Abstract
本发明提出了一种鱼类脂肪调节剂及其制备方法,涉及鱼用饲料领域。包括壁材和芯材,明胶5‑10份和环糊精5‑10份。多孔活性炭5‑10份,柠檬酸1‑5份,磷酸1‑5份,左旋肉碱1‑5份,胆碱1‑5份,胆汁酸5‑10份,亚麻酸5‑10份,蚯蚓粉1‑2份和玉米粉1‑2份。将柠檬酸加水溶解,加入多孔活性炭,超声分散,再加入磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸,超声分散;加入环糊精,搅拌均匀,室温静置,冷冻干燥,研磨,得到粉末;将明胶与水混合,加热,搅拌,随后加入粉末、左旋肉碱和胆碱,搅拌均匀,喷雾造粒,得到颗粒物;剩余原料和颗粒物加水混合均匀,造粒,干燥。通过壁材包裹含有有效成分的芯材,其可保护芯材,避免芯材提前溶解在水中,以提高有效成分的利用率。

技术领域
本发明涉及鱼用饲料领域,具体而言,涉及一种鱼类脂肪调节剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
在水产养殖中,调节鱼体内的脂肪代谢率,是提高鱼类健康、生长性能和经济效益的关键环节。鱼体内过剩的脂肪会在鱼肝脏堆积,导致鱼类免疫力下降,容易生病和死亡。而引起鱼体内脂肪过剩的因素很多,如投喂的饲料蛋白质和脂肪含量较高,糖类较高,超过鱼类需求时,过剩的蛋白质、糖类会通过一系列转化合成脂肪并储存起来,脂肪则会在肝脏中蓄积,引发脂肪肝等问题。
目前,调剂鱼类脂肪代谢的方式主要有,1.饲料组分调控:通过调整饲料中的脂肪和脂肪酸含量,特别是添加高含量的不饱和脂肪酸(如EPA和DHA),抑制脂肪合成酶的活性,促进脂肪细胞的水解和氧化分解,从而减少脂肪的摄入和蓄积。2.在饲料中添加胆汁酸:胆汁酸能够促进脂肪的消化和吸收,同时有助于脂肪在体内的转运和代谢,减少脂肪在肝脏等器官中的沉积。3.使用脂肪代谢调节剂:如包含复合酸化剂、中药合剂和生物碱制剂等脂肪调节剂,可以加速鱼体脂肪的转化,减少脏器脂肪沉积。4.改善养殖环境:通过优化水质、控制养殖密度和投喂量等措施,可以改善鱼类的生长环境,减少应激反应,利于脂肪代谢的正常进行。
专利201610300387.1公开了一种提高脂肪代谢酶活性鱼饲料添加剂,其包含菜籽、杏仁、乌饭树叶、小米、生姜、土豆、花椒、鲜桃叶、氯化胆碱、乳酸菌、枯草芽孢杆菌等成分,可以提高鱼体内脂肪代谢酶活性,同时提高鱼对饲料中营养成分的吸收,改善饲料的口感,提高饲料的利用率,但该添加剂中的有效成分易溶解在水中,在饲喂时,不容易被鱼捕获,利用率低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鱼类脂肪调节剂,其包括壁材和芯材,通过壁材包裹含有有效成分的芯材,其可保护芯材,避免芯材提前溶解在水中,以提高芯材有效成分的利用率。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种鱼类脂肪调节剂的制备方法,其通过两次不同壁材的包裹,形成多层核壳结构,将不同的有效成分隔离开,既可避免不同原料之间的干扰,又可以控制不同有效成分释放的时间,以使得鱼类能够充分利用调节剂中的有效成分。
本发明解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一方面,本发明实施例提供一种鱼类脂肪调节剂,包括壁材和芯材,所述芯材按重量份数计包括以下原料:多孔活性炭5-10份,柠檬酸1-5份,磷酸1-5份,左旋肉碱1-5份,胆碱1-5份,胆汁酸5-10份,亚麻酸5-10份,蚯蚓粉1-2份和玉米粉1-2份。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述芯材按重量份数计还包括鱼骨粉1-2份,山楂粉1-2份,蝉蛹粉1-2份。鱼骨粉、山楂粉和蝉蛹粉具有一定的香味,可作为引诱剂,诱导鱼类进食。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述壁材按重量份数计包括以下原料:明胶5-10份和环糊精5-10份。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述壁材按重量份数计包括以下原料:明胶5份和环糊精5份;
所述芯材按重量份数计包括以下原料:多孔活性炭5份,柠檬酸5份,磷酸1份,左旋肉碱5份,胆碱5份,胆汁酸10份,亚麻酸10份,蚯蚓粉1份,玉米粉2份,鱼骨粉2份,山楂粉2份,蝉蛹粉2份。
柠檬酸:作为添加剂,它能提高消化酶活性,促进鱼类生长,促进脂肪代谢,适量添加可提高饲料利用率。
胆汁酸:能调控脂质代谢,减少脂肪在肝脏的沉积,维护肝脏健康,促进脂肪利用,改善鱼类体型,增加养殖收益。同时,胆汁酸还具有抑菌作用,通过调节肠道pH及破坏细菌细胞膜,抑制有害菌生长。
左旋肉碱能增强鱼类线粒体的脂肪酸β-氧化,促进脂肪酸的转运和氧化,促进脂肪代谢,减少脂肪在肝脏的积累。
另一方面,本发明实施例提供一种鱼类脂肪调节剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1,将柠檬酸加水溶解,再加入多孔活性炭,超声分散2-10h;随后再加入磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸,超声分散2-10h;在该步骤中,以多孔活性炭为载体,将酸性原料负载在该载体上,再通过环糊精进行包覆,可避免酸性原料在水体中提前释放。
S2,向所述步骤S1的溶液体系中加入环糊精,搅拌均匀,室温静置1-2h后,冷冻干燥,研磨,得到粉末;
S3,将明胶与水混合,加热,搅拌,随后再加入步骤S2的粉末、左旋肉碱和胆碱,搅拌均匀,喷雾造粒,得到颗粒物;在该步骤中,以左旋肉碱和胆碱作为第三层核心,再通过明胶进行包覆,将酸性原料和碱性原料分隔开来,避免两类原料产生不良反应。
S4,将剩余原料和步骤S3的颗粒物加水混合均匀,造粒,干燥。
在最后一步,以玉米粉作为粘结剂,将步骤S3的颗粒物和剩余的鱼骨粉、山楂粉、蝉蛹粉粘接在一起,再通过挤压造粒或其他方式进行造粒,得到最终的调节剂,该调节剂可以与成品颗粒饲料混合投喂,也可以与自制生物饲料混合投喂,也可根据实际情况单独投喂。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在所述步骤S2中,所述粉末的粒径为100-200nm。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在所述步骤S3中,所述颗粒物的粒径为100-200um。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在所述步骤S3中,加热的温度为50-60℃。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在所述步骤S2中冷冻干燥的温度为-10℃-0℃。
在本发明的一些实施例中,在所述步骤S2和S3中,搅拌的速率为100-200rpm。
相对于现有技术,本发明的实施例至少具有如下优点或有益效果:
本发明提供的调节剂,其包括壁材和芯材,芯材为活性成分,通过壁材将具有活性成分的芯材进行包裹,可避免有效成分挥发,在投入到水中饲喂时,外层的壁材可保护芯材,避免芯材的有效成分溶解到水中而不能被鱼类捕食,而当该调节剂进入到鱼类体内后,表面的壁材溶解,释放出有效成分。在壁材的包裹作用下,可提高有效成分的利用率。
本发明的调节剂,以多孔活性炭为载体,并在超声分散的作用下,使得磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸负载在多孔活性炭的表面,随后在环糊精的包覆作用下,形成外层为环糊精,芯材为磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸的核壳结构,随后再进行二次包覆,利用明胶将左旋肉碱和胆碱包覆在环糊精的表面,通过两次不同壁材的包覆,将酸性原料和碱性原料分隔开,避免两种类型的原料产生反应而失活;随后在明胶层表面通过物理粘接上其他原料,进而形成多层核壳结构,在饲喂时,将该调节剂投入水中后,最外层的玉米粉等先溶胀,释放出香味,吸引鱼类进食,随后明胶层溶胀,使得整个调节剂颗粒软化,便于鱼类进食,再进入鱼类体内后,环糊精层溶解,释放出有效成分,在有效成分的作用下,调节鱼体内脂肪的代谢,避免脂肪在肝脏堆积。

实施例1
按如下配比准备各原料
壁材:明胶5份和环糊精5份;
芯材:多孔活性炭5份,柠檬酸5份,磷酸1份,左旋肉碱5份,胆碱5份,胆汁酸10份,亚麻酸10份,蚯蚓粉1份,玉米粉2份,鱼骨粉2份,山楂粉2份,蝉蛹粉2份。
制备过程:
S1,在室温下,向柠檬酸加如适量的水溶解,再加入多孔活性炭,超声分散10h;随后再加入磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸,超声分散10h;
S2,向所述步骤S1的溶液体系中加入环糊精,在200rpm搅拌5h,随后在室温静置1后,在-10℃下冷冻干燥,研磨,过筛,得到平均粒径为200nm粉末;
S3,将明胶与水混合,加热60℃,在200rpm下搅拌,随后再加入步骤S2的粉末、左旋肉碱和胆碱,搅拌均匀,喷雾造粒,得到粒径为100um颗粒物;
S4,将玉米粉、鱼骨粉、山楂粉、蝉蛹粉和步骤S3的颗粒物加水混合均匀,造粒,干燥,得到调节剂。
实施例2
按如下配比准备各原料
壁材:明胶8份和环糊精8份;
芯材:多孔活性炭10份,柠檬酸5份,磷酸5份,左旋肉碱5份,胆碱5份,胆汁酸10份,亚麻酸10份,蚯蚓粉2份,玉米粉2份,鱼骨粉2份,山楂粉2份,蝉蛹粉2份。
制备过程:
S1,在室温下,向柠檬酸加如适量的水溶解,再加入多孔活性炭,超声分散10h;随后再加入磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸,超声分散10h;

实施例3

实施例4
按如下配比准备各原料
壁材:明胶5份和环糊精10份;

实施例5
按如下配比准备各原料

对比例1
与实施例1的不同之处在于,在本实施例中,不含有壁材明胶和环糊精;其余原料的配比与实施例1的相同;其制备方法为:
S1,在室温下,向柠檬酸加如适量的水溶解,再加入多孔活性炭,超声分散10h;随后再加入磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸,超声分散10h;
S2,在-10℃下冷冻干燥,研磨,过筛;
S3,水加热60℃,在200rpm下搅拌,随后再加入步骤S2的粉末、左旋肉碱和胆碱,搅拌均匀,喷雾造粒,得到粒径为200um颗粒物;
S4,将玉米粉、鱼骨粉、山楂粉、蝉蛹粉和步骤S3的颗粒物加水混合均匀,造粒,干燥,得到调节剂。
对比例2
与实施例1的不同之处在于,在本对比例中,只含有壁材环糊精,不含明胶,其余原料的配比与实施例1的相同;其制备方法为:
S1,在室温下,向柠檬酸加如适量的水溶解,再加入多孔活性炭,超声分散10h;随后再加入磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸,超声分散10h;
S2,向所述步骤S1的溶液体系中加入一部分环糊精,在200rpm搅拌5h,随后在室温静置1后,在-10℃下冷冻干燥,研磨,过筛,得到平均粒径为200nm粉末;
S3,将另一部分环糊精与水混合,加热60℃,在200rpm下搅拌,随后再加入步骤S2的粉末、左旋肉碱和胆碱,搅拌均匀,喷雾造粒,得到粒径为200um颗粒物;
S4,将玉米粉、鱼骨粉、山楂粉、蝉蛹粉和步骤S3的颗粒物加水混合均匀,造粒,干燥,得到调节剂。
对比例3
与实施例1的不同之处在于,在本对比例中,只含有壁材明胶,不含环糊精,其余原料的配比与实施例1的相同;其制备方法为:
S1,在室温下,向柠檬酸加如适量的水溶解,再加入多孔活性炭,超声分散10h;随后再加入磷酸、胆汁酸和亚麻酸,超声分散10h;
S2,向所述步骤S1的溶液体系中加入一部分明胶,加热60℃,在200rpm搅拌5h,随后在室温静置1后,在-10℃下冷冻干燥,研磨,过筛,得到平均粒径为200nm粉末;
S3,将另一部分明胶与水混合,加热60℃,在200rpm下搅拌,随后再加入步骤S2的粉末、左旋肉碱和胆碱,搅拌均匀,喷雾造粒,得到粒径为200um颗粒物;
S4,将玉米粉、鱼骨粉、山楂粉、蝉蛹粉和步骤S3的颗粒物加水混合均匀,造粒,干燥,得到调节剂。
实验例
1.调节剂的物理性能
分别取少量实施例1-5和对比例1-3的调节剂,投入到水中,在5min中后,观察各调节剂在水体中的变化,其结果如表1所示。

从上述表1中可以得出,本发明实施例1-5提供的调节剂,其投入到水中后,可膨胀软化,并能保持颗粒的完整性,有效成分不易流失。在对比例1中,其不具有核壳结构,当该调节剂投入到水中后,有效成分在水中溶解,导致计颗粒散开、破碎;在对比例2中,其未加入壁材明胶,由环糊精进行包裹,在投入到水中后,没有明显的膨胀现象,在环糊精的作用下,能够保持颗粒的完整性。在对比例3中,其未加入环糊精,仅仅是由明胶包裹,其在水中有膨胀,但缺少环糊精包覆的核壳结构,导致部分颗粒散开。
2.各调节剂对鱼类的影响
在同一池塘中设置9个相同大小的网箱,随机选取450条健康的、体重相差不大的草鱼幼体,随机均匀的投入到网箱中,将各调节剂与草鱼饲料按占比6%混合,日投喂3次(8:00,12:00,16:00),日投量为鱼体重的1%。饲养期间,正常充氧,保证池塘水温在25℃左右,每天记录鱼的生病情况,在喂养1个月后,统计各网箱中鱼的平均重量,在喂养2个月后,统计死亡数量,发病数量,其结果如表2所示。
其中日常投喂的草鱼饲料喂高蛋白饲料,其由鱼粉1份、豆粕2份、菜饼2份、玉米DDGS2份和米糠1份,先在搅拌机中混合5min,然后加入面粉1份和豆油份,继续混合10min;采用蒸汽发生器通蒸汽于调质器中,起到给饲料原料添加水分和熟化的作用;采用上海申德SDPM型颗粒机制粒,硬颗粒饲料直径2mm,放阴凉处自然风干后备用。

从上述表2中可以看出,使用实施例1-5的调节剂配合高蛋白饲料投喂,其增重率可达到150%以上,而使用对比例的调节剂后,增重效果较差,但相较于空白组而言,其有一定的增重效果。其次,在饲喂过程中,实施例1-5的鱼未出现发病和死亡的情况,但在对比例和空白组中,有死亡出现,说明本发明的调节剂能够增强鱼类的免疫力,减少鱼类发病和死亡。对比例1的调节剂,其没有壁材的保护,当调节剂投入到水体中后,易溶解在水中,进而被捕食到鱼体内的有效成分减少,其调节脂肪代谢的效果也相应的变差。

2.根据权利要求1所述的鱼类脂肪调节剂,其特征在于,所述芯材按重量份数计还包括鱼骨粉1-2份,山楂粉1-2份,蝉蛹粉1-2份。

6.根据权利要求5所述的鱼类脂肪调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中,所述粉末的粒径为100-200nm。
7.根据权利要求5所述的鱼类脂肪调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S3中,所述颗粒物的粒径为100-200um。
8.根据权利要求5所述的鱼类脂肪调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S3中,加热的温度为50-60℃。
9.根据权利要求5所述的鱼类脂肪调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2中冷冻干燥的温度为-10℃-0℃。
10.根据权利要求5所述的鱼类脂肪调节剂的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤S2和S3中,搅拌的速率为100-200rpm。
