Abstract
本发明描述了一种用于证实尤其是电开关设备或类似物不合法仿造的方法,其中在该开关设备的外壳的外表面或内表面或类似处上沉积一种彩色印记,该彩色印记中包含有仅能用专门方法如红外线测试及类似测试才可测出的颜料。
Description
本发明涉及一种根据权利要求1前序部分的方法。
现在我们可以看到,愈来愈多的好些或差些的仿造电开关设备正在从尤其是所谓低工资国家拥入欧洲市场。这些仿制品中有些在这方面还算好,即可以直接与原始开关设备互换。但当这样一种仿制的开关设备由于其故障,例如未能响应过电流或短路状态就会形成损失,或譬如当由于故障电流保护开关的未跳闸引起人员死亡时,将形成问题,即当原产品制造者不能证实有关设备是出自他的产品时,则可能对制造者有相当高额的索赔要求来通过法律生效。
有人提出,这种电开关设备借助由保安纸作的粘贴标签来识别。但在火灾的情况下存在着这种保安标签被烧毁的危险;此外,当该标签被粘贴在其宽边上时特别占据位置。
本发明的任务在于建立导言部分所述类型的一种方法,借助它可使电开关设备具有防伪的特征。
该任务将通过权利要求1的特征来解决。
根据本发明在一个开关设备的确定位置上印上在火灾中不会烧毁的色彩。
为此目的,使用了一种确定的颜料沉积,它是以慕尼黑的Gieseke&Devrient公司的商标“GD-ATP”(防侵权技术)受到保护的颜料。
有些开关设备具有一定的彩色印记,它用作指示制造者的来源标记;例如,该印记为用一定色彩着色的条记,或公司标识及类似标记;在这种印记的色彩中可以混入一种或多种颜料。
我们也可将相关的颜料沉积引入到设备的各组件中,这些组件是在相关制造者的所有开关设备中使用的。例如,电开关设备的开关手柄就适合这种情况,因为这种开关手柄不仅在线路保护开关而且在故障电流保护开关或辅助开关上是以实质上相同方式被采用的。因此根据本发明将颜料混入到开关手柄中,以使得用一定的捡测方法及捡测装置可捡测出这些颜料,即使当该开关设备譬如被火烧坏的情况下亦如此。
在故障电流保护开关上释放装置也经常被伪造,不言而谕,无论在释放装置的外壳还是在释放装置上的印记中可混入上述的颜色。由此可实现,甚至故障电流释放装置也可作为制造者的产品来识别。
电开关设备,亦或另外的设备将多个地放置在一个包装箱中,包装箱通常由纸板作成,并在一定的箱壁区段上彼此被粘接。当然存在这样的可能性,即这种包装箱的粘接处用细致的工具打开,在该包装箱中放入伪造品并再封上。为了对此防范,合乎要求的是,在包装箱的粘接处贴上封印,其上设有印记,该印记同样可包含上述的颜料。
本发明是借助一种开关装置来描述的,当然,它也可应用于所有可能被伪造的产品上,例如机动车、飞机或类似物的备件。
Claims (5)
1.用于证实一种设备不合法仿造的方法,在该设备的外壳的外表面或内表面或设备本身上沉积一种彩色印记,该彩色印记中包含有仅能用专门装置、方法测试才可测出的颜料,其特征在于:所述设备包括电开关设备,所述电开关设备的包装箱由纸板作成,其中包装箱的一些壁彼此粘接,在粘接处贴上印有彩色的封印,该彩色包含仅借助专门装置或方法才能测出的颜料。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征在于所述设备包括手动操作的摆动手柄的线路保护开关及故障电流保护开关,在摆动手柄的材料中混入仅可由专门装置、方法才能测出的颜料。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于所述设备包括故障电流释放装置的故障电流保护开关,故障电流保护开关的外壳被印上色彩,在该色彩中混有借助专门装置、方法才能测出的颜料。
4.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征在于用红外线测试测出所述颜料。
5.根据权利要求3的方法,其特征在于用红外线测试测出所述颜料。
