1 | 缺损区不完全充填,中心区有少量白色新生组织,边界清晰。缺损区表层为纤维组织,可见凹陷,基底部有少量网状骨组织。 |
2 | 缺损区可见少量新生组织,呈淡红色。修复部分以纤维组织为主。 |
3 | 缺损区不完全充填,组织呈白色,周边淡红色且与正常组织分界清楚。有部分新生组织充填,有少量成团存在的软骨细胞,可见新生骨小梁 |
4 | 缺损区接近完全充填,部分边界已与周围正常组织融合。修复组织表层细胞呈椭圆形,分散存在,基底部骨小梁明显。 |
5 | 缺损区接近完全充填,修复组织呈白色,表面平滑有光泽。表层再生软骨细胞较小,呈圆形;基底部可见海绵状新生骨组织。 |
