Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于骨接合的骨板(1),它具有一上表面(2)、一在骨头一侧的底面(3)以及多个连接上表面和底面(2;3)的、沿骨板纵轴线(4)设置的、用来安装骨螺钉(10)的带中心线(6)的孔(5)。其中的两个孔(5)具有突出于底面(3)的、与中心线(6)同心的空心圆锥形凸起(8)。即使在骨板比较薄时,这种骨板也能保证角度和轴向位置的稳定性。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于骨接合(Osteosynthese)的按权利要求1前序部分的骨板以及一按权利要求18前序部分的固定装置。
由WO 97/09000已知一种骨板,其中通过一在螺钉头上的外锥螺纹和一在骨板孔内的相应内锥螺纹可达到一角度和轴向位置稳定的螺钉固定。这种已知骨板的缺点是,需要一个最小板厚,以便使螺钉用其头部充分固定在板内。当板厚小于2mm时所能达到的螺钉固定的角度和轴向稳定性开始变得有问题了。
这里,本发明提供一种解决办法。本发明的目的是,创造一种骨板,它即使在板厚比较小时也可以使螺钉固定具有可靠的角度和轴向稳定性。
本发明用具有权利要求1特征的骨板来实现所述目的。
通过一突出于骨板底面的,尤其是空心锥体形造型的凸起使骨板在孔区域内-与孔间区域相比-加厚。在制造时这例如可以通过骨板孔周围区域的锥形深拉达到。骨板在带有凸起的孔区域的厚度应该共计为孔间区域厚度的1.1至4.0倍,尤其是1.5至2.0倍。其中凸起应该突出于底面0.1至3.0mm,尤其是0.5至1.0mm。在带有凸起的孔之间的区域内骨板的厚度可以为1至2mm,尤其是0.8至1.2mm。
在凸起做成空心锥形的优选实施形式中,外锥角为5°至120°,尤其是40°至100°。
在一种优选的实施形式中,具有凸起的孔设有内螺纹。内螺纹可以做成圆柱形,也可以做成锥形;在后一种情况下具有凸起的孔同样最好向底面锥形收缩。锥形收缩的内螺纹可以具有一5°至50°,尤其是10°至30°的锥角。内螺纹可以是单头的或双头的。单头内螺纹的螺距应该在0.4至1.5mm之间,尤其是0.60至1.25mm之间。对于双头内螺纹,螺距应该在0.2至1.5mm之间,尤其是0.3至0.8mm之间。
带凸起的孔的中心线基本上垂直于上表面设置,最好是相互平行布置。
用按本发明的骨板,有利地应用带锥形螺钉头的骨螺钉,它优选带有外螺纹。这里锥形螺钉头的锥角应该有利地相应于骨板孔可能的内锥螺纹的锥角。由于这种结构,骨板在骨板孔周围加厚。在这种加厚部位(或者说在这种轴向特地延长的骨板孔内)可以切削出比在等板厚时可能的螺纹圈数更多的螺纹。这促使更好的螺纹固定,而基本上不改变骨板的机械特性,即基本上不改变其柔性和与骨头的可匹配性。
按本发明的骨板尤其可以用在所有使用薄骨板有好处的部位,特别是在脊柱区、骨盆和管状骨上。
下面借助于一个实施例的局部示意图对本发明和本发明的改进结构作较详细的说明。

图1所示的用于骨接合的整体的骨板1具有一上表面2、一骨头一侧的底面3以及多个连接上表面和底面2;3的、沿骨板纵轴线4设置的、用于安装骨螺钉10的、具有中心线6的孔5,其中在图中仅仅画出两个孔5;其他孔5-根据骨板1长度的不同-可以设置在它们的左面和右面。孔5的中心线6垂直于上表面2,从而相互平行分布。
在孔间区域内板厚为1mm,在图中所示的两个孔5具有一突出于底面3的、与中心线6同心的空心圆锥形凸起8。孔5设有单头内螺纹7,它朝底面3方向锥形收缩(但是也可以采用圆柱形的和/或双头的内螺纹)。内螺纹7的锥角13为20°。凸起8的外锥角14为90°。内螺纹7的螺距为0.8mm(在双头内螺纹时螺距将相应地为0.4mm)。
由于0.8mm高的凸起8,骨板在孔5区域内具有比在这些孔5之间的区域(1mm厚)内大的厚度,而且是厚1.8倍。
装在右面孔5内的骨螺钉10具有一锥形螺钉头11,它有一外螺纹12。锥形螺钉头11的锥角15为20°,从而相当于锥形内螺纹7的锥角。
骨板1的结合面减小到圆环形的、凸起8的骨头一侧的正面部分这么大,这促使位于骨板1之下的骨骼部分更好地痊愈。
Claims (19)
1.用于骨接合的骨板(1),具有一上表面(2)、一骨头一侧的底面(3)以及多个连接上表面和底面(2;3)的、沿骨板纵轴线(4)设置的、用来安装骨螺钉(10)的具有中心线(6)的孔(5),其中,至少两个孔(5)具有突出于底面(3)的、与中心线(6)同心的凸起(8),其特征为:骨板(1)做成一体的。
2.按权利要求1的骨板(1),其特征为:具有一凸起(8)的孔(5)设有一优选为圆柱形的内螺纹(7)。
3.按权利要求1或2的骨板(1),其特征为:具有一凸起(8)的孔(5)向底面(3)方向锥形收缩。
4.按权利要求1的骨板(1),其特征为:内螺纹(7)向底面(3)方向锥形收缩。
5.按权利要求4的骨板(1),其特征为:锥形收缩的内螺纹(7)具有5°至50°的锥角(13)。
6.按权利要求1或2的骨板(1),其特征为:内螺纹(7)是单头螺纹。
7.按权利要求6的骨板(1),其特征为:单头内螺纹(7)的螺距在0.4至1.5mm之间。
8.按权利要求1或2的骨板(1),其特征为:内螺纹(7)是双头螺纹。
9.按权利要求8的骨板(1),其特征为:双头内螺纹(7)的螺距在0.2至1.5mm之间。
