However, due to the fact that the existing operation system is imperfect and the situation that the receiving address is changed in the middle of express transportation sometimes occurs in actual transportation of the express delivery, the business point of final arrival and delivery is far away from the receiving address, so that the express delivery needs to be transported between the business points, delivery time is prolonged, and transportation cost is increased.
In order to solve the problem, at present, a method of supplementing codes to the express waybills in the transportation process is adopted, namely information is supplemented to the express waybills in the transportation process, so that the accuracy of positioning a business point closest to a goods receiving address for delivery is improved, and the purposes of delivering the express to a customer as soon as possible and saving the transportation cost are achieved.
However, in order to count the wrong complement order for the follow-up analysis and improvement under the condition that the wrong complement exists at present, a worker of the dispatching business point manually compares whether the actual dispatching business point is consistent with the business point to be dispatched so as to judge whether the complement result is accurate, and therefore the wrong complement order is positioned. However, the number of the delivered parts per day is millions at present, and when the delivery amount of a certain business point exceeds the delivery capacity of the business point, the condition that the nearby business point assists in delivering the parts cannot be roughly classified as the actual delivery business point and the business point to be delivered are inconsistent, namely the code supplement is wrong, the method for manually judging and counting the code supplement wrong orders is very difficult to execute, and the counted code supplement wrong orders are also inaccurate.

Example 2: the embodiment provides a statistical method for an error complement order, which is shown in fig. 2 and includes:
201. receiving supplementary code data and sign-in data of an effective order; after step 201, step 202 is performed.
Specifically, receiving the complement data and the sign-in data of the effective orders transmitted and screened by the dispatch terminal through the rocktMQ. The RocktMQ is a RocktMQ message queue. The signing data and the complement log data of millions of orders on a single day are transmitted through the RocktMQ message queue, one-time buffering can be performed, and the pressure of a service processing system is greatly reduced. In addition, the RocktMQ message queue performs message screening and filtering, eliminates data of invalid orders with empty express bill numbers, empty addresses and the like, and reserves sign-in data and complement log data of the valid orders.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the code supplementing data at least includes an order number, a code supplementing time, a receiving address, and longitude and latitude coordinates corresponding to the receiving address, and the sign-off data at least includes the order number, an actual delivery business point, and a longitude and latitude coordinate set corresponding to the actual delivery business point.
And determining the supplementary code data and the signing data of the same order according to the order number. More specifically, the delivery address contained in the replenishment data has one or 2 or more than 2, and the replenishment time is automatically recorded when the delivery address is updated by replenishment, namely, the replenishment time and the delivery address are in one-to-one correspondence. And when the delivery addresses contained in the code supplementing data are more than 2 or 2, sorting the delivery addresses according to the positive sequence of the code supplementing time, and selecting the delivery address at the last time point and the longitude and latitude coordinates corresponding to the delivery address at the last time point.
The complement data and the sign-off data may also include other data, such as the number of the service point to be dispatched and the number of the actual service point to be dispatched. The present invention is not particularly limited in this regard.
202. Generating a distance difference between a to-be-delivered business point and an actual delivery business point according to the complement data and the sign-off data; after step 202, step 203 is performed.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the step includes the following sub-steps:
202-1, converting the complement data and the sign-in data of the effective order to respectively generate data of a coverage area of a to-be-dispatched business point and data of a coverage area of an actual dispatch business point; after sub-step 202-1, sub-steps 202-2 and 202-3 are performed, respectively.
Specifically, according to the receiving address in the code supplementing data, the part-to-be-dispatched business point which is closest to the receiving address is located, the longitude and latitude coordinate set corresponding to the part-to-be-dispatched business point fed back by the geographic information system is obtained, the longitude and latitude coordinate set of the part-to-be-dispatched business point is converted into coverage area data of the part-to-be-dispatched business point, and the longitude and latitude coordinate set of the actual part-to-be-dispatched business point in the signed data is converted into coverage area data of the actual part-to-be-dispatched business point. More specifically, the business site coverage area is a polygon. The data of the coverage area of the to-be-dispatched business point comprises polygonal data corresponding to the coverage area of the to-be-dispatched business point, and the data of the coverage area of the actual to-be-dispatched business point comprises polygonal data corresponding to the coverage area of the actual to-be-dispatched business point. Because the longitude and latitude coordinate set of the business point to be dispatched and the longitude and latitude coordinate set of the actual dispatch business point can be 1, or a plurality of, each longitude and latitude coordinate set is converted into a polygon, the data of the coverage area of the business point to be dispatched after conversion comprises the polygon data corresponding to the coverage area of the business point to be dispatched, and the data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch business point comprises the polygon data corresponding to the coverage area of the actual dispatch business point, which can be one or a plurality of.
202-2, comparing and updating the data of the coverage area of the corresponding dispatch service point, the data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch service point with the historical data of the coverage area of the corresponding dispatch service point and the historical data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch service point; the method specifically comprises the following steps:
receiving historical data of a coverage area of a to-be-dispatched business point and historical data of a coverage area of an actual dispatch business point, which are fed back by a database;
comparing whether the data of the coverage area of the corresponding dispatching business point and the historical data of the coverage area of the corresponding dispatching business point are consistent or not; if the comparison result is inconsistent, sending the data of the coverage area of the business point to be dispatched to the database so as to update the historical data of the coverage area of the business point to be dispatched in a covering manner;
comparing whether the actual delivery business point coverage area data is consistent with the actual delivery business point coverage area historical data; if the comparison result is not consistent with the comparison result,
and sending the actual delivery business point coverage area data to the database so as to update the historical data of the actual delivery business point coverage area in a covering manner.
Specifically, in this embodiment, whether the area of the polygon corresponding to the coverage area of the corresponding dispatch service point is consistent with the area of the polygon corresponding to the historical coverage area of the corresponding dispatch service point is compared, and if the comparison result is inconsistent, which indicates that the coverage area of the corresponding dispatch service point is changed, the historical data of the coverage area of the corresponding dispatch service point is deleted and stored in the coverage area data of the corresponding dispatch service point for data updating. Similarly, comparing whether the area of the polygon corresponding to the actual dispatch service point coverage area is consistent with the area of the polygon corresponding to the actual dispatch service point historical coverage area, if the comparison result is inconsistent, the actual dispatch service point coverage area is changed, deleting the historical data of the actual dispatch service point coverage area, and storing the historical data of the actual dispatch service point coverage area for data updating.
It should be noted that: in this embodiment, the data of the coverage area of the to-be-dispatched service point and the historical data of the coverage area of the to-be-dispatched service point may be updated by comparison, the data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch service point and the historical data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch service point may be updated by comparison, and the data of the coverage area of the to-be-dispatched service point and the historical data of the coverage area of the corresponding to-be-dispatched service point, the data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch service point and the historical data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch service point may be updated by comparison at the same time. The present embodiment does not limit the specific comparison updating sequence.
202-3, respectively calculating to obtain the data of the center point of the to-be-dispatched business point and the data of the center point of the actual dispatch business point based on the data of the coverage area of the to-be-dispatched business point and the data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch business point; after sub-step 202-3, sub-step 202-4 is performed.
Specifically, in this embodiment, the Geometry function is used to calculate the data of the coverage area of the to-be-dispatched business point and the data of the coverage area of the actual dispatch business point respectively so as to obtain the data of the center point of the to-be-dispatched business point and the data of the center point of the actual dispatch business point.
More specifically, in this embodiment, the step includes:
judging whether the quantity of the data of the business points to be dispatched is more than 1; if not, calculating the coverage area data of the business point to be dispatched by utilizing a Geometry function so as to obtain the central point data of the business point to be dispatched.
At this time, the coverage area of the business point to be dispatched corresponds to a polygon, the calculation is carried out by utilizing the Geometry function to correspond to the polygon corresponding to the coverage area of the business point to be dispatched, and the data of the center point of the polygon is calculated to be the data of the center point of the business point to be dispatched.
If the judgment result is yes, merging and processing the data of the coverage area of the business points to be dispatched to obtain the data of the merged coverage area of the business points to be dispatched;
and calculating the business points to be dispatched and combining the coverage area data by utilizing a Geometry function so as to obtain the central point data of the business points to be dispatched.
At this time, the coverage area of the business point to be dispatched corresponds to a plurality of polygons, the plurality of corresponding polygons are merged into one polygon by utilizing a Geometry function, then the merged polygon is calculated, and the data of the center point of the polygon is calculated to be the data of the center point of the business point to be dispatched.
Similarly, judging whether the number of the data of the coverage area of the actual delivery business point is more than 1; if the judgment result is negative, calculating the coverage area data of the actual dispatch business point by using a Geometry function to obtain the central point data of the actual dispatch business point;
if the judgment result is yes, merging and processing the data of the coverage area of the actual delivery business point to obtain the data of the merged coverage area of the actual delivery business point;
and calculating the data of the combined coverage area of the actual dispatch service points by using a Geometry function to obtain the data of the center points of the actual dispatch service points.
It should be noted that: in the invention, the judgment and calculation can be carried out firstly corresponding to the data of the covering area of the dispatching business point, or the judgment and calculation can be carried out firstly on the data of the covering area of the actual dispatching business point, or the judgment and calculation can be carried out simultaneously corresponding to the data of the covering area of the dispatching business point and the data of the covering area of the actual dispatching business point, and the sequence is not limited by the invention.
202-4, generating the distance difference between the to-be-dispatched business point and the actual dispatch business point according to the data of the center point of the to-be-dispatched business point and the data of the center point of the actual dispatch business point. After step 202-4, step 203 is performed.
203. Judging whether the distance difference is within a preset threshold range; after step 203, step 204 is performed.
Specifically, a preset threshold is preset according to the actual situation, for example: when the order quantity of the required dispatch at a certain business point exceeds the dispatching capacity range of the business point, the condition that the dispatch of the adjacent business point within 5 kilometers from the business point is assisted does not belong to an error supplement code, and the preset threshold value is preset to be 5 kilometers.
More specifically, when the distance difference is not within the preset threshold range, determining whether the number of the receiving addresses in the supplementary code data is 1, if the number of the receiving addresses in the supplementary code data is not 1, querying a receiving address sequence ordered according to the supplementary code time sequence in the supplementary code data, calling a last-but-second receiving address and a corresponding longitude and latitude coordinate set in the receiving address sequence, returning to step 202 to generate the distance difference between the second to-be-dispatched business point and the actual dispatch business point, and determining whether the distance difference between the second to-be-dispatched business point and the actual dispatch business point is within the preset threshold range.
