Abstract

Description

盘式制动器和盘式制动器的定位及输送装置
本发明涉及一种盘式制动器和盘式制动器的定位及输送装置,其中盘式制动器至少具有一个带螺纹部分的导向螺栓,导向螺栓可移动地安装在制动器壳体的一个通孔内,制动器壳体可以用导向螺栓固定在车辆的转向轴上。
例如由DE4203318A1已知这样一种盘式制动器。在这种盘式制动器中制动器壳体的孔内装入一个由橡胶制成的阻尼套,导向螺栓可滑动地安装在这个阻尼套内。阻尼套具有一个从孔中伸出的部分,在装入的状态下它覆盖导向螺栓突出于孔的自由端。在未装入制动器壳体的状态下导向螺栓相对于阻尼套这样地设置,使导向螺栓的螺纹部分处于阻尼套的内部,由此导向螺栓的自由端突出于阻尼套。在制动器壳体运输时导向螺栓在阻尼套内部很容易移动,由此在装配时产生问题和/或损坏螺纹。
因此本发明的目的在于:创造一种盘式制动器和盘式制动器的定位及输送装置,其中完全避免所说的问题。
按照本发明这个任务这样来解决,在导向螺栓上这样地安装一个套,使导向螺栓相对于制动器壳体内的孔是固定的。用这种方案以出奇地简单的方法达到,使导向螺栓的螺纹不伸出阻尼套,也就是说和它齐平或缩向里面。由此避免螺纹在装到转向轴上去时受损伤,并使制动器壳体毫无问题地装在制动盘和转向轴的上方。此外在运输时套筒支撑着导向螺栓后部突出来的部分。没有这个套导向螺栓位置不固定、会晃动、移动,某些情况下会丢失。
按本发明的一种优良的具体结构设想,安装在导向螺栓和阻尼套之间的套以它的一个末端支承在阻尼套的一个凸肩上。
套的长度适合于做成这样,使它完全覆盖导向螺栓伸出于阻尼套的部分。
作为导向套的材料可以考虑硬纸板或塑料。
在附图的唯一图形中表示了本发明的一个实施例,在下面将对此加以说明。
图形中仅仅表示制动器壳体2构成导向螺栓6安装孔4的那一部分。导向螺栓具有一个螺纹部分8和一个直径加大的光滑部分10。孔4内装一个阻尼套12,其中阻尼套的一部分突出于孔。阻尼套12具有四个环形内筋片,它们基本上设置在孔4的区域内,其中之一用14表示。紧接着以14表示的筋片处阻尼套形成一个内扩展部分16。在阻尼套12的末端设有另一个环形筋片18。
图形表示在运输位置或装配以前的位置时导向螺栓6和阻尼套12的相对位置。在这个位置导向螺栓6相对于阻尼套12这样地移动,使得螺纹部分8位于阻尼套12之内,相反导向螺栓6的自由端则伸出阻尼套12。在导向螺栓6的自由端上装一个套20,它的内径尺寸做成这样,使导向螺栓和套之间形成一个磨擦连接,使得套20不能毫无困难地相对于导向螺栓6移动。套20以它的内端靠在阻尼套12的一个台肩22上,使得由导向螺栓6和套20组成的单元在运动时不能超出这个台肩。套20的外径尺寸做成这样,使得筋片18以一定的张紧力套在套20上,因而由于由此出现的磨擦力使得只有在克服这个磨擦力的情况下才能向相反的方向运动。套20的长度尺寸做成这样,使它在这个位置时完全覆盖导向螺栓6伸出于阻尼套12的末端。
在装配时按如下的顺序进行。首先将阻尼套12装入制动器壳体2。接着将套20装入阻尼套12,导向螺栓放入阻尼套,直到它与套20齐平为止。在制动器装配时导向螺栓拧在车辆的转向轴上。此后可以取下套20,并装上一个保护塞24,以封闭阻尼套12。

Claims (5)

1.带有一个制动器壳体和至少一个具有螺纹部分的导向螺栓的盘式制动器,其中导向螺栓穿过制动器壳体的一个通孔,并可以借助于螺纹部分固定在车辆的转向轴上,其特征在于:在导向螺栓(6)上这样地装一个套(20),使导向螺栓(6)在制动器壳体(2)内相对于通孔(4)是固定的。
2.盘式制动器的定位和输送装置,其中盘式制动器至少具有一个带螺纹部分的导向螺栓,导向螺栓穿过制动器壳体内的一个通孔,并且可以用它的螺纹部分固定在车辆的转向轴上,其特征在于:在导向螺栓(6)上这样地安装一个套(20),使得导向螺栓(6)相对于制动器壳体内的通孔(4)是固定的。
3.按权利要求2的定位和输送装置,其中制动器壳体的孔和导向螺栓之间装一个阻尼套,其特征在于,装在导向螺栓(6)和阻尼套(12)之间的套(20)以它的一端支承在阻尼套(12)的一个台肩(22)上。
4.按权利要求2或3的定位和输送装置,其特征在于:套(20)的长度尺寸做成这样,使它完全覆盖导向螺栓(6)从阻尼套(12)中伸出来的部分。
5.按权利要求2至4之任一项的定位和输送装置,其特征在于:套(20)由硬纸板或塑料制成。
