本发明属于对纤维制品进行处理的技术,特别是涉及一种蚕丝环保保健坯布的制造工艺。
                       背景技术
在背景技术中,蚕丝坯布通常是由经过湿丝、针织、上油和染整工艺制成,由于生产工艺中大都采用化学改性方法,使得坯布上残留有人体难以适应的化学物质,破坏了蚕丝坯布自身具有的对人体肌肤的亲和力和防辐射作用。
                        发明内容
本发明是要解决蚕丝坯布残留化学物质的问题,恢复坯布对人体肌肤的天然亲和力以及蚕丝织物的防辐射作用。本发明的技术解决方案是这样的:本发明所述的蚕丝环保保健坯布的制造工艺是,将面料或成衣放入在温度为50-60℃的洗浴液中,其特征在于洗浴液的浴比为1∶15,并含0.95-1.05克/升酸性物质;经浴洗20分钟后取出,热风拉幅或熨烫即可。经处理后,纤维间空隙增加、丝鸣增强。能使蚕丝自身所含的天然复合氨基酸充分发挥作用,它与人体生长发育所需的天然复合氨基酸相同,因此,是一种无毒、无害、无副作用;对人体肌肤有天然亲和力的蚕丝坯布面料,以满足人们服饰保健的需要。
                   具体实施例
本发明所述的蚕丝环保保健坯布的制造工艺是,将面料或成衣放入在温度为60℃的洗浴液中,该洗浴液的浴比为1∶15,并含1.00克/升酸性物质;经浴洗20分钟后取出,热风拉幅或熨烫即可。洗浴液中所含酸性物质可以是醋酸、硼酸、柠檬酸、草酸、水杨酸或它们的混合酸,可按照蚕丝坯布所含化学残留物的不同选用相应的物质。经处理后,纤维间空隙增加、丝鸣增强。能使蚕丝自身所含的天然复合氨基酸充分发挥作用,它与人体生长发育所需的天然复合氨基酸相同,因此与人体有较好的亲和力。这种蚕丝制品与人体皮肤接触给人以愉悦的感觉,为了验证由本发明工艺处理的蚕丝坯布制成的丝绸产品,其确实的保健效果,采用护理方法(非药物)经原浙江医科大学附属一院、二院、妇产科医院浙江中医学院、西安医大附属一院等医疗单位对二百八十三例皮肤瘙痒症、妇女外阴瘙痒症、小儿丘疹性寻麻症等皮肤病进行临床治疗观察,有效率为90.1%,其中治愈率可达70%。为了完善发明的环保保健功能,在防止紫外线辐射方面,不采用掺入陶磁粉及金属氧化物微粒和化学后处理等方法。而用物理方法,设计织物组织和纤维结构工艺,达到阻止紫外线透过率97%上下。染色方面采用植物染料染色,再选用不影响环保的染化料以补充色谱不齐。为此,提高了蚕丝服饰的环保保健功能,开辟了丝制品广阔的市场。
