Abstract

本发明涉及植物油的处理,具体地说是月见草油的悬浮物清除方法。将月见草油在－10～10℃条件下设置3～15天至所含蜡质完全结晶析出,经连续管式超高速离心机于5000～20000转/分离心转动获无悬浮物月见草油。采用本发明所获的月见草油,无悬浮物存在,油品的外观不混浊较澄明,受到用户的欢迎。其处理方法简单易行,便于推广应用。

Description

一种除掉月见草油中悬浮物的方法
本发明涉及植物油的处理，具体地说是月见草油的悬浮物清除方法。
月见草油在低气温季节5℃以下，其中的过饱和脂肪酸、腊质等就会缓慢结晶、析出，并悬浮于月见草油中，使油外观混浊，不澄明，影响外观质量，月见草油的混浊一直是多年来有关部门极为关注的问题，一直没有解决。曾有人试图采用低温沉淀，低温加压过滤等方法来改变月见草油的混浊现象，但仍效果不显著，没能消除月见草油内混浊。
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的缺点，提供一种可使月见草油澄明且不混浊的处理方法。
本发明的技术要点是：
将月见草油在-10～10℃条件下设置3～15天至所含腊质完全结晶析出，经连续管式超高速离心机于5000～20000转/分离心转动获无悬浮物月见草油。
采用本发明所获的月见草油，无悬浮物存在，油品的外观不混浊较澄明，受到用户的欢迎。其处理方法简单易行，便于推广应用。
实施例
1.月见草毛油，于温度为2℃时放置5天至所含腊质完全结晶析出，经连续管式超高速离心机于8000n/min条件下离心转动获无悬浮月见草油，其半固体杂质可在离心机内壁上存留，停机时清除即可。
2.成品月见草油，在-2℃条件下放置8天至所含腊质完全结晶析出，经连续管式超高速离心机于每分钟1,5000转的条件下离心转动，出口获无悬浮物月见草油，离心后的腊质等半固体杂质留至离心机内壁上，一般情况下，离心1～3吨油品时清除1次即可。

1.一种除掉月见草油中悬浮物的方法，其特征是将月见草油在-10～10℃条件下设置3～15天至所含腊质完全结晶析出，经连续管式超高速离心机于5000～20000转/分离心转动获无悬浮物月见草油。
