The detection result of the standing book system is that the item order is a pay-to-delivery order, that is, the order which needs to be paid by the customer when the item order is delivered is obtained, the payment order is obtained by performing real-time collection, reconciliation reduction and exemption and receivability through the front-end claim payment collection record, and the payment order is issued to a point of sale (POS) direct connection system. And the distributor calls the POS direct connection system through terminal equipment (such as a terminal payment all-in-one machine) to obtain the latest amount to be paid after the deduction, so that the on-site payment is realized for the customer.
According to the article order processing method, the processing flow of pre-paid claims is built for damaged or deteriorated goods, the rejected order quantity is reduced, the appropriate investment rate is improved, and the platform or merchant cost is reduced. The negotiation process of the service field of the distributor, the client, the platform or the merchant is optimized, the communication time of several parties is reduced through the front claims, the waiting time of the distributor is reduced, and meanwhile, the client experience is improved. The client is paid on site, and the client experience is improved. The client is directly paid by the paying front end aiming at the cash order, namely the order paid online by the client. The customer is paid with a payment deduction for back-end orders, i.e. orders that require the customer to pay at the time of delivery.
According to the item order processing method provided by the embodiment of the application, firstly, a compensation request for a target item in an item order is received in the item delivery process in the item order; secondly, determining a preposed compensation condition of the target object based on the object information of the target object; and finally, after the compensation information in the compensation request meets the pre-compensation condition, compensating the target object by taking the compensation information as target compensation information. Therefore, in the process of configuring the article information, the distributor can be endowed with compensation authority to compensate the target commodity when the compensation information in the compensation request sent by the distributor meets the preposed compensation condition, so that the compensation is preposed to the distribution link, the shopping experience of the user is improved, the compensation flow of the order is optimized, the time for the customer to settle the claim is shortened, the distribution efficiency of the distributor is improved, and the appropriate putting rate of damaged or deteriorated order articles is improved.
Referring to FIG. 3, a flow 300 of another embodiment of an item order processing method according to the present application is shown, the item order processing method comprising the steps of:
step 301, in the process of delivering the item of the item order, if the target item in the item is damaged, a compensation request for the target item is generated.
In this embodiment, the execution entity (for example, the terminal devices 101, 102, and 103 shown in fig. 1) on which the item order processing method operates may monitor in real time whether the item of the item order is in the process of delivery through an operation of a delivery person (for example, when the item order is delivered, the delivery person scans a code of the item in the item order and uploads the scanned code to the order delivery system).
Further, the determination of whether the target item is damaged or not may be manually detected by a dispenser, and the execution subject is triggered to determine that the target item is damaged. Of course, the execution main body can also be provided with a damage testing component, the execution main body tests whether the target object is damaged through the testing component, and the compensation request is generated based on the damage condition of the target object.
Step 302, a compensation request is sent to the server, so that the server compensates the target commodity.
In this embodiment, the server may compensate the target item by implementing the item order processing method described in any of the foregoing implementation manners.
In this embodiment, the server may compensate the target product by using the method described in the embodiment of fig. 2. For a specific real-time process, reference may be made to the related description of the embodiment in fig. 2, which is not described herein again.
In the article order processing method provided by this embodiment, in the article delivery process of the article order, if an article is damaged, a compensation authority is set for a deliverer, so that a compensation request is sent to a server through a terminal device, and the server compensates a target article. Therefore, the after-sale link paying process can be prepositioned to a goods distribution site, the user experience is improved, and the goods appropriate delivery rate is ensured.
With further reference to fig. 4, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above-mentioned figures, the present application provides an embodiment of an article order processing apparatus, which corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 2, and which can be applied to various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides an item order processing apparatus 400, the apparatus 400 including: receiving section 401, determining section 402, detecting section 403, and compensating section 404. The receiving unit 401 may be configured to receive a compensation request for a target item in an item order during the item delivery process in the item order, where the compensation request includes: and compensating the information. The determining unit 402 may be configured to determine a pre-compensation condition for the target item based on the item information of the target item. The detecting unit 403 may be configured to detect whether the compensation information satisfies a pre-compensation condition. The compensation unit 404 may be configured to compensate the target item with the compensation information as the target compensation information when the compensation information satisfies the pre-compensation condition.
In the present embodiment, in the article order processing apparatus 400, the specific processes of the receiving unit 401, the determining unit 402, the detecting unit 403 and the compensating unit 404 and the technical effects thereof can refer to step 201, step 202, step 203 and step 204 in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, respectively.
In some embodiments, the article information includes: the property value of the article and the authority value of the target article delivered by the deliverer, and the compensation information comprises: compensating the attribute value, and pre-compensating conditions including: the compensation attribute value is less than or equal to the minimum of the item attribute value and the weight value.
In some embodiments, the compensation unit 404 includes: a claims module (not shown). A reimbursement module may be configured to generate a reimbursement order based on the target compensation information premised on the online payment in response to determining that the item information includes configuration information for the online payment of the target item.
In some embodiments, the compensation unit 404 includes: a payment module (not shown), and an issuing module (not shown). Wherein the payment module may be configured to generate a payment order premised on the payment-on-delivery based on the target compensation information in response to determining that the item information includes configuration information for the payment-on-delivery of the target item. An issuing module may be configured to issue a payment order.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 400 further comprises: a presentation unit (not shown in the figure). And the prompt unit is configured to generate and issue prompt information for modifying the compensation information in response to detecting that the compensation information does not meet the pre-compensation condition.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 400 further comprises: an inquiry unit (not shown in the figure) and a sending unit (not shown in the figure). Wherein, the query unit may be configured to receive an information query request for the item in the item order. And the issuing unit can be configured to issue the item information of the items in the item order, so that the distributor can issue a compensation request through the terminal equipment based on the issued item information.
In the article order processing apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, first, the receiving unit 401 receives a compensation request for a target article in an article order in an article delivery process in the article order; secondly, the determining unit 402 determines a pre-compensation condition of the target item based on the item information of the target item; then, the detection unit 403 detects whether the compensation information in the compensation request satisfies the pre-compensation condition, and finally, the compensation unit 404 compensates the target item using the compensation information as the target compensation information after detecting that the compensation information in the compensation request satisfies the pre-compensation condition. Therefore, in the process of configuring the article information, the distributor can be endowed with compensation authority to compensate the target commodity when the compensation information in the compensation request sent by the distributor meets the preposed compensation condition, so that the compensation is preposed to the distribution link, the shopping experience of the user is improved, the compensation flow of the order is optimized, the time for the customer to settle the claim is shortened, the distribution efficiency of the distributor is improved, and the appropriate putting rate of damaged or deteriorated order articles is improved.
With further reference to FIG. 5, as an implementation of the methods illustrated in the above figures, the present application provides one embodiment of an item order processing system, which may correspond to the method embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present application provides an item order processing system 500, the system 500 including: terminal equipment 501 and server 502. In the process of delivering the item in the item order, the terminal device 501 generates a compensation request for the target item if the target item in the item is damaged, and sends the compensation request to the server 502. The server 502 compensates the target item based on the compensation request.
In this embodiment, the server may compensate the target item by implementing the item order processing method described in any of the foregoing implementation manners.
It will be understood that the elements described in the item order processing system 500 correspond to various steps in the method described with reference to fig. 2 or 3. Thus, the operations, features and resulting benefits described above with respect to the method are equally applicable to the item order processing system 500 and the units included therein, and are not described in detail herein.
In the article order processing system provided in this embodiment, the terminal device 501 sends a compensation request to the server if the article is damaged in the article delivery process of the article order; server 502 implements compensation for the target item. Therefore, the after-sale link paying process can be prepositioned to a goods distribution site, the user experience is improved, and the goods appropriate delivery rate is ensured.
Referring now to FIG. 6, shown is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 600 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present application.
As shown in fig. 6, electronic device 600 may include a processing means (e.g., central processing unit, graphics processor, etc.) 601 that may perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)602 or a program loaded from a storage means 608 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 603. In the RAM603, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 600 are also stored. The processing device 601, the ROM 602, and the RAM603 are connected to each other via a bus 604. An input/output (I/O) interface 605 is also connected to bus 604.
Generally, the following devices may be connected to the I/O interface 605: an input device 606 including, for example, a touch screen, touch pad, keyboard, mouse, etc.; an output device 607 including, for example, a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), a speaker, a vibrator, and the like; storage 608 including, for example, tape, hard disk, etc.; and a communication device 609. The communication means 609 may allow the electronic device 600 to communicate with other devices wirelessly or by wire to exchange data. While fig. 6 illustrates an electronic device 600 having various means, it is to be understood that not all illustrated means are required to be implemented or provided. More or fewer devices may alternatively be implemented or provided. Each block shown in fig. 6 may represent one device or may represent multiple devices as desired.
In particular, according to embodiments of the application, the processes described above with reference to the flow diagrams may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present application include a computer program product comprising a computer program embodied on a computer readable medium, the computer program comprising program code for performing the method illustrated by the flow chart. In such an embodiment, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication means 609, or may be installed from the storage means 608, or may be installed from the ROM 602. The computer program, when executed by the processing device 601, performs the above-described functions defined in the methods of the embodiments of the present application.
It should be noted that the computer readable medium of the embodiments of the present application may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium or any combination of the two. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples of the computer readable storage medium may include, but are not limited to: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In embodiments of the application, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. In embodiments of the present application, however, a computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device. Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to: electrical wires, optical cables, RF (Radio Frequency), etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
The computer readable medium may be embodied in the server; or may exist separately and not be assembled into the server. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by the server, cause the server to: receiving a compensation request for a target item in an item order during delivery of the item in the item order, the compensation request comprising: compensation information; determining a pre-compensation condition of the target object based on the object information of the target object; detecting whether the compensation information meets a pre-compensation condition; and if the pre-compensation condition is met, compensating the target object by taking the compensation information as target compensation information.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for embodiments of the present application may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + +, and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present application. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a module, segment, or portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams and/or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
The units described in the embodiments of the present application may be implemented by software or hardware. The described units may also be provided in a processor, and may be described as: a processor includes a receiving unit, a determining unit, a detecting unit, and a compensating unit. Where the names of the units do not in some cases constitute a limitation of the units themselves, for example, the receiving unit may also be described as a unit configured to receive a request for compensation of a target item in an item order during delivery of the item in the item order.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the application and is illustrative of the principles of the technology employed. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the scope of the invention in the embodiments of the present application is not limited to the specific combination of the above-mentioned features, but also encompasses other embodiments in which any combination of the above-mentioned features or their equivalents is made without departing from the inventive concept as defined above. For example, the above features and (but not limited to) technical features with similar functions disclosed in the embodiments of the present application are mutually replaced to form the technical solution.

Claims (12)

1. A method of item order processing, the method comprising:
receiving a compensation request for a target item in an item order during delivery of the item in the item order, the compensation request comprising: compensation information;
determining a pre-compensation condition for the target item based on the item information of the target item;
detecting whether the compensation information meets the pre-compensation condition;
and if the pre-compensation condition is met, compensating the target object by taking the compensation information as target compensation information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the item information comprises: the property value of the object and the authority value of the target object distributed by the distributor, wherein the compensation information comprises: compensating the property values, the pre-compensation condition comprising: the compensation attribute value is less than or equal to the minimum of the item attribute value and the weight value.
3. The method of claim 1, the compensating the target item using the compensation information as target compensation information comprising:
in response to determining that the item information includes configuration information for online payment of the target item, generating a reimbursement order premised on online payment based on the target compensation information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the compensating the target item using the compensation information as target compensation information comprises:
in response to determining that the item information includes configuration information for a payment on delivery of the target item, generating a payment order based on the target compensation information, the payment order being premised on the payment on delivery;
and issuing the payment order.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and generating and issuing prompt information for modifying the compensation information in response to the detection that the compensation information does not meet the pre-compensation condition.
6. The method according to one of claims 1-5, the method further comprising:
receiving an information query request for an item in the item order;
and issuing the article information of the articles in the article order so that the distributor sends the compensation request through the terminal equipment based on the issued article information.
7. A method of item order processing, the method comprising:
in the process of delivering the goods of the goods order, if a target goods in the goods is damaged, generating a compensation request of the target goods;
sending the compensation request to a server to enable the server to implement the item order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 to compensate the target item.
8. An item order processing apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
a receiving unit configured to receive a compensation request for a target item in an item order during delivery of the item in the item order, the compensation request comprising: compensation information;
a determination unit configured to determine a pre-compensation condition for the target item based on item information of the target item;
a detection unit configured to detect whether the compensation information satisfies the pre-compensation condition;
a compensation unit configured to compensate the target object with the compensation information as target compensation information when the compensation information satisfies a pre-compensation condition.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the item information comprises: the property value of the object and the authority value of the target object distributed by the distributor, wherein the compensation information comprises: compensating the property values, the pre-compensation condition comprising: the compensation attribute value is less than or equal to the minimum of the item attribute value and the weight value.
10. An item order processing system, the system comprising: a terminal device and a server;
the terminal equipment generates a compensation request of a target object if the target object in the object is damaged in the object delivery process of an object order and sends the compensation request to the server;
the server implements the item order processing method according to any one of claims 1 to 6 to compensate the target item based on the compensation request.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device having one or more programs stored thereon;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the method of any one of claims 1-6.
12. A computer-readable medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method according to any one of claims 1-6.
