滚动齿蜗轮蜗杆传动付
一种滚动齿蜗轮蜗杆传动付,主要件由蜗杆1、回路架2、蜗轮3及滚动体4构成,其主旨是应用滚珠丝杠原理,由于在蜗轮蜗杆传动付中蜗轮近似于螺母的一部分,不能像螺母一样构成一个完整的回转体,故此用回路架2予以补充、辅助(最好是在平面二次包络环面蜗杆的基础上,直蜗杆也可以,但其效果不如弧面蜗杆好)。并在回路架2上铣一个宽度等于蜗轮厚度的缺口,与蜗轮蜗杆如图示方式装配。不管是蜗杆为主动件作减速运转或蜗轮为主动件作增速运转,滚动体在回路架2的约束下,以蜗杆的槽为轨道排列有序不散失。回路架是一个带缺口的套,结构简单可靠。
为了实施在回路架2约束下的滚动体循环回路,本发明将蜗杆1分解为蜗杆轴A、蜗杆B及结合固定A和B的销钉C,并在蜗杆轴上同蜗杆配作(或用专用工装作出)滚动体内循环进、出口(单头或多头),并在蜗杆轴上铣制连接进出口的螺旋槽,以形成装配后的滚动体内循环通道。为使滚动体能流畅地由蜗杆滚动体轨槽进入内循环通道,在蜗杆上焊接(其他固定方式亦可)导向突笋D,祥见A-A剖视。如果蜗杆B是一个整体件,则只适应于不太要求精度的增减速动力传递:如增速机、减速机等。但是在回转工作台,分度头及精密机床的精密回转传动(如滚齿机)则应如主视图所示,将B中分成两段,一段仍用销钉与蜗杆轴固定,另一段则增加一个方键式突笋(整体铣出),另在蜗杆轴台肩处铣一个比方键突笋宽数毫米的深槽,并增加两个螺钉E,调整两个螺钉E,使带方键式突笋这一段蜗杆作圆周方向转动,进而达到适应精密传动的无侧隙微调。
假如滚动体是钢球,则为点接触,如果是菱形滚动体,则为线接触。以满足轻、重系列的需要。

  1. 一种滚动齿蜗轮蜗杆传动付,其特征是在壳体上固装回路架2,使滚动体4在蜗轮3和蜗杆4之间滚动传递功率。
    其实质性内容是:
    1、回路架是个缺口等于蜗轮厚度加间隙的套,及滚动体在回路架2约束下的内循环结构。
  2. 2、单头或多头滚动体回路通道是在分解蜗杆为蜗杆和蜗杆轴的轴上铣出,并在蜗杆进、出口焊(或其他方式固定)滚动体导向突笋。
  3. 3、中分蜗杆,固定一端,圆周方向调整另一端,以实现无侧隙微调。
  4. 4、滚动体可以是钢球(点接触),也可以是菱形滚动体(线接触),以满足轻、重系列的需要。
