Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于刮痧、润肤的保健增效乳剂。该乳液是由维生素E、人参茎叶皂甙、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠、芦荟汁、甘油、吐温一80、茉莉香精或草药香精、紫草精油、红花精油、纯净水所制成的。该乳剂能加强刮痧疗效、活血通经。具有改善血液循环,促进新陈代谢、润滑人体皮肤的作用。同时对皮肤粗糙、皱裂、搔痒、皱缩等有良好的改善作用,是刮痧润肤、增效健体的保健佳品。
Description
本发明涉及一种用于刮痧、润肤的保健增效乳剂。
目前，用于刮痧的油液是由中草药和食用油配制而成。使用该油液进行刮痧，可促进人体的新陈代谢，起到活血通经作用。但是使用该种油液有两个缺点，一是不能使用该种油液在人体面部进行刮痧；二是该油液极易污染衣服，刮痧后必须清洗掉，影响疗效。因此，该种油液在使用上既不方便，又有一定的局限性。
本发明的目的是提供一种刮痧润肤增效乳，使用该增效乳进行刮痧能加强刮痧疗效、活血通经。具有改善血液循环，促进新陈代谢、润滑人体皮肤的作用。该增效乳适用于人体的各个部位，不污染衣服，使用方便。
本发明的刮痧润肤增效乳中每1000ml乳液是由下述用量的原料制成的：
维生素E 50.0g-75.0g
人参茎叶皂甙(含量80-90％) 1.0g-2.0g
柠檬酸 1.0g-2.0g
苯甲酸钠 0.5g-1.0g
芦荟汁(原汁) 100.0ml-150.0ml
甘油(化学纯) 100.0ml-200.0ml
吐温-80 12.5g-20.0g
茉莉香精或草药香精 2.5ml-5.0ml
紫草精油 100.0ml-200.0ml
红花精油 100.0ml-200.0ml
其余为纯净水。
本发明所使用的人参茎叶皂甙为人参茎叶皂甙溶液，其中人参茎叶皂甙的重量百分比的含量为80％-90％。
本发明所使用的芦荟汁为原汁芦荟汁。
本发明所使用的维生素E，可根据使用者皮肤性状与气候条件在上述用量范围的选用。
本发明所使用的纯净水为蒸馏水。
本发明的刮痧润肤增效乳的生产方法是：按上述配比，即每1000ml的用量的配比进行备料。然后按上述配比的原料进行配制。具体过程是，先将维生素E、甘油放入第一罐内，并加热至80℃，同时将水、人参茎叶皂甙、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠、芦荟汁、吐温-80、茉莉香精或草药香精放入第二罐内，搅拌充分溶解后升温至80℃。再将第二罐内的液体加入到第一罐中，快速搅拌进行均质，然后降温，在降温过程中，加入紫草精油、红花精油，并搅拌均匀，继续冷却至室温，再装入桶中，进行化验检测。在紫外线照射下稳定贮存24小时，最后无菌分装在软管中，即得到管装刮痧润肤增效乳的成品。一般采用85ml-120ml的软管。
本发明的刮痧润肤增效乳的使用方法：取该刮痧润肤增效乳均匀涂抹在人体表面相应的部位、穴位，用水牛角刮板在涂抹处进行点压、按摩刮拭。具体方法可参照“中国刮痧健康法”一书。该乳剂不污染衣服，刮痧后该乳剂仍可保留在人体肌肤上，还可起到润滑人体皮肤的作用。
该乳剂能加强刮痧疗效、润滑人体皮肤的作用。同时对皮肤粗糙、皱裂、搔痒、皱缩等有良好的改善作用，是刮痧润肤、增效健体的保健佳品。
本发明的刮痧润肤增效乳经北京市卫生防疫站对动物进行皮肤多次刺激试验，证明该刮痧润肤增效乳对家兔皮肤没有刺激性。其“皮肤多次刺激试验”报告如下：
一、实验目的：了解皮肤多次接触受试物后是否产生可逆性炎性症状。
二、材料和方法：
1、受试物：刮痧润肤增效乳，护肤类，白色乳液。来源：中国中医研究院保健品公司
2、动物：大耳白种家兔，4只，雌性，体重2-2.5kg
由北京市动物管理委员会提供
3、试验方法：
(1)试验前准备：试验前24小时将家兔背部脊柱两侧被毛剪掉，去毛范围左、右各约3cm×3cm。
(2)正式实验：取受试物约0.2ml，涂抹在左侧去毛的皮肤上，面积为2.5cm×2.5cm，每天涂抹一次，连续14天，右侧皮肤作为对照，每天观察皮肤反应情况，按皮肤刺激反应评分标准评分。
染毒结束时，用角膜环钻取受试部位和对照部位皮肤进行病理组织学检查。
三、实验结果

四、小结：
刮痧润肤增效乳对动物皮肤多次刺激试验刺激总积分为0分。
病理组织学检查积分为0分
根据(化妆品安全性评价程序和方法)(GB7919-87)中多次皮肤刺激试验评价标准判定，刮痧润肤增效乳对家兔皮肤未显示刺激性。
本发明的刮痧润肤增效乳经北京市卫生防疫站检测、评审，该刮痧润肤增效乳符合“化妆品卫生标准”的要求，并对皮肤无明显刺激性，其评价报告如下：
评价意见：
1、经检测：汞＜0.05mg/kg 铅＜5.0mg/kg 砷＜0.125mg/kg
细菌总数：＜10cfu/ml粪大肠菌群：阴性 绿脓杆菌：未检出
金黄色葡萄球菌：未检出。参照《化妆品卫生标准》(GB7916-87)评价，产品成份表审核及检测结果符合标准要求。
2、多次皮肤刺激试验结果：该产品对动物皮肤多次刺激试验刺激总积分为0分，病理组织学检查积分为0分。
根据《化妆品安全性评价程序和方法》(GB7919-87)评价标准判定，该产品对皮肤无明显刺激性。
实施例
按下述配比称、量取原料：
维生素E 600g
人参茎叶皂甙 10g
柠檬酸 10g
苯甲酸钠 5g
芦荟汁 1000ml
甘油 1000ml
吐温-80 125g
茉莉香精 25ml
紫草精油 1500ml
红花精油 1500ml
纯净水 4600ml
先将维生素E、甘油放入第一罐内，并加热至80℃，同时将水、人参茎叶皂甙、柠檬酸、苯甲酸钠、芦荟汁、吐温-80、茉莉香精放入第二罐内，搅拌，充分溶解后升温至80℃，再将第二罐内的液体加入第一罐中，快速搅拌，进行均质，然后降温，在降温的过程中加入紫草精油、红花精油，并搅拌均匀，继续冷却至室温，再装入桶中，进行化验检测。在紫外线照射下，稳定贮存24小时，最后无菌分装在85ml-120ml的软管中，即得到管装刮痧润肤增效乳的成品。

1、一种刮痧润肤增效乳，该增效乳液中每1000ml乳液是由下述用量的原料制成的：
维生素E 50.0g-75.0g
人参茎叶皂甙(含量80-90％) 1.0g-2.0g
柠檬酸 1.0g-2.0g
苯甲酸钠 0.5g-1.0g
芦荟汁(原汁) 100.0ml-150.0ml
甘油(化学纯) 100.0m1-200.0ml
吐温-80 12.5g-20.0g
茉莉香精或草药香精 2.5ml-5.0ml
紫草精油 100.0ml-200.0ml
红花精油 100.0ml-200.0ml
其余为纯净水。
