对流式铝合金散热器,特点是铝合金散热片储水腔为环形状,内壁中空,外翼片连接,铝合金连通管与铝合金散热片内壁连接处焊接并设置有沟槽,由于内腔采用中空式结构,外壁翼片连接,产生了对流通道,热空气由下而上,带动了空气流通,增加了散热量;并由于连接板及短翼片增加了散热面积,致使散热量大大增加,单组功率可达400W以上,超过了大60铸铁散热片,解决了铝合金散热器散热量小的难题,宜于普及推广。

对流式铝合金散热器
本发明创造涉及对流式铝合金散热器,特别是设置对流通道,增加散热面积的对流式铝合金散热器。
铝合金散热器是当代兴起的新型散热装置,以其材料特性冲击着铸铁、钢质等散热器,显示着众多的优越性,但由于其结构不尽合理,致使造价过高,对流差,散热量小,难以普及推广。
本发明创造的目的是针对以上不足,提供一种铝合金散热片中空,外翼片连接,设置对流通道的大散热量对流式铝合金散热器。
对流式铝合金散热器,包括铝合金连通管1、铝合金散热片2和钢铝复合接头4等,其特征在于铝合金散热片2的储水腔为环形状,内壁中空,外翼片连接,铝合金连通管1与铝合金散热片2内壁连接处焊接并设置有沟槽,可在储水腔内外壁设置若干短翼片,增加散热面积。
铝合金散热器由于材质特性,一般结构大都体积小,对流差,散热量小,单片功率小于300W。本发明创造由于内腔采用中空式结构,外壁将翼片连接,产生了对流通道,热空气由下而上,带动了空气流通,增加了散热量;并由于连接板及短翼片增加了散热面积,致使散热量大大增加,单片功率可达400W以上,超过了大60铸铁散热片。
本发明创造理论可行,结构合理,可挤压成型散热片,机加后与连通管焊接,其强度大于1.2Mpa,金属热强度为q=2.002W/Kg.℃,解决了铝合金散热器散热量小的难题,并使外形更具美感和可装饰性,为铝合金散热器的大工业化生产及面世提供了可靠保证,宜于普及推广。
本发明创造附图1为结构示意图,图2为其俯视图,图3为侧视图,其中铝合金连通管1,铝合金散热片2,焊缝3,钢铝复合接头4。
实施例:
单组散热器,连通管中心距500mm,宽180mm,散热片储水腔厚10mm,长140mm,壁厚1.2mm;可若干组连接。

1.一种对流式铝合金散热器,包括铝合金连通管1、铝合金散热片2和钢铝复合接头4等,其特征在于铝合金散热片2的储水腔为环形状,内壁中空,外翼片连接,铝合金连通管1与铝合金散热片2内壁连接处焊接并设置有沟槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对流式铝合金散热器,其特征在于铝合金散热片2内外壁设置有若干短翼片。
