Description
本发明涉及一种用于处理家禽褥草的组合物,以及该组合物在减少球虫病在家禽中的消极影响中的应用。
球虫病是由于一种或几种大尺寸的孢子虫类型的球虫菌或原生动物的感染引起的家禽特有的疾病。在家禽的喂养中,这种原生动物以形成孢子的卵囊形式被家禽吸收。它们在动物的消化道内进行生长和繁殖的循环,因此,起始于几个形成孢子的卵囊,在排泄出的粪便物质中可以有几百万的未形成孢子的卵囊。这种非传染性的未形成孢子的卵囊在被排泄出的粪便物质中、进而在家禽褥草中转化为传染性的形成孢子的卵囊。但是,只有一部分未形成孢子的卵囊转化为形成孢子的卵囊;并且,孢子化的程度依赖于粪便物质的组成:湿度、氧含量、pH等。如果孢子化程度剧烈,将会使被再传染的动物死亡或严重阻碍其生长和繁殖。如果孢子化程度不严重,动物只会被轻微传染,从而具有免疫力。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种适于加入到家禽褥草中的组合物,它的作用是减少褥草中卵囊的孢子化,从而切实防止家禽的病原再传染。
而本发明的发明人发现,向褥草中加入至少一种适合的食用表面活性乳化剂,可以获得意想不到的结果,可以显著减少球虫病在家禽中的消极影响,特别是减少由于褥草传染而带来严重损害的卵囊的孢子化。
因此,根据本发明的并实现了上述目的的用于处理家禽褥草的组合物包括至少一种食用表面活性乳化剂。
所述的乳化剂可以是含有10-100%所述乳化剂的水溶性粉末形式或液体形式;这两种情况都需要在使用前将粉末或液体置于水溶液中。作为粉末的载体,例如可以使用葡萄糖,而所述的液体形式,例如可以是在水中或丙二醇中的溶液。
所述的乳化剂优选选自那些可被生物系统接受的并且基本上是亲水的物质,例如酯类,脂肪酸的聚甘油酯和山梨醇酯,例如油酸单-、双-和三酯形式的脂肪酸乙氧基化物,单-、双-和三甘油酯的乙氧基化物,山梨醇和脂肪酸的单-或双酯的乙氧基化物,所述的脂肪酸例如从动物脂油、豆油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、亚麻子油或椰子油的脂肪酸得到的油酸或蓖麻油酸;以及乙氧基化的醇类等。由蓖麻油得到的乙氧基化物是更优选的。
用本发明的组合物处理褥草可以简单地将液体组合物喷洒到褥草上,该液体组合物是将上述一种或另一种形式的组合物稀释4-5倍得到的,喷洒量为每平方米褥草20-100毫升。
作为一项改进,可以将所述的食用表面活性乳化剂与甲酚、邻甲氧基苯酚和间苯二酚,如果需要,一种或几种下列成分:单宁酸、百里酚、丁子香酚和茴香脑的混合物结合使用。
举例说明,液体形式的所述组合物可以包括2.5-20毫克的甲酚、2.5-20毫克的邻甲氧基苯酚、2.5-20毫克的间苯二酚、200-2000毫克的表面活性乳化剂,以及0-20毫克的单宁酸、百里酚、丁子香酚和/或茴香脑。
下面参照实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。实施例(1)组合物的制备
将下述的各个组分简单地混合可制得本发明的组合物,液体组合物A和B如下:
A:将2克乙氧基化的蓖麻油溶于7毫升水和1毫升丙二醇中,然后将所得溶液稀释,用于喷洒1平方米的褥草。
B:将溶有5毫克邻甲氧基苯酚、5毫克间苯二酚和5毫克间甲苯酚的2克乙氧基化的蓖麻油和1毫升丙二醇溶于7毫升水中,然后将所得溶液稀释,用于喷洒1平方米的褥草。(2)对比实验
用未形成孢子的每平方米带有5,000,000个卵囊的E.Tenella感染一个传统的家禽褥草,并将该褥草分成三个部分。对前两个部分分别用上述组合物A和组合物B处理,而对第三部分不进行处理(对照物)。

从所得的结果可以清楚地看出,通过用本发明的组合物A和B预处理褥草,卵囊的孢子化被显著降低,并且酚(甲酚、邻甲氧基酚和间苯二酚)的加入改进了表面活性剂的效果,因为损害程度降低了。
因此上述结果清楚地确证了,用本发明的组合物处理家禽褥草可以显著降低卵囊在所述褥草中的传染力,由此大大降低了球虫病在家禽中的消极影响。
最后,也可以将用本发明的组合物处理褥草与用传统的球虫病稳定剂对家禽饲料进行防球虫病处理结合使用。
Claims (11)
1、用于处理家禽褥草的组合物,包括至少一种食用表面活性剂乳化剂。
2、如权利要求1所述的含有10-100%表面活性剂的水溶性粉末形式的组合物。
3、如权利要求1所述的含有10-100%表面活性剂的浓缩液体形式的组合物。
4、如权利要求1-3之一所述的组合物,其中所述的乳化剂选自酯类,脂肪酸的聚甘油酯和山梨醇酯,例如油酸单-、双-和三酯形式的脂肪酸乙氧基化物,单-、双-和三甘油酯的乙氧基化物,山梨醇和脂肪酸的单-或双酯的乙氧基化物,所述的脂肪酸是从动物脂油脂肪酸、豆油、菜籽油、蓖麻油、亚麻子油或椰子油的脂肪酸得到的油酸或蓖麻油酸,以及乙氧基化的醇类。
5、如权利要求1-4之一所述的组合物,其中包括甲酚、邻甲氧基苯酚和间苯二酚的混合物,该混合物与所述的表面活性乳化剂结合使用。
6、如权利要求5所述的组合物,还包括一种或几种下列化合物:单宁酸、百里酚、丁子香酚和茴香脑。
7、如权利要求6所述的组合物,包括2.5-20毫克的甲酚、2.5-20毫克的邻甲氧基苯酚、2.5-20毫克的间苯二酚、200-2000毫克的表面活性乳化剂,以及0-20毫克的单宁酸、百里酚、丁子香酚和/或茴香脑。
8、至少一种食用表面活性乳化剂在处理家禽褥草中的应用。
9、如权利要求8所述的应用,其特征在于,以0.2-5.0克/米2,优选为0.5-2克/米2的用量将所述的表面活性乳化剂加入到褥草中。
10、处理家禽褥草以减少球虫病的影响的方法,其特征在于以20-100毫升/米2褥草的用量将如权利要求1-6之一所述的液体形式的组合物喷洒到所述的褥草上。
11、如权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于所述的液体形式的组合物是将如权利要求2或权利要求3所述的组合物用水稀释4-5倍得到的。
