Abstract

Description

一次性安全注射器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种一次性安全注射器,其包括:
a)一注射器筒体;
b)一个与针头座成一体的注射针头,其装配在注射器筒体的锥形前端上;
c)一柱塞,该柱塞可在注射器筒体内滑动,并具有一注射行程,该注射行程从一缩回的注射器充满位置延伸到前进的注射器排空位置,且该柱塞在其后部装有一个可用手驱动的杆,该杆可通过注射器筒体的开口后端而移离注射器的筒体;
d)一针头防护套管,该套管沿轴向装配在注射器筒体上,以便能够从一使针头露出的缩回停止位置滑动到完全覆盖针头的前进保险位置上;
e)钩状的相互配合装置,其设置于注射器筒体的后侧和针头防护套管的后侧,并且在初始状态下相互啮合,以使针头防护套管保持在其缩回停止位置上,而且所述相互配合的装置还可以在柱塞的注射行程的最后部分通过柱塞的杆而自动地相互脱开,从而放开针头防护套管;

发明内容

具体实施方式
根据本发明的一次性安全注射器包括一圆筒形的筒体1,一柱塞2可以以流体密封的方式在该筒体1内滑动。柱塞2与一杆3相连接,杆3在注射器筒体1内沿轴向延伸并可通过筒体1的开口后端移出筒体1。在注射器筒体1的锥形前端101上,以流体密封的方式连接着一个针头支承部件4,注射针头5固定于该支承部件上。注射器筒体1的内部空间通过一个形成于针头座4内的孔而与管状的注射针头5联通。针头5起初由一个装配在针头座4上的帽6所保护。在图6的剖视图中省去了针头座4和针头5。
注射器的筒体1在其后端设置有一中空且变宽的头部7,该头部7在其后部开口,一个例如为圆形的凸缘8装在该头部7内,该凸缘8设置于柱塞2的杆3上并靠近杆3的后端。在注射器筒体的头部7之侧壁上两个沿直径相对的位置上,通过切口9形成了两个卡持舌10,其超出头部7的前缘而沿纵向向前延伸。卡持舌10在其前自由端上设置有一个沿径向向内的钩状齿12,齿12与设置于针头防护套管14上缘上的沿径向向外的相关的钩状倒齿13相互配合,而针头防护套管14设置有两个沿直径相对的径向凸缘114,并可沿轴向滑动地装配在注射器筒体1上。通常,在停止位置上,卡持舌10处于径向缩回的位置上,即位于基本平行于注射器之纵轴的位置上,在该位置上,其钩状的齿12与针头防护套管14的相应的钩状倒齿13相啮合,如图6所示。但是,所述的卡持舌10可被弹性地张开,并到达一个使钩状齿12与针头防护套管14的相关的钩状倒齿13脱开的位置上,如图8所示。

对于其后端部的某一部分214而言,针头防护套管14的内径大于注射器筒体1的外径,而且在其间的中空空间内容纳着一螺旋弹簧16,当从外侧观看时,该螺旋弹簧16的上端抵靠在注射器筒体1的加宽头部7的环形底部所形成的弹簧支承凸起上,而其前端则抵靠在一弹簧支承凸起17上,该弹簧支承凸起17设置于针头防护套管14的内部,并可由针头防护套管14加宽的后部214的环形底部构成,或者如图所示,由插在所述加宽部分内的衬套170的环形底部构成,该衬套在其一个端面上具有一沿径向向内突出的环形凸缘,并形成这种弹簧支承凸起17。针头防护套管14的剩余部分设置有两个沿直径相对的外部纵向肋314,外部纵向肋314从针头防护套管14加宽的后部214的环形底部延伸到距套管14的前端有一小段距离处。所述外部纵向肋314的外表面最好基本上与针头防护套管14加宽的后部214的外表面相一致。针头防护套管14的每个外部纵向肋314都形成一相应的内部纵向沟槽414。
将一套管卡环18装配并固定在注射器筒体1的圆筒形前端上,该卡环围绕注射器筒体的锥形端部101和装配在所述锥形端部101上的针头座4而向前延伸。该套管卡环18最好在其周边上设置有两个卡持舌片19,卡持舌片19与所述卡环18成一体,并沿轴向延伸,同时其自由端向前导向。所述卡持舌片19设置于两个径向相对的位置上,并沿径向张开,即,向前并沿径向向外倾斜,同时可弹性地沿径向向内移动。每个卡持舌片19的自由前端都与形成于相应外部纵向肋314上的针头防护套管14的内部纵向沟槽414之一相接合。在针头防护套管14的每个内部纵向沟槽414上都各设置有一卡持齿20,卡持齿20用来与套管卡环18的相关的卡持舌片19的自由前端相互配合,如下所述。每个卡持齿20都包括一个基本上为平面并横切注射器轴线的后侧面和一个径向向外向前倾斜的前侧面。
套管卡环18的后端从注射器筒体1的外围表面沿径向突出,并形成一环形支座21,该环形支座21与针头防护套管14的内部弹簧支承突起17相互配合,如下所述。
可将套管卡环18稳定地且不可拆卸地固定到注射器的筒体1上,例如可通过粘接或焊接,或者可通过压力装配法安装在注射器筒体1的前端,从而通过摩擦而可拆卸地固定在注射器筒体上。套管卡环18还可以与针头座4完全分离和脱开。但是,在图示的实施例中,套管卡环18通过机械方式连接到针头座4上,从而至少沿轴向连接到针头座5上。具体而言,套管卡环18设置有一内螺纹22,针头座4通过其后缘上的外部径向翼板104而拧入内螺纹22中。
上述的一次性安全注射器按照以下方式操作。
在初始状态下,即在提供给用户的状态下,注射器的不同部件位于图2和图3所示的位置上。更确切地说,针头防护套管14处于缩回的停止位置上,在该位置上,针头防护套管14使针头5露出,并被处于自由状态且处于径向向内倾斜位置的卡持舌10所固定并钩住。套管卡环18的卡持舌片19张开,并与针头防护套管14的相应的内部沟槽414的前端部分相接合。螺旋弹簧16被压缩并完全容纳于针头防护套管14的加宽后部214内,而且位于加宽的后部与注射器筒体1之间。卡持舌10最好长到能够将针头防护套管14钩住并卡在缩回的位置上,在缩回位置上,其后部凸缘靠近注射器筒体1的头部7,从而使弹簧不可见,针头防护套管14的侧翼114紧接地位于注射器筒体1的头部7之前。柱塞2及其杆3位于前进的位置上,在该位置上,柱塞2靠近注射器筒体1的前端,但仍然能够在一个小的行程内向前移动。柱塞2的杆3的后部凸缘8被部分地插入注射器筒体1的后部中空头部7内,但在一个不与卡持舌10的内部倾斜突起15相接触的位置上停止,或在仅仅接触所述突起15而未施加任何明显压力的位置上停止。
在图示的实施例中,通过一个圆筒形的保险部分23而将凸缘8挡住,该保险部分23在注射器筒体1的中空圆筒形头部7之外延伸,其覆盖的角度基本上等于或小于180度,该部分23还包括两个内部夹持舌片24,舌片24横切并垂直于注射器轴线延伸,而且互相间隔一定距离且彼此平行。这些夹持舌片24通过两个相应的狭缝25插入到注射器筒体1的头部7内,狭缝25形成于所述头部7的圆筒形侧壁上,并且一个接一个地设置在柱塞2的杆3的后部凸缘8之前,从而将所述凸缘8锁定在上述的位置上,在该位置上,其不与卡持舌10的内部突起15互相干涉。在上述的锁定位置上,圆筒形的保险部分23例如可通过两个与圆筒形部分23一体制成的钩状侧杆26而可拆卸地连接到注射器筒体1的头部7上,从而使其能够围绕其长度的中点而弹性地摆动。在初始状态下,所述侧杆26通过其带齿的端部而钩在注射器筒体1之头部7的相应的外部突起上。通过沿径向对侧杆26的另一端施加压力,而使侧杆倾斜,并从注射器筒体1之头部7的相应的外部突起上脱开,从而使圆筒形的保险部分23从所述头部7上脱开。接下来,就可以通过将其内部夹持舌片24从注射器筒体1之头部7上相应的侧面狭槽25中拉出而沿径向将圆筒形保险部分23拆卸下来,从而将柱塞2的杆3上的凸缘8放开,并从而将杆3本身放开。可在圆筒形保险部分23的外面设置使用说明。
一旦将圆筒形保险部分23扯下并将针头5的保护帽6拆下,就可将针头5导入例如一个含有欲注射液体的针剂瓶内,并可通过借助于一个设置于杆3后端的端头27而将柱塞2拉回到使注射器充满的位置上,从而将液体吸入到注射器内,其中端头27位于注射器筒体1的中空头部7之外。
由于针头防护套管14仍被卡持舌10所钩住并固定在其缩回停止位置上,如图6所示,在该位置上,针头5被露出,因此当注射器被充满时,就可以常规的方式进行注射。设置于针头防护套管14后端的侧翼114用于在注射过程中固定注射器的筒体1,例如,可通过手的食指和中指以常规方式将其抓住,同时,例如可由同一只手的拇指在柱塞2的杆3的后端头27上施加轴向压力。
在柱塞2的注射行程的最后部分,杆3的凸缘8比以前更深地插入注射器筒体1的中空头部7内,例如到达所述头部的底部,或者达到一种使其与卡持舌10的内部突起15相接合并沿径向向外顶推该内部突起15以使其沿径向张开的程度,即向外倾斜地偏转所述的卡持舌10,如图8所示。卡持舌10张开时,其与针头防护套管14脱开并将其释放开,套管14被弹簧16顶推,并在注射器的筒体1上前进,直到其前端附靠在病人身体的插入针头5的那一部分上。接着,当将针头5从病人身体上拔出时,针头防护套管将在弹簧16的作用下进一步相对于注射器的筒体1而前进,直到其到达最终的前进保险位置为止,在该位置上,除了完全覆盖针头5之外,其还超出所指向的端部而延伸到能够防止手指接触针头的程度,如图7和图8所示。
在前进的保险位置上,针头防护套管14通过套管卡环18而沿两个方向都被沿轴向卡住。更准确地说,在通过针头防护套管14所产生的前进行程的最后部分,所述套管的内部卡持齿20通过其作为偏转表面的倾斜的前侧面而沿径向弹性地顶推套管卡环18的相应的卡持舌片19,随后,卡持齿20越过其相应的卡持舌片19,该卡持舌片19弹性地向外折,并返回到其停止位置,在该位置上,其自由前端与针头防护套管14的相应的卡持齿20的后部横向侧面相互接合。同时,针头防护套管14内的弹簧支承突起17到达或几乎到达作为止动支座的套管卡环18的后端21,如图8所示。由于具有这种设置,卡环18位于针头防护套管14的内部卡持齿20与其内部的弹簧支承突起17之间,因此在前进的安全位置上沿两个方向将针头防护套管14沿轴向锁定到注射器的筒体1上。当将卡环18稳定且不可拆卸地固定到注射器的筒体1上时,针头防护套管14也稳定且不可拆卸地固定到注射器的筒体1上,而且,要接触针头5就必须故意将注射器破坏。当将卡环18可拆卸地装配到注射器的筒体1上并通过摩擦力而固定于其上时,任何用力向前拉动针头防护套管14的企图都将使卡环18沿轴向分开,从而使其与针头防护套管14及针头5、拧入卡环18上的针头座4一起被拆卸下来。这样就将针头5不可接触地封闭在滑离注射器筒体1的针头防护套管14内。
当完成注射操作时,柱塞2的杆3就会在柱塞2的前进位置上(即注射器的排空位置上)沿轴向自动锁定在注射器的筒体1上,从而防止柱塞2的进一步移动,并防止该注射器的再次使用。为此,当使注射器筒体1后部的头部7上的卡持舌10张开时,并且当通过与卡持舌10内部凸起上的倾斜偏转表面相互配合而将针头防护套管14放开时,柱塞2的杆3的后部凸缘8将越过所述的凸起15,从而使卡持舌10能够弹性地沿径向向内折,并返回到其初始停止位置上,在该位置上,柱塞2的杆3的凸缘8被夹在注射器筒体1后部的头部7的环形底面和卡持舌10的凸起15上的底切台阶之间,如图8所示。因此,杆3及柱塞2也被锁定。
根据一个变形实施例(未示出),为了自动防止柱塞2的杆3从注射器排空的位置沿轴向向后移动,可在注射器筒体1后部的中空头部7的内壁上设置一个或多个合适的反锁卡齿,用这种反锁卡齿来替代卡持舌10上的凸起15,利用所述反锁卡齿和/或所述凸缘8的弹性变形,可以使所述凸缘8能够越过所述的齿。
本发明的注射器的所有部件除针头5外,通常都由塑料制成。
当然,本发明并非仅限于在此所述的实施例,在不脱离上面所公开的以及下面所要求保护的指导原则的前提下,可对本发明作出很大的变化,尤其是可对其结构并在等效的范围内作出变化。

Claims (16)

1、一种一次性安全注射器,包括:
a)一注射器筒体(1);
b)一注射针头(5),该针头与一针头座(4)成一体,所述针头座装配在注射器筒体(1)的锥形前端(101)上;
c)一柱塞(2),该柱塞可在注射器筒体(1)内滑动,并具有一注射行程,该注射行程从一缩回的注射器充满位置延伸到一前进的注射器排空位置,且该柱塞在其后部装配有一个用手可驱动的杆(3),可通过注射器筒体的开口后端而使杆(3)移离注射器的筒体(1);
d)一针头防护套管(14),该套管沿轴向装配在注射器筒体(1)上,以便能够从使针头(5)露出的缩回停止位置滑动到完全覆盖针头(5)的前进安全位置上;
e)一对钩状的相互配合装置(12,13),其设置于注射器筒体(1)的后侧和针头防护套管(14)的后侧,并且在初始状态下相互啮合,以使针头防护套管(14)保持在其缩回停止位置上,而且所述相互配合的装置还可以在柱塞(2)的注射行程的最后部分通过柱塞(2)的杆(3)而自动相互脱开,从而放开针头防护套管(14);
f)一弹簧(16),其设置于一个位于注射器筒体(1)后端上的弹簧支承凸起和一在针头防护套管(14)内的弹簧支承凸起(17)之间,一旦针头防护套管(14)从钩状装置(12,13)上放开,该弹簧就将针头防护套管(14)压向前进的安全位置,首先通过使该针头防护套管弹性地附着在病人身体上,接着逐步将该针头防护套管推进,并在注射结束,直到套管完全覆盖缩回的针头(5)时,将针头(5)从病人身体上拔出;
g)夹持装置(19,21),该装置可自动将针头防护套管(14)锁定在前进的安全位置上,从而防止该针头防护套管沿轴向移动;
h)用于将针头防护套管(14)锁定在前进安全位置上的所述夹持装置(19,21)由一安装好的套管卡环(18)所固定和/或至少部分地由所述套管卡环(18)形成,所述套管卡环装配在注射器筒体(1)的前端上;
i)一个或多个卡持舌片(19),所述卡持舌片与套管卡环(18)一体制成,并通过该卡持舌片的自由前端而沿轴向向前延伸,所述卡持舌片可沿径向向内弹性移动,即朝向注射器的纵轴移动;
k)一个或多个设置于针头防护套管(14)内部的卡持齿(20),每个卡持齿都与一个卡持舌片(19)相配合,用于卡住套管卡环(18),每个卡持齿(20)都设置有一个横切注射器纵轴的后侧面,该后侧面作为一个支承表面与相应的所述卡持舌片(19)的自由端相互配合,每个卡持齿还包括一前侧面,所述前侧面沿径向向外并向前倾斜,而且作为一个偏转表面与相应的所述卡持舌片(19)的自由端相互配合;
l)一径向的止动凸起(21),该止动凸起设置于套管卡环(18)的后端,并作为一个支座而与针头防护套管(14)的内部止动凸起(17)相互配合;
m)所有这些部件以如下方式操作:在针头防护套管(14)的前进行程的最后部分,其卡持齿(20)通过倾斜的前侧面而沿径向弹性地向内顶推相关的所述卡持舌片(19),越过卡持舌片(19)并使其能够弹性地沿径向向外折,从而使其自由前端与相应的所述卡持齿(20)的横向的后侧面接合,同时针头防护套管(14)的内部止动凸起(17)与套管卡环(18)的后部支座凸起(21)相接触,
其特征在于:所述套管卡环(18)的卡持舌片(19)通过其自由前端而可滑动地接合在针头防护套管(14)的相应的内部纵向沟槽(414)内,而且在这些沟槽(414)上还设置有相应的所述卡持齿(20),所述针头防护套管(14)的内部纵向沟槽(414)形成于针头防护套管(14)的相应的外部纵向肋(314)内。
2、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:所述针头防护套管(14)在其后边缘上设置有一个或多个向外突出的钩状齿(13),所述钩状齿(13)与设置于卡持舌(10)上的一个或多个向里突出的互补钩状齿(12)相互配合,卡持舌(10)从一个位于注射器筒体(1)后部的头部(7)沿注射器的纵向向前延伸,并且可从一径向缩回的钩紧位置自动移动到一个径向打开的放开位置,在所述钩紧位置上,互补钩状齿(12)钩到针头防护套管(14)上的相应的钩状齿(13)上,并使该针头防护套管保持在缩回的停止位置上;在所述放开位置上,互补钩状齿(12)与针头防护套管(14)上的那些钩状齿(13)脱开,并松开所述的套管。
3、根据权利要求2所述的注射器,其特征在于:柱塞(2)的杆(3)的后端设置有与卡持舌(10)相互配合的装置,该装置能够在柱塞(2)的注射行程结束时自动使所述卡持舌从其径向缩回的钩紧位置移动到其径向打开的放开位置上。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的注射器,其特征在于:位于注射器筒体(1)后端的头部(7)是中空的,而且该头部的后部开口,卡持舌(10)通过头部(7)之壁上的切口(9)而形成,并设置有在中空头部(7)的空间内突出的内部凸起(15),该凸起(15)与位于柱塞(2)的杆(3)后端附近的凸缘(8)相互配合,所述凸缘(8)被安装在注射器筒体(1)的中空头部(7)内,凸缘(8)在其内可处于一初始空闲位置和一前进操作位置,在所述空闲位置上,凸缘(8)并未作用于卡持舌(10)的内部凸起(15)上,而卡持舌(10)则位于其径向缩回的钩紧位置,在所述前进操作位置上,凸缘(8)沿径向向外顶推卡持舌(10)的内部凸起(15)并使这些卡持舌(10)移动到其径向打开的松开位置上。
5、根据权利要求4所述的注射器,其特征在于:所述注射器还包括一个可拆卸的保险装置(23),该保险装置将柱塞(2)的杆(3)的凸缘(8)锁定在其初始的空闲位置上,并可用手将其拆卸下来,从而能够使所述凸缘(8)沿轴向前移,并从而使柱塞(2)与杆(3)一起沿轴向前移。
6、根据权利要求5所述的注射器,其特征在于:所述可拆卸的保险装置由一个侧向装配在注射器筒体(1)后部的头部(7)外面并且可拆卸地连接到该头部上的圆筒形部件(23)构成,所述圆筒形部件(23)设置有两个横切注射器轴线并间隔一定距离彼此平行的内部夹持舌片(24),所述夹持舌片(24)通过所述头部(7)上的相应的侧向横切狭缝(25)而穿入注射器筒体(1)的所述头部(7)内,并在柱塞(2)的杆(3)上的凸缘(8)之前一个接一个地排列,从而将凸缘(8)锁紧。
7、根据权利要求6所述的注射器,其特征在于:所述圆筒形部件(23)包括钩状装置(26),该钩状装置(26)与注射器筒体(1)上的头部(7)搭扣接合,并可从头部(7)上可拆卸地松开。
8、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:其包括用于在注射结束时自动防止柱塞(2)的杆(3)从其相应的注射器排空的前进位置沿轴向后移。
9、根据权利要求8所述的注射器,其特征在于:所述的用于自动防止柱塞(2)的杆(3)从其注射器排空的前进位置轴向后移的装置包括一个或多个反锁止动凸起(15),所述凸起(15)设置在注射器筒体(1)后部的中空头部(7)内的侧壁上,而且弹性地沿径向向外,与柱塞(2)的杆(3)上的后部凸缘(8)相互配合,从而使所述凸缘(8)能够在注射器排空的前进位置上在柱塞(2)前进行程的末端越过所述凸起。
10、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:针头防护套管(14)在其后端相对于其钩状齿(13)以一定角度交错的位置设置有侧翼(114),所述侧翼可在注射过程中用于通过两个手指夹住注射器的筒体(1)。
11、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:所述柱塞(2)的杆(3)在其后端设置有一推动头(27)。
12、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:将所述套管卡环(18)可拆卸地固定到注射器筒体(1)上,使该套管卡环能够从所述筒体上脱开,将该套管卡环通过压力装配到注射器筒体(1)上并通过摩擦而将该套管卡环固定在注射器筒体(1)上。
13、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:所述针头座(4)独立于套管卡环(18),而且与套管卡环(18)不相连接。
14、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:套管卡环(18)稳定且不可拆卸地连接到针头座(4)上。
15、根据权利要求1所述的注射器,其特征在于:套管卡环(18)围绕针头座(4)向前延伸。
16、根据权利要求14或15所述的注射器,其特征在于:将所述针头座(4)拧在套管卡环(18)的内螺纹(22)上。
