一种封闭件，特别是一种包括盖子的封闭件，其中所述盖子通过整体铰链连接封闭件的固定部分。
在此之前提供的用于容器的封闭件中，容器上的封闭件设有整体铰链。通常，这种封闭件依靠铰链的拉伸作用产生卡扣作用。典型的构造已经在美国专利US-3,628,215，US-3,629,901，US-3,933,271，US-4,047,495，US-4,386,714中公开。
在美国专利US-4,638,916中，具有卡扣型铰接盖的封闭件中包括适于和容器的颈部开口相配合的第一部件，构成盖子的第二部件和使第一和第二部件相互连接的整体铰链，其中第一和第二部件具有基壁和圆周裙部。从裙部延伸的一对铰链带分别位于整体铰链相对的两侧。这一对铰链带的径向长度小于第二盖子部件相对于第一部件移动到封闭位置时通过的弧线长度，以致这一对铰链带作为弹簧，起拉伸作用。这一对铰链带的端部沿着径向向内连接裙部的圆周。

按照本发明的目的提供一种经过改善的具有卡扣型铰按盖的封闭件，其类似于美国专利US-4,638,916。本发明改善了封闭件的工作性能，延长了其使用寿命。而且，进一步减小或消除了作用在铰链带上的过大应力，这种应力可能使铰链带在开启或封闭盖子时产生断裂。还可以降低附加成本。
按照本发明，提供一种具有卡扣型铰接盖的封闭件，其包括：
第一部件适合于同容器颈部开口相互配合，第二部件构成盖子。整体铰链使第一部件和第二部件相连接。所述各部件包括基壁和圆周裙部。在所述裙部之间，在所述整体铰链相对的两侧具有延伸并连接所述裙部的一对铰链带。在所述裙部的连接点之间，各所述铰链带沿着其长度方向具有均匀一致的横断面。所述铰链带的端部呈直线形状，并且，当第一部件和第二部件处于完全开启位置时，所述铰链带的端部基本上位于同一平面。在开启或封闭所述第一部件和第二部件期间，各所述铰链带沿着其长度方向受到拉伸。各所述铰链带具有中间部分，当第一部件和第二部件处于完全开启位置时，所述中间部分从铰链带所在的平面延伸出。所述各铰链带的中间部分具有的厚度比铰链带端部的厚度薄。当第一部件和第二部件处于完全开启位置时，各所述铰链带不受拉伸。所述铰链带的中间部分从所述平面的轴向上方或下方向外延伸。在另一种形式中，中间部分包括在其端部的横向台阶或凸起部分。在又一种形式中，铰链带包括横向台阶或凸起部分，沿着其长度方向的厚度一致。

参照图1-7，本发明涉及的封闭件10由塑料，例如聚丙烯材料制成，其包括第一部件11和第二部件12，其中所述第一部件11适于旋装在容器的颈部，所述第二部件12构成盖子，还包括连接第一部件11和第二部件12的整体铰链13。
第一部件11包括基壁14和圆周裙部15，在基壁14和圆周裙部15的连接处具有台阶16。管状出口17从基壁14的外表面向外延伸，而且管状出口17终止于倾斜的凸缘17a。在出口17的内表面设有环形带18。裙部15的内表面上设有内螺纹19，由此与容器颈部的螺纹相互配合。出口17为安装着封闭件的容器中的内装物提供分配通道。环形整体塞密封件14a从基壁14向内延伸，以便与容器颈部的内表面相配合。
第二或盖子部件12设有基壁20和圆周裙部21。台阶16适于和裙部21的自由边缘相配合。圆柱状壁或塞22设置在基壁20的内表面，并且适于在盖子移动到封闭位置时套装入出口17内。环形带18为塞22提供摩擦配合，以便保证严密密封容器内的内装物，并清洁内装物的出口。这种摩擦配合还保证使第二部件处于封闭位置。
整体铰链13具有的长度是其宽度的几倍，以便提供稳定性。铰链13具有位于台阶16和裙部21的自由边缘的平面内的上表面。铰链13的上侧在径向断面呈倒V形状。在铰链13的两侧分别设有一个铰链带25。整体铰链13的长度是各铰链带25的宽度的几倍。
各铰链带25在部件11上的凹陷部分26和部分12的凹陷部分27之间延伸。如图4所示，各铰链带25的端部沿着水平方向分别连接凹陷部分26，27。
各铰链带25的结构是这样的，在操作过程中，即在部件11上，开启或关闭部件12时，拉伸铰链带。
各铰链带25具有直线形端部，当第一部件11和第二部件12处于完全打开位置时，其位于同一平面。在此位置，各铰链带25的中间部分25a向此平面的轴向外侧延伸，在图3和4中，中间部分25a向上弯曲。
在图8-10所示的经过修改的实施例中，在数字代号后面加后缀“a”，表示相应的部件。从实施例中的差别是各铰链带25的中间部分25b在横断面中呈V形，并且向下延伸。
按照本发明，各铰链带的中间部分25的厚度大约比其端部厚度薄50％。各铰链带在长度方向上的宽度一致。所以，各铰链带的拉伸大部分发生在比较薄的中间部分。
在图11和12所示的本发明实施例中，在数字代号后面加后缀“c”，表示相应的部件。在此实施例中，比较薄的中间部分25c通过台阶或凸起部分30连接各铰链带25的保持部分或端部。所以，中间部分25c的厚度可以沿其整个长度方向得到控制，即，沿其长度方向可以是均匀一致的。
在图13所示的经过修改后的实施例中，铰链带具有相同厚度的凸出部分25d，其厚度与端部或凸起部分或台阶30a的厚度相等。
因此，可以看到，本发明提供的卡扣型封闭件的工作性能得到改善，并且其工作寿命延长；而且进一步减小或消除了作用在铰链带上的过大应力，这种应力在开启或封闭盖子时可能使铰链带断裂；而且，本发明可以降低附加成本。

Claims (9)

1.一种具有卡扣型铰接盖的封闭件，其包括：
第一部件(11或11a)适合于同容器颈部开口相互配合；
第二部件(12或12a)构成盖子；
整体铰链(13或13a)使第一部件(11或11a)和第二部件(12或12a)相连接；
所述各部件包括基壁(14，20)和圆周裙部(15，21)；
在所述裙部(15，21)之间，在所述整体铰链(13或13a)相对的两侧具有延伸并连接所述裙部(15，21)的一对铰链带(25)；
在所述裙部的连接点之间，各所述铰链带沿着其长度方向具有均匀一致的宽度；
所述铰链带的端部呈直线形状，并且，当第一部件和第二部件处于完全开启位置时，所述铰链带的端部基本上位于同一平面；
在开启或封闭所述第一部件和第二部件期间，各所述铰链带沿着其长度方向受到拉伸；
各所述铰链带具有中间部分(25a，25b，25c，25d)，当第一部件和第二部件处于完全开启位置时，所述中间部分(25a，25b，25c，25d)从铰链带所在的平面延伸出；
所述各铰链带的中间部分具有的厚度比铰链带端部的厚度薄；
当第一部件和第二部件处于完全开启位置时，各所述铰链带不受拉伸。
2.按照权利要求1所述的封闭件，其特征是：当第一部件(11或11a)和第二部件(12或12a)处于完全开启位置时，所述铰链带(25)的中间部分(25a，25b，25c，25d)从所述平面的轴向上方或下方之一向外延伸。
3.按照权利要求2所述的封闭件，其特征是：沿着所述中间部分的长度方向，在横断面内，所述铰链带(25)的中间部分(25a，25b，25c，25d)呈弯曲形状。
4.按照权利要求2所述的封闭件，其特征是：沿着所述中间部分的长度方向，在横断面内，所述铰链带(25)的中间部分(25a，25b，25c，25d)呈V形。
5.按照上述权利要求之一所述的封闭件，其特征是：所述各铰链带(25)的端部沿着水平方向连接所述第一部件的裙部(15)和第二部件的裙部(21)。
6.按照权利要求5所述的封闭件，其特征是：所述第一部件的裙部(15)和第二部件的裙部(21)具有凹陷部分，所述各铰链带(25)的端部分别与所述裙部的凹陷部分相连接。
7.按照上述权利要求之一所述的封闭件，其特征是：各所述铰链带(25)的中间部分通过横向凸起部分(30和30a)连接各自的端部。
8.按照上述权利要求之一所述的封闭件，其特征是：所述铰链带(25)的中间部分(25a，25b，25c，25d)在其中央位置厚度最薄，所述铰链带的端部较厚。
9.按照上述权利要求之一所述的封闭件，其特征是：所述铰链带(25)的中间部分(25a，25b，25c，25d)沿着其整个长度方向具有相同厚度。
