Fig. 1A is a schematic diagram of an application scenario according to an embodiment of the present application, where the application scenario includes an abnormal part service platform, and a financial system, a waybill query system, a red impact system, and a complaint system communicatively connected to the abnormal part service platform, as shown in fig. 1. The abnormal part service platform can be configured on a server (a physical server or a cloud server), and can be regarded as a service end in the logistics system so as to provide services related to logistics for a terminal. Based on the waybill query system, the waybill information of the express mail and the logistics information of the express mail can be queried. Based on the financial system, the fee calculation can be performed on the express mail, for example, the forwarding return fee of the express mail is calculated, and the freight fee of the express mail is calculated; based on the red punching system, red punching treatment can be carried out aiming at cost; the complaint initiated by the user aiming at the express mail can be obtained based on the complaint system, and timely processing is carried out.
The terminal in communication connection with the abnormal part service platform can interact with the abnormal part service platform, for example, products, value-added services, express states and the like provided by a service end in a logistics system can be displayed, further, a user can initiate client demands to the abnormal part service platform based on the terminal, the client demands are for example, a forwarding and returning request for express in the application, then the abnormal part service platform can execute the demands and feed back results, and correspondingly, the results can be fed back to the terminal where the user is located, and the results are correspondingly displayed by the terminal.
In the application, the terminal can initiate a forwarding and returning request to the abnormal part service platform, and then the abnormal part service platform can judge whether the forwarding and returning can be performed according to the express part information of the express part, for example, if the number of times that the express part is forwarded and returned exceeds a specified threshold, the forwarding and returning can not be performed for the express part, or if the corresponding goods money of the express part is in a frozen state, the forwarding and returning can not be performed for the express part is determined. If the abnormal part service platform determines that the express part can be forwarded and returned, determining whether the express part is forwarded and returned in the same city or not according to the interception place of the express part and the original destination or the original place of the express part, dividing responsibility of forwarding and returning (namely determining responsibility party of forwarding and returning), calculating service charge for forwarding and returning of the express part (namely forwarding and returning price for the express part in the application), and then sending an interception instruction to a logistics end corresponding to the interception place based on the interception place estimated for the express part.
Specifically, if the interception place is a transfer station, an interception instruction is sent to a logistics end corresponding to the transfer station, so that the interception of the transfer station is realized; if the interception place is a website, an interception instruction is sent to a logistics terminal corresponding to the website, so that website interception is realized; if the express mail is signed, an interception instruction is sent to the terminal of the express delivery person, so that the interception of the express delivery person is realized.
The logistics end corresponding to the transfer station refers to a terminal in the transfer station for interacting with a server in the logistics system, and similarly, the logistics end corresponding to the network point refers to a terminal in the network point for interacting with the server in the logistics system. The logistics terminal corresponding to the transfer station, the logistics terminal corresponding to the network point and the terminal of the courier can be regarded as terminals in the logistics system.
After the courier is intercepted, the courier may be transported according to the new destination to forward the courier to the new destination.
FIG. 1B is a flow chart of a method for forwarding and returning a widget, as shown in FIG. 1, which may be performed by a server in the logistics system 110, according to one embodiment of the present application, the method for forwarding and returning a widget includes the following 3 steps:
I. A forward-return request is initiated. Specifically, after receiving the forwarding and returning request initiated by the terminal 120, the server in the logistics system 110 determines whether an initiating condition is satisfied, and if so, forwards and returns the express mail to the price. In particular, the method comprises the steps of,
II. Express item interception.
Specifically, the logistics information of the express mail is obtained through the provided secondary route, the interception place of the express mail is estimated according to the logistics information of the express mail, and an interception instruction is issued to a logistics end corresponding to the interception place according to the estimated interception place.
In the application, if the estimated interception place is a transfer station (also called a station), an interception instruction is sent to a logistics end corresponding to the transfer station, so that the interception of the transfer station is realized; if the estimated interception place is a net point, an interception instruction is issued to a logistics end corresponding to the net point, so that net point interception is realized; if the express mail is determined to be signed according to the logistics information of the express mail, an interception instruction can be sent to the terminal of the express delivery person so as to achieve the interception of the express delivery person.
III, transfer of the bill printing and express.
After the express mail is intercepted, printing a freight bill of the express mail, on one hand, verifying and updating system information to verify and verify an interception instruction for the express mail; on the other hand, the express mail is circulated according to the new destination, and the logistics update is correspondingly carried out on the express mail.
The implementation details of the technical scheme of the embodiment of the application are described in detail below:
fig. 2 is a flow chart of a method of forwarding and returning a widget, which may be performed by an electronic device having processing capabilities, such as a server, according to one embodiment of the present application, without limitation. Referring to fig. 2, the method at least includes steps 210 to 270, and is described in detail as follows:
Step 210, obtaining a forwarding return request of the express mail; the forwarding return request includes a manifest identification of the express mail and a new destination of the express mail.
The forward-return request is used to request that the express be forwarded to a specified new destination or that the express be returned to a return address specified by the client. The waybill identifier is used for uniquely identifying the waybill corresponding to the express mail, and the waybill identifier can be the waybill number of the express mail.
The forwarding return request may be generated based on a trigger operation by the user at the client. The client may be an APP client, a web page client, an applet client, etc. In a specific embodiment, in a manifest information display interface of the client, a forwarding return entry for triggering a forwarding return request is provided, and a user triggers the forwarding return entry, where the client may display a forwarding return configuration page, and in the forwarding return page, the user may specify a new destination, further may specify a new recipient, a contact manner of the recipient, and the like, and send the forwarding return request to the server. In some embodiments, the forwarding and returning request may also be triggered by a customer service person of the logistics to enter a forwarding and returning configuration page in a display interface of the customer service side according to an instruction of a user, and initiate the forwarding and returning request to the server.
In the application, the express item requested to be forwarded and returned can be a single express item, or can be an express item serving as a child in a child-parent or an express item serving as a parent.
And 220, acquiring logistics information of the express mail according to the waybill identifier of the express mail.
During shipment of the express mail, the logistics information of the express mail is associated with the manifest identification of the express mail. Therefore, the logistics information related to the waybill identification of the express mail can be obtained from the logistics system according to the waybill identification of the express mail, namely the logistics information of the express mail.
And 230, estimating the interception place of the express mail according to the logistics information of the express mail.
In the application, since the express mail needs to be forwarded or returned to a new destination, the express mail in the process of transportation needs to be intercepted in time so as to continue to be transported according to the new destination, and not to be transported according to the original destination. The estimated blocked place of the express mail refers to a place where the express mail can be blocked. In the application, the interception place of the express mail can be a site or a network point in a logistics system.
In some embodiments, step 230 comprises: determining the latest update time of the logistics information of the express mail; determining a time difference between a current time and the latest update time; if the time difference is larger than a time length threshold, determining that the express mail has reached the place last time according to the logistics information of the express mail; according to the preset transport path corresponding to the express mail, determining the next station which has reached the place last time on the preset transport path as the interception place of the express mail; and if the time difference is not greater than a time length threshold, determining the last reached place of the express mail as the interception place of the express mail.
In the process of express delivery, the express arrives at a path, and the position information and the time information of the current arrival place of the express are correspondingly reported to the server to update the logistics information of the express, so that the arrival place of the express (i.e. the arrival place of the express) and the latest update time of the logistics information of the express can be determined according to the logistics information of the express. The latest update time of the logistics information of the express item can be approximately understood as the time when the express item reaches the place that has been reached last time.
For the express mail, if the time difference between the current time and the latest updated time is large, the express mail is currently in the process of being transported from the last reached place to the next station; conversely, if the time difference between the current time and the latest update time is small, it indicates that the express item may stay at the latest reached place, waiting for transportation to the next station.
Thus, in the present application, in the case where the time difference between the current time and the latest update time is greater than the time length threshold, the next station of the latest reached place of the express mail in the preset transportation path is theoretically the next stop place of the express mail, and therefore, the next station of the latest reached place of the express mail in the preset transportation path is determined as the interception place of the express mail; in the case where the time difference between the current time and the latest update time is not greater than the duration threshold, since the express item may stay at the last reached place, the last reached place of the express item is determined as the interception place of the express item. The preset transportation path is a transportation path matched with the original destination according to the origin in the bill of the express mail.
In other embodiments, considering logistics transportation efficiency, it may be that only a part of sites may perform express interception, but not all sites may perform express interception, in which case, the first flag may be added to the site identifier corresponding to the site supporting express interception. Based on this, in step 230, if the time difference between the current time and the latest update time is greater than the duration threshold, the next station with the first mark, which is the last reached place of the express mail in the preset transportation path corresponding to the express mail, is used as the interception place of the express mail; if the time difference between the current time and the latest updating time is not greater than a time length threshold value and the latest reached site of the express mail does not carry a first mark, taking a site with the first mark, which is the latest reached site of the express mail in a preset transportation path corresponding to the express mail, as an interception site of the express mail; if the time difference between the current time and the latest updated time is not greater than the duration threshold and the latest reached place of the express mail carries the first mark, determining the latest reached place of the express mail as the interception place of the express mail.
In other embodiments, step 230 comprises: if the express mail is determined to be signed according to the logistics information of the express mail, acquiring address information of an original destination corresponding to the express mail; and taking the website closest to the original destination as the interception place of the express mail according to the address information of the original destination.
The website refers to the dispatch point and the receiving point of the express mail. In the case that the express mail has been signed up, it is indicated that the express mail has reached the original recipient, in which case, the courier of the website is required to go to the original recipient again to obtain the express mail, so in this embodiment, the website closest to the original destination is taken as the interception place of the express mail, so as to shorten the time taken to intercept the express mail.
In other embodiments, if it is determined that the express mail is not sent out according to the logistics information of the express mail, the cable network point corresponding to the express mail is determined to be the interception place of the express mail. The corresponding web sites of the express mail can also be understood as the sites which send out the express mail.
And step 240, determining a charging policy corresponding to the express mail according to the interception place of the express mail.
The charging policy corresponding to the express mail is used for indicating and calculating the service charge of forwarding and returning the express mail. Specifically, the charging policy may indicate a forwarding return fee for forwarding return, or may be a calculation method for indicating the forwarding return fee. The calculation method of the forwarding and returning cost may be calculated according to the weight of the express mail, for example, if the weight of the express mail is smaller than a first threshold, the forwarding and returning cost of the express mail is K1 yuan, and if the weight of the express mail is not smaller than the first threshold and is smaller than a second threshold, the forwarding and returning cost of the express mail is calculated according to the following formula:
K=K1+a(M-M1);
Wherein K is the forwarding return expense of the express mail, a is the preset continuous weight unit price, M is the total weight of the express mail, and M1 is a first threshold. In a specific embodiment, different charging policies may be configured in the configuration page according to actual needs.
In some embodiments, step 240 comprises: and determining a charging policy corresponding to the express mail according to the position relation between the issuing place corresponding to the express mail and the interception place or the position relation between the original destination corresponding to the express mail and the interception place.
Specifically, the correspondence between the location relationship between the originating location and the interception location and the charging policy may be preset, and the correspondence between the original destination location and the interception location and the charging policy may be set. On the basis, according to the position relation between the issuing location and the interception location corresponding to the express mail, a charging strategy corresponding to the position relation between the issuing location and the interception location can be matched to serve as the charging strategy corresponding to the current express mail; or according to the position relation between the original destination corresponding to the express mail and the interception place, matching the charging policy corresponding to the position relation between the original destination corresponding to the express mail and the interception place, and taking the charging policy as the charging policy corresponding to the express mail.
The position relationship between the issuing location and the interception location may include that the issuing location and the interception location are the same network point in the same city, that the issuing location and the interception location are different network points in the same city, and that the issuing location and the interception location belong to different cities.
The positional relationship between the original destination and the interception place may include that the original destination and the interception place belong to different cities, that the dot corresponding to the original destination and the interception place are the same dot in the same city, that the dot corresponding to the original destination and the interception place are different dot in the same administrative area in the same city, and that the dot corresponding to the original destination and the interception place belong to different administrative areas in the same city.
And 250, forwarding, returning and pricing the express mail according to a charging policy corresponding to the express mail, the interception place of the express mail and the new destination of the express mail.
The step of forwarding and returning the express mail to charge is to calculate the service charge of forwarding and returning the express mail and calculate the transport charge for transporting the express mail from the interception place to the new destination.
In some embodiments, step 250 includes steps A1-A3 as follows, described in detail below: and step A1, determining the forwarding return expense corresponding to the express according to the charging policy corresponding to the express.
As described above, the charging policy corresponding to the express mail may indicate the forwarding return cost of forwarding return of the express mail, or the calculating manner of the forwarding return cost, if the charging policy corresponding to the express mail indicates the calculating manner of the forwarding return cost corresponding to the express mail, the forwarding return cost corresponding to the express mail is calculated according to the calculating manner.
And step A2, determining a new freight corresponding to the express mail according to the interception place of the express mail and the new destination of the express mail.
After the express mail is intercepted, the express mail is forwarded back, which is equivalent to taking the interception place of the express mail as a new sending place, and the express mail is transported from the interception place to a new destination, so that the weight or the volume of the express mail can be correspondingly combined, and the new freight of the express mail can be determined by the interception place of the express mail and the new destination. Where the new freight for the express mail refers to the freight required to transport the express mail from the interception location to the new destination.
And step A3, obtaining discount information of the initiator corresponding to the forwarding return request according to the initiator identifier of the initiator corresponding to the forwarding return request.
The discount information of the sponsor may be used to indicate available coupons of the sponsor, as well as discounts available to the sponsor.
And step A4, carrying out forwarding, returning and pricing on the express according to the forwarding, returning and price-calculating expense corresponding to the express, the new freight corresponding to the express and the discount information.
Specifically, the forwarding return fee corresponding to the express mail and the new freight fee corresponding to the express mail can be added to obtain the initial fee, and then the target fee of the express mail is calculated by combining the discount information and the initial fee. The bill to be paid for the forward return may then be generated based on the target cost of the express mail, and further, the bill to be paid may also be sent to the originator of the forward return request.
And step 260, in response to successful return pricing of the express mail forwarding, sending an interception request to the logistics end corresponding to the interception place corresponding to the express mail.
In a specific embodiment, if the sender of the forwarding return request selects a payment settlement mode, after sending a bill to be paid to the sender, if payment success information returned by a terminal where the sender is located is received, determining that the express forwarding return pricing is successful; if the sender of the forwarding return request selects a pay-to-pay mode, if a bill to be paid of the express mail is generated and settlement indication information indicating the pay-to-pay of the sender is received, determining that the forwarding return of the express mail is successful; if the service side of the forwarding return service agrees with the initiator of the forwarding return request to settle accounts according to the month payment mode, the bill to be paid is added into the bill to be paid set corresponding to the initiator, and the success of forwarding return pricing for the express mail is determined.
And step 270, if the interception confirmation information returned in response to the interception request is received, controlling the express mail to be transported to the new destination.
The intercept confirmation information is used to indicate that the express item has been successfully intercepted. After the express mail is intercepted, the express mail can be transported to a new destination correspondingly, and the logistics information of the express mail can be updated correspondingly.
In some embodiments, step 270 includes steps B1-B3 as follows, as detailed below:
and step B1, if the interception confirmation information returned in response to the interception request is received, and the express mail meets a preset new bill forwarding condition, a new bill identification is allocated to the express mail.
If the express mail meets the preset new bill forwarding condition, the express mail indicates that a new freight bill needs to be generated for the express mail. The new order forwarding condition may be at least one of a number of times a forwarding return request is initiated for the same express item exceeding a number of times threshold (the number of times threshold is, for example, 3 times, 4 times, etc., not specifically limited herein), the express item having been signed up in case of receiving the forwarding request of the express item, and a contract with the user for forwarding returns in accordance with the new order. If the express mail meets any one of the conditions, determining that the express mail meets the preset new single forwarding condition. Of course, the new single forwarding conditions are not limited to the above, and in other embodiments, other new single forwarding conditions may be configured as needed.
On the basis, whether the express mail meets the preset new single forwarding condition can be determined according to the express mail state, the historical forwarded and returned times of the express mail in the logistics information of the express mail and the protocol information of the initiator of the forwarding and returned request corresponding to the express mail.
And B2, generating a new waybill according to the new waybill identifier, the interception place, the new destination of the express mail and the information of the new receiver of the express mail.
In the new manifest, the intercepted places of the express mail are taken as new places of dispatch. In some implementations, to facilitate tracking of the status of the express item, or to facilitate counting the number of times the express item is forwarded back, a new manifest of the express item is further associated with the original manifest of the express item.
And B3, sending the waybill information of the new waybill to the logistics end corresponding to the interception place so as to transport the express mail to the new destination according to the new waybill.
And then, in the process of transporting the express mail to a new destination, each site in the transportation process can update the logistics information of the express mail according to the new freight bill of the express mail.
In other embodiments, step 270 includes steps C1 to C2 as follows: and step C1, if the interception confirmation information returned in response to the interception request is received, and the express mail does not meet a preset new bill forwarding condition, updating the freight bill of the express mail according to the information of the new destination of the express mail and the new receiver of the express mail. And updating the information (such as the name of the receiver, the contact information of the receiver and the like) of the new destination of the express mail and the new receiver of the express mail into the shipping bill of the express mail, thereby facilitating the transportation and dispatch according to the new destination and the new receiver in the subsequent transportation process.
In some embodiments, a first identifier for identifying the returned express mail may be further added to the manifest of the express mail, so as to count the number of times the same express mail is returned by forwarding.
And step C2, sending the updated waybill information corresponding to the express mail to the logistics end corresponding to the interception place, so as to transport the express mail to the new destination according to the updated waybill information.
According to the method, after a forwarding return request for the express mail is obtained, the logistics information of the express mail is obtained, and then the interception place of the express mail is estimated according to the logistics information of the express mail; then, determining a charging strategy corresponding to the express according to the interception place of the express; according to a charging policy corresponding to the express mail, an interception place of the express mail and a new destination of the express mail, forwarding and returning to charge the express mail; under the condition that the returning price of the express mail is successful, an interception request is sent to a logistics end corresponding to an interception place corresponding to the express mail so as to effectively intercept the express mail, and under the condition that interception confirmation information returned in response to the interception request is received, the express mail is controlled to be transported to the new destination. The method and the system have the advantages that the interception is timely estimated according to the logistics information of the express mail, the express mail is timely intercepted at the estimated interception place, so that a transfer station in the express mail transportation process or a primary part website of the express mail can be realized, the express mail is forwarded and returned according to the transportation state of the express mail, the express mail is not limited to be forwarded and returned after the express mail reaches the destination, and the forwarding and returning efficiency of the express mail is improved due to the fact that the express mail is timely intercepted in the middle.
In some embodiments, after step 260, the method further comprises: and if the interception confirmation information returned in response to the interception request is received, calling a special vehicle for the express mail according to a special vehicle calling instruction carried by the forwarding return request so as to transport the express mail to a new destination through the special vehicle.
