背景技术
美国消费者产品安全委员会(CPSC)最近发布规定，要求含有碳氢化合物以及有较低粘性的家用产品采用防儿童(CR)的包装。CPSC已经证明五岁以下的儿童在吸入碳氢化合物产品时有致命危险。美国的毒物控制中心协会证明，超过11000种含碳氢化合物的普通家用产品有潜在吸入危险。
将碳氢化合物产品吸入儿童的肺内将引起类似肺炎的情况，并引起不可逆的永久性肺损伤，甚至死亡。根据消费者产品安全委员会，目前还没有方法能够从肺中安全除去这些油质物质。为了更好地保护儿童，避免儿童摄取和吸入低粘性的、含碳氢化合物的产品，CSPC通过了用于低粘性碳氢化合物制造商的上述规定。

发明内容

优选实施例的详细说明

Claims (38)

1.一种防儿童分配器，包括：
双壳螺纹罩，该双壳螺纹罩具有第一防儿童特征；
盖，该盖铰接安装在所述罩上，并有第二防儿童特征；
其中，所述第一和第二防儿童特征是反向运动的防儿童特征。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述罩包括罩顶壁以及具有上部和底部的外部裙缘。
3.根据权利要求2所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述外部裙缘环绕所述罩顶壁的外周边缘布置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：在罩顶壁中的分配孔。
5.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：内部裙缘，该内部裙缘从罩顶壁上垂下。
6.根据权利要求5所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述内部裙缘有环绕所述内部裙缘的内表面螺旋延伸的螺纹。
7.根据权利要求5所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述罩顶壁还包括密封件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述罩有延伸到罩顶壁上面的外部裙缘上部，所述外部裙缘上部是间断开的。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：在罩顶壁中的第一孔以及延伸到所述第一孔上面的第一凸肩。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：在罩顶壁中的第二孔以及延伸到所述第二孔上面的第二凸肩。
11.根据权利要求10所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述第一和第二孔布置在所述罩顶壁中，并成间开结构。
12.根据权利要求11所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述第一和第二孔间开大约180度。
13.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：铰链机构，该铰链机构包括中心铰链元件以及两个对称布置的偏压条。
14.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述盖还包括从该盖上垂下的孔塞。
15.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述盖还包括从该盖上垂下的环绕密封件。
16.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述盖包括盖顶壁以及从所述盖顶壁的外周边缘垂下的间断的盖裙缘。
17.根据权利要求16所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：从所述盖顶壁上垂下并成间开结构的第一尖头和第二尖头。
18.根据权利要求17所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述第一尖头和第二尖头分别有对着所述盖顶壁的、向外伸出的指状物。
19.根据权利要求16所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述不连续的盖裙缘还包括除去部分，该除去部分确定有唇缘。
20.根据权利要求1所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：外部裙缘，该外部裙缘有径向相对的第一和第二压力点。
21.一种防儿童分配器，包括：
双壳罩，该双壳罩有铰接安装在所述罩上的盖；
外部裙缘，该外部裙缘从罩预壁的外周边缘上垂下，并有径向相对的第一和第二防儿童凸耳，该第一和第二防儿童凸耳从内表面伸出；
内部裙缘，该内部裙缘从所述罩顶壁上垂下，并与所述外部裙缘间隔开，该外部裙缘有环绕它的内表面螺旋延伸的螺纹；
所述罩顶壁还包括密封件；
所述罩顶壁包括分配孔和第一和第二孔；
所述盖有第二防儿童特征，它包括从盖顶壁上垂下的第一和第二尖头，当所述盖布置在关闭位置时，该第一和第二尖头穿过所述第一和第二孔延伸；
所述第一和第二尖头分别包括对着所述盖顶壁的指状物。
22.根据权利要求21所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：环绕密封件，该环绕密封件从所述盖顶壁上垂下，并与所述分配孔对齐。
23.一种防儿童分配器，包括：
罩，该罩有罩顶壁和环形裙缘；
径向相对的压力点，该压力点环绕所述环形裙缘的下部间隔开，用于第一对向运动的防儿童特征；
所述环形裙缘有防儿童凸耳，该凸耳绕所述环形裙缘的内表面布置，且各凸耳与所述压力点间开大约90度；以及
翻转顶盖，该翻转顶盖可旋转地安装在所述罩上，并有第二对向运动的防儿童特征，需要挤压径向相对的尖头以打开所述盖。
24.根据权利要求23所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述罩顶壁有第一和第二弓形孔。
25.根据权利要求24所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述第一和第二径向相对的弓形尖头从所述翻转顶盖上垂下，并有从该尖头径向向外伸出的指状物。
26.根据权利要求25所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：凸肩，该凸肩延伸到第一和第二孔上面，并可操作地与所述第一和第二尖头的指状物啮合。
27.根据权利要求23所述的防儿童分配器，其中：所述盖顶壁还包括分配孔。
28.根据权利要求27所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：从所述翻转顶盖上垂下的环绕密封件。
29.根据权利要求27所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：从所述翻转顶盖上垂下的孔塞。
30.根据权利要求27所述的防儿童分配器，还包括：铰链机构。

32.一种防儿童分配器，包括：

第二相对运动的挤压和提升翻转顶盖，该翻转顶盖铰接安装在所述双壳罩上；以及
具有内部密封件的容器，该内部密封件布置在容器颈部，从而防止所述罩和所述容器之间流体连通。

罩，该罩有第一相对运动的防儿童特征和第二相对运动的防儿童特征。

36.根据权利要求34所述的防儿童分配器，其中，所述双壳罩有：内部裙缘，该内部裙缘从罩顶壁上垂下；密封件，该密封件从所述罩顶壁上垂下；外部裙缘，该外部裙缘从所述罩顶壁的外周边缘上垂下；所述外部裙缘有一对从所述外部裙缘的内表面伸出的径向相对的防儿童凸耳；一对径向相对的压力点，该对压力点在所述外部裙缘的外表面上，并与所述防儿童凸耳间开大约90度；第一和第二孔，该第一和第二孔在所述罩顶壁中径向相对；以及在所述罩顶壁中的分配孔。
37.根据权利要求35所述的防儿童分配器，其中，所述翻转顶盖有：盖顶壁和从所述盖顶壁上垂下的盖裙缘；第一和第二尖头，该第一和第二尖头从所述盖顶壁上垂下，所述第一和第二尖头沿所述盖顶壁的外周边缘间开大约180度，并有布置在它们上的指状物，所述第一和第二尖头与罩顶壁上的第一和第二孔对齐。
