Abstract

Description

具有整体封泥板和 孔颈板的水龙头
本发明涉及一种用于水龙头的整体构件,其包括组装在空心护罩内的铜管水路。将包括孔颈板和封泥板的整体构件组装在护罩中,在封装护罩的同时起着水密封的作用,并将水路装在护罩内。
这种类型的水龙头采用由带基座和喷水管的空心护罩安装的水路,按众所周知的方式操作。整体构件用紧固件在其封泥板处与护罩固定,而改进的非紧固件相互连接的部分嵌入组装位置,以便封装护罩喷水孔并把水路固定在中间。在美国专利申请NO.08/535,692和美国专利5,566,707中有单独的说明。
现有技术的水龙头需要封泥板和孔颈板都使用紧固装置与护罩呈机械连接。还必须配置孔颈板和封泥板相互连接的装置。这种类型结构需要专用的构件和有足够强度的连接,并暴露出水龙头结构上的多处缺陷或不足。同时也使水龙头组装更加复杂和昂贵。因此,在提高水龙头综合强度和外观的同时,需要简化组装。
根据上述需要,本发明的目的是提供一种水龙头组件,其具有铜管水路,该水路安装在由包括孔颈板和封泥板的整体构件封装的空心护罩中。
本发明的另一目的是采用封泥板和孔颈板的整体构件,该封泥板配置了水龙头的水封件,该孔颈板盖住护罩开孔的喷水管,并在无分隔开的紧固件的情况下与护罩固定,以便把水路安装在其内。
本发明的其他目的是减少水龙头的组装时间,提供一种无变形的结构上可靠的孔颈/封泥整体板,不需要分隔开的紧固件将孔颈板互连到封泥板,或者将孔颈板与护罩相互连接。
根据上述的目的,本发明设定的水龙头具有一个包括孔颈板和封泥板的整体构件,封泥板用紧固件与护罩连接,而孔颈板与护罩的连接没有采用分隔开的紧固件。用这种方法,护罩在喷水管和基座中的孔口是由整体构件封装,以便将水路安装在其内。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种整体构件,其中孔颈板能使水龙头的外观增加美感。
本发明的其它目的、特征和优点从下列对实施例、附属的权利要求和附图的详尽说明中会有更全面地理解。

如图1至图5所示,表述本发明最佳实施例的水龙头10带有护罩12,护罩12具有一基座14和一从其中央部位向外伸出的喷水管16。在基座14顶上位于喷水管16尾部的对置侧配置了一对把柄38。把柄38是分别如图2、3和4所示那样与热水阀40和冷水阀42固接的。
水龙头10包括铜管水路44,其如图2和3所示那样组装到阀40和42上,并封密在护罩12中,下面将更全面的描述。由阀40和42输出的水进入支管46和48送到“T”形接头50,再从接头50伸出的喷水管支管52进入出口压头54。该出口压头54在组装位置适于安装一个适当的通气装置(未示出)。水路44的支管46和48以及“T”形接头50是配置在护罩12的基座14中,而水路44的喷水管支管52和出口压头54是配置在护罩12的喷水管16中。
护罩12的各种外形图在图2、3和4中示出。图2和图3具体示出了喷水管16对置的侧壁58上形成的隔开的侧向凸起部56,这二个凸起部56的外边缘60靠近基座14上喷水管16的略微呈凹入的边缘62。为便于描述,与出口压头54最近的凸起部56可进一步与边缘60隔开。侧壁58伸入光滑跨接侧壁58的弧形端壁63,以使每个侧壁与从基座14到端壁63横伸侧壁58的顶壁64相接合。邻接一对孔68的基座14中形成有二组带孔66的凸起部65,一对孔68的构成是为了安装如图2、3和4所示的阀40和42。如图5清楚示出的基座14带有一内孔70,和围绕该孔形成的圆周边缘72,以限定其边界。
在图2、3和5中示出了包括孔颈板76和封泥板78的整体构件74。孔颈板76构成的下主体80,将密封限定上主体82的护罩12的“U”形喷水管16的孔口。封泥板78提供了一水封件,并在与护罩12接合时,从结构上支承水龙头10的水路44。因此,该整体构件74的作用是,在其内固定水路44的同时,提高最终组件的美观和密封水龙头10。封泥板78在图2至5中示出,它可以用适当的橡胶或塑性材料制成。该封泥板78的圆周边缘84通常是与护罩12的基座14的形状和尺寸相一致。在圆周边缘84处形成的突出部分86,具有基座14的圆周边缘72,其伸出越过封泥板78,以便盖住图1和6所示的组装位置的封泥板78。封泥板78有一突起的底面88,如图2和3所示,以及其内的一对孔90,如图5所示,阀40和42穿过该对孔90延伸。封泥板78的孔90与基座14的孔68对准(图2和6)。每个孔90的对孔92与基座14凸起部64的孔66对准,紧固件94穿过孔92螺旋安装在凸起部64的孔66中,使封泥板与基座14固定连接。接着,将阀40和42借助图4所示的垫圈98和螺母100与顶部96固定。图5所示的封泥板78的孔102是用于排水止动驱动器轴的(未示出)。突起底面88上下侧面上有多条交叉的加强肋条104,在图5中仅示出了底侧面,而顶侧面基本与底侧面镜象相对应。封泥板基本上密封了基座14的开口底部,并密封靠住顶部96。孔颈板76和封泥板78形成一体,并从其中心伸出,以便覆盖护罩12的喷水管16的开口底部。孔颈板76限定了下主体80,而喷水管16限定了上主体82。孔颈板76具有弧形中心主体106,其端部108是凹形的,而且形状基本上与水路44的环形出口压头54有相同的半径。端部108带有从端部108延伸的向下的凸缘110。横向隔开的加强肋条112在其上侧的主体106侧边缘114向内伸出,在突起肋条116的每个终端,从主体106上侧开始以较小的前角伸出。突起肋条116的位置,使其与如图7所示的最接近端壁63形成的侧凸起部56相接合,以便嵌入接合侧凸起部56,并造成孔颈板76套靠着并平稳地盖住喷水管16的开口底部。邻近侧边缘114的孔颈板76中心主体106的上侧面,将与沿侧壁58形成的侧向凸起部56的下端相接触,以形成一种实体结构。
端壁63和侧壁58具有在内侧形成的弧形凸起部118,其半径基本上与水路44的出口压头54的半径相等,致使当突起的肋条116对着侧向凸起部56嵌入时,出口压头54就会夹装在护罩端壁62前侧上的弧形凸起部118,和孔颈板76基座14侧面上的弧形端108之间。端壁62的边缘120比喷水管14的边缘60低,但与孔颈板76的凸缘110和水路44的出口压头54的下边缘处于相同平面。
一般来说,上述实施例并非是限制本发明的范围,在所附权利要求中所确定的本发明构思和范围内,很明显可作出变型和其它置换的结构。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有铜管水路组件的水龙头,其与热水和冷水阀相连接,以控制从水路排出的水,包括:
a.一个整体构件,其具有孔颈板和阀延伸穿过的封泥板;
b.一个构成水路组件罩和阀穿过其中伸出的空心护罩;
c.一个将整体构件的封泥板连接到护罩的紧固零件;
d.一个在邻近水路排出端的护罩中形成的凸起部;
e.一个形成在孔颈板上的肋条,以便在护罩和孔颈板之间夹紧水路组件的同时嵌入接合排出端凸起,并将孔颈板锁定到护罩上。
2.如权利要求1的水龙头,其中,还包括:
a.在其终端具有喷水管和出口压头的水路组件;
b.具有一对间隔侧壁和顶壁及端壁的“U”形喷水管截面的护罩,其在间隔侧壁的间隔部位之间延伸;
c.沿每个侧壁内表面形成的凸起部,从其各边缘相距一个短距离;
d.邻近孔颈板端壁向上伸出的孔颈板的肋条;
e.邻近端壁嵌入锁定接合凸起部的肋条,以使孔颈板与护罩连接,并在无独立紧固件的情况下提供相互连接。
3.如权利要求2的水龙头,其中,还包括:
a.具有弧形外端的孔颈板;
b.利用孔颈板外端进行接合的喷水管的出口压头;
c.在护罩端壁形成的弧形压头凸起部;
d.孔颈板的肋条嵌入锁定于邻近护罩端壁的凸起部时,夹紧在护罩压头凸起部和孔颈板外端部之间的喷水管的出口压头;
4.一种带“T”形铜管水路组件的水龙头护罩组件,响应热冷水阀操作,以便将水从水路中排出,包括:
a.一个由喷水管形成“U”形上主体的空心护罩;
b.一个限定孔颈板和封泥板的整体下主体;
c.在邻近其终端的喷水管侧壁内侧形成的凸起部;
d.孔颈板,其具有一平的外侧面,以及从其外端一段短距离形成的间隔开的向上伸出的肋条;
e.紧固件,在孔颈板肋条和下主体的封泥板处,将上主体和下主体连接在一起,以便嵌入接合护罩喷水管凸起部,使孔颈板锁定到上主体。
5.如权利要求4的护罩组件,其中,还包括:
a.一个在孔颈板外端部形成的弧形外边缘;
b.在上护罩内形成一个喷水管凸起部;
c.孔颈板的肋条嵌入接合上主体的侧向凸起部时,夹紧在孔颈板外边缘和护罩上主体喷水管凸起部之间的水路喷水管出口压头。
