本实用新型涉及铝合金散热器,特别是中空对流式铝合金散热片。
铝合金散热器是有着极大潜力的新型散热器,有着众多的优越性,但由于结构不合理,散热量小,造价高,阻碍着商品化的普及应用,亟待改进。
本实用新型的目的是针对以上不足,提供一种中空对流式铝合金散热片,增加空气对流及散热面积,提高散热量。
中空对流式铝合金散热片,包括壁1、翼片2,其特征在于壁1为环形状,内壁设置若干翼片2,并可设置加强筋3,组合成散热片时焊接连通管上壁。
本实用新型是铝合金散热片的改进,其设计合理,结构简单,制作容易,增加了空气对流及散热面积,提高了散热量,解决了铝合金散热器散热量小的难题,为铝合金散热器的普及推广,提供了可靠保证。
本实用新型附图1为结构示意图,图2为其俯视图,图3为侧视图,其中,壁1、翼片2、加强筋3。
实施例:
中空内胆型,散热片长110mm,宽20mm,环形状储水腔翼片间距10mm,壁厚1.2mm。

1.一种中空对流式铝合金散热片,包括储水腔(1)、翼片(2)其特征在于储水腔(1)为环形状,内壁中空,储水腔(1)外壁设置若干翼片(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中空对流式铝合金散热片,其特征在于储水腔(1)外壁边缘处翼片(2)有折边。
