Abstract

本发明涉及电气插头。更具体说,涉及容易从插座拔出的电气插头。
现有技术讨论
所有使用商业电源的电气用具都具有电气插头,而每一个电气插头具有两个端子杆,该端子杆与设置在插座中的电源端子相对应。
图3示出了一种传统的电气插头。电气插头100包括:上盒110和下盒120,用夹紧螺钉131将其彼此连接;一对导电端子杆140,与从盒110和120后部突出的电源线(未示出)连接。
如图4所示,上盒110与下盒120内设有空腔121。夹紧端子杆140的夹紧元件150在空腔121中设置成不能运动。更具体说,当每一端子140插入夹紧元件150的连接孔151中后,夹紧元件150在空腔121中被安装成不能运动。
安装端子杆140用的半圆形定位槽111和122,以及安装电源线(未示出)用的定位槽123,分别设置在上下盒110和120的前表面和后表面。连接电源线用的夹紧螺钉132与每一端子杆140的一端连接。
定位孔112设置在上盒110上,夹紧螺钉131插入此孔,以将上盒110连接在下盒120上。具有螺纹孔的连接部124,在下盒120的空腔121中,制成向上突起以对应于定位孔112。端子杆140插入用于夹紧的夹紧元件150的连接孔151后,夹紧螺钉132将去包层的电源线紧固在端子杆140上,而端子杆140安装成穿过定位槽111和122,突出于上盒110和下盒120的前面,电源线安装成经过定位槽123突出于上下盒的后面,上下盒110和120用夹紧螺钉131连接在一起。这样,端子杆140与电源线均紧固在上下盒110和120上不能运动。
将电气插头100插入插座的出口端,由于突出于上下盒110和120前面的端子杆140是紧密配入插座的电源端子,电气插头100与插座不能分离,商用电源通过端子杆140,输入具有电气插头100的电气用具,以致动该电气用具。但是,存在这样的问题,紧密配入插座的电源端子的端子杆,不容易从插座拔出。某些用户常常握住电源线将电气插头从插座拔出。这样,电源线被破坏,并对电气用具造成损坏和漏电。此外,当传统插头插入外插座,即一种未固定的插座,用户必须用一只手拿住插座,另一只手拿住插头才能将插头拔出。
发明概述
相应地,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种容易从插座中拔出的电气插头,从而避免由于不恰当地拔出插头而造成对电气用具的错误操作和漏电。
为实现本发明这些和那些优点,并根据本发明的目的,作为实施例和概括地说明,本发明提供了一种电气插头,该电气插头用合成树脂模制而成,或具有用夹紧螺钉彼此连接在一起的上下盒,端子杆、电源线和插头体制成一体,此电气插头包括:安装孔,制成穿过插头体平行于端子杆;分离装置,可滑动地插入安装孔,用于使插头从插座分离。插头还包括:沟道,在安装孔的给定位置制出;锁键,在分离装置中制出,具有弹性以与沟道接合。
插头体包括凹入部,在插头体的后部制出,使插头体容易用手指抓住。
分离装置包括一个在末端制出的抓取部,以将分离装置推入插头体内,并避免分离装置从插头体完全移去。

现详细参看本发明推荐实施例,其例子在附图中示出。
图1示出了本发明的电气插头,此电气插头包括制成一体的端子杆30、电源线40和插头体20。一对端子杆30制成突出于插头体20的前面,该插头体用合成树脂模制而成,与端子杆30连接的电源线40设置成向下突出。
凹入部21在插头体20的后部制出,以便容易用手指握住插头体20。分离装置50,用于使插头10从插座中分离,平行于端子杆30可滑动地安装在插头体20内。抓取部51设置在分离装置50的端部。
如图2所示,一对端子杆30各插入夹紧元件60的连接孔(未示出)中。去包层的电源线40通过夹紧螺钉61与端子杆30连接。
本发明的插头10,可将与端子杆30和电源线40连接的夹紧元件60置入模具,并将合成树脂喷注入模具而模制成。安装孔22在插头体20的中部制出,以可滑动地容纳分离装置50,该分离装置用于使插头10从插座移去,沟道22a在安装孔22的给定位置制出。锁键52设置在插入安装孔22的分离装置50上,并具有弹性以与沟道22a接合,抓取部51在分离装置的端部制出。当分离装置配入由合成树脂模制成的插头体20的安装孔22中时,锁键52弹性收缩,允许分离装置50插入安装孔22。当锁键52进入沟道22a时,曾经收缩的锁键52张开并座落在沟道22a中。
随着锁键52座落在沟道22a中,分离装置不能向后运动但能向前运动。由于分离装置50的向前运动,因分离装置50一端部制出抓取部51而存在极限,可避免将分离装置50从插头体20拆卸。
如果用户打算从插座拔出插头10,他或她用食指和中指抓住插头体20的凹入部21,并用拇指压住分离装置50的抓取部51,拉插头体20,于是分离装置50的端部被突出于插头体20的内部并被插座支撑,从而容易使插头10从插座分离。致于具有由夹紧螺钉彼此连接的上下盒的电气插头,如本发明推荐实施例所述,可具有一个安装孔和可滑动地插入安装孔的分离装置,因此,容易从插座拆除插头。
根据本发明的插头,插头体、端子杆和电源线是由合成树脂模制成一体,或用螺钉将上下盒夹紧在一起,而用于使插头从插座移去的分离装置,是可滑动地插入安装孔,所以插头可容易地从插座移去。相应地,本发明可避免电气用具的错误操作和因不恰当地从插座移去插头而可能发生的漏电。此外,在本发明的插头被插入未固定的插座时,用户可容易地只用一只手移去插头。
本领域的技术人员应知道,可以对本发明进行各种修改和提出不同方案,然而,这都不脱离本发明的精神和范围。因此拟用所附权利要求覆盖在本发明范围进行的各种修改和提出的不同方案及其等同替换。

Claims (2)

1.一种电气插头,该插头用合成树脂模制,或具有用夹紧螺钉彼此连接的上下盒,端子杆、电源线和插头体制成一体,所述电气插头包括:安装孔,其穿过插头体平行于端子杆制出;分离装置,其可滑动地插入安装孔,并用于使电气插头从插座分离;在分离装置的一端部制出的抓取部,以将分离装置推入插头体内,并避免其完全从插头体移去,其特征在于,
插头体包括在其后部制出的凹入部,使插头体容易用手指抓住。
2.如权利要求1所述的电气插头,还包括:沟道,其在安装孔的给定位置制出;和锁键,其在分离装置上制出,并具有弹性以与沟道接合。
