Abstract

一种复合相磁力研磨磨料,其组分及重量百分比为:粒径80μm~200μm铁粉70%~80%、粒径5μm~20μm Al2O3磨粉10%~20%、粒径≤100nm Al2O3纳米粉8%~12%。组分中的Al2O3纳米粉(粒径≤100nm)可在铁粉颗粒表面形成硬度较高的包裹层,并与Al2O3磨粉(粒径5μm~20μm)有较强的亲和力,使得制成的磁力研磨磨料不易脱粉,可重复使用,增加了耐用度寿命。

复合相磁力研磨磨料
技术领域:本发明涉及一种磁力研磨磨料。
背景技术:磁力研磨磨料是磁力抛光等光整加工的专用磨料,是磁力研磨工艺的关键。自20世纪70年代出现磁力研磨工艺以来,磨料一直由工艺人员自制,用铁磁颗粒、磨料微粉混合粘结或烧结而成,其烧结磨料也称为Kermit合金磨料。目前使用的磁力研磨磨料组分重量比为:20μm~80μm的铁粉70%~80%、10μm~30μm Al2O3磨粉20%~30%,烧结或粘结后,破碎成所需粒径的磨料3无论粘结或烧结磨料都存在易脱粉(磨料粉体从铁磁颗粒上脱落下来,使磨料失去磁性,从而不能在磁场下对工件进行加工)、耐用度低、不能重复使用等缺陷。
本发明目的是提供一种不易脱粉、耐用度高、可重复使用利用的复合相磁力研磨磨料。
发明内容:本发明的组分及重量百分比为:粒径80μm~200μm铁粉70%~80%、粒径5μm~20μm Al2O3磨粉10%~20%、粒径≤100nmAl2O3纳米粉8%~12%。
本发明的组分中Al2O3纳米粉(粒径≤100nm)可在铁粉颗粒表面形成硬度较高的包裹层,并与Al2O3磨粉(粒径5μm~20μm)有较强的亲和力,使得制成的磁力研磨磨料不易脱落,可重复使用,增加了耐用度寿命。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:(重量百分比)
平均粒径200μm铁粉80%、平均粒径20μm Al2O3磨粉12%、平均粒径80nm Al2O3纳米粉8%。
实施例2:(重量百分比)
平均粒径80μm铁粉70%、平均粒径5μm Al2O3磨粉20%、平均粒径50nm Al2O3纳米粉10%。
实施例3:(重量百分比)
平均粒径160μm铁粉74%、平均粒径15μm Al2O3磨粉17%、平均粒径80nm Al2O3纳米粉9%。
