In some embodiments, the post-sale processing device 1 of the commodity further includes a money amount returning module (not shown in the figure), and the money amount returning module is configured to respond to the compensation application information sent by the user terminal and audit the compensation application information; if the audit is passed, automatically returning the compensation amount; wherein the compensation application information comprises image information and/or text information.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the disclosure, and as shown in fig. 6, the electronic device includes: one or more processors 620 and storage 610. Storage 610 is used to store one or more programs; the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement the methods as described in fig. 1-3. The number of the memory 610 and the processor 620 may be one or more.
The electronic device further includes a communication interface 630, where the communication interface 630 is used for communicating with an external device to perform data interactive transmission. Memory 610 may comprise high-speed RAM memory, and may also include non-volatile memory (non-volatile memory), such as at least one disk memory. If the memory 610, the processor 620 and the communication interface 630 are implemented independently, the memory 610, the processor 620 and the communication interface 630 may be connected to each other through a bus and perform communication with each other. The bus may be an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus, an Extended Industry Standard Architecture (EISA) bus, or the like. The bus may be divided into an address bus, a data bus, a control bus, etc. For ease of illustration, only one thick line is shown in FIG. 6, but this is not intended to represent only one bus or type of bus.
Optionally, in an implementation, if the memory 610, the processor 620, and the communication interface 630 are integrated on a chip, the memory 610, the processor 620, and the communication interface 630 may complete communication with each other through an internal interface.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program is used for implementing the method of any one of the above embodiments when being executed by a processor.

Additionally, the computer-readable medium could even be paper or another suitable medium upon which the program is printed, as the program can be electronically captured, via for instance optical scanning of the paper or other medium, then compiled, interpreted or otherwise processed in a suitable manner if necessary, and then stored in a computer memory.
It should be understood that portions of the present invention may be implemented in hardware, software, firmware, or a combination thereof. In the above embodiments, the various steps or methods may be implemented in software or firmware stored in memory and executed by a suitable instruction execution system. For example, if implemented in hardware, as in another embodiment, any one or combination of the following techniques, which are known in the art, may be used: a discrete logic circuit having a logic gate circuit for implementing a logic function on a data signal, an application specific integrated circuit having an appropriate combinational logic gate circuit, a Programmable Gate Array (PGA), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or the like.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the steps carried by the method for implementing the above embodiments may be implemented by hardware related to instructions of a program, which may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, and when the program is executed, the program includes one or a combination of the steps of the method embodiments.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a separate product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium. The storage medium may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, or the like.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments that are employed to illustrate the principles of the present disclosure, and that the present disclosure is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and these are to be considered as the scope of the disclosure.
Claims (12)
1. A method of after-market processing of a commodity, comprising:
responding to after-sale application information sent by a user terminal, and acquiring order information of after-sale commodities in the after-sale application information, wherein the order information comprises receiving address information;
judging whether the sold goods are delivered based on the order information;
if the goods are not delivered, the money is automatically refunded and the warehouse is informed of stopping delivery;
if the goods are delivered, judging whether the sold goods arrive at a receiving address;
and if the goods receiving address is not reached, automatically refunding, intercepting the logistics, and sending feedback information of successful interception to the warehouse.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the intercepting the stream comprises:
monitoring a pick-up notification message for a transaction order, and judging the state of a warehouse operation order related to the transaction order;
and if the warehouse operation order is judged to be in the ex-warehouse state, sending an interception instruction to a distribution service party.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining whether the after-market item arrives at the consignment address if the item has been shipped further comprises:
and if the goods receiving address is reached, informing the warehouse to check the received after-sales goods after the after-sales goods are received, automatically refunding after the checking is passed, and sending an instruction for changing the inventory to the warehouse.
4. The method for after-sale processing of commodities according to any one of claims 1-4, before obtaining order information of after-sale commodities in the after-sale application information in response to after-sale application information sent by a user terminal, further comprising:
responding to the after-sale application information sent by the user terminal, and inquiring credit information of the user;
and if the credit information of the user does not meet the appointed conditions, terminating the after-sale.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after determining whether the after-market item arrives at a shipping address:
if the goods receiving address is reached, responding to compensation application information sent by the user terminal, and checking the compensation application information;
if the audit is passed, automatically returning the compensation amount; wherein the compensation application information comprises image information and/or text information.
6. An after-market treatment apparatus for an article, comprising:
the acquisition module is configured to respond to after-sale application information sent by a user terminal, and acquire order information of after-sale commodities in the after-sale application information, wherein the order information comprises receiving address information;
a first judgment module configured to judge whether the after-market commodity has been shipped based on the order information;
the first processing module is configured to automatically refund and inform the warehouse to stop delivery if the delivery is not performed;
the second judgment module is configured to judge whether the sold goods arrive at a receiving address or not if the goods are delivered;
and the second processing module is configured to automatically refund if the goods receiving address is not reached, intercept the logistics and send feedback information of successful interception to the warehouse.
7. The article of merchandise after-sale processing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second processing module is further configured to:
monitoring a pick-up notification message for a transaction order, and judging the state of a warehouse operation order related to the transaction order; and if the warehouse operation order is judged to be in the ex-warehouse state, sending an interception instruction to a distribution service party.
8. The article of merchandise after-sale processing apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
and the third processing module is configured to inform the warehouse to check the received after-sale commodities after the after-sale commodities are received if the receiving address is reached, automatically refund after the after-sale commodities are checked to pass, and send an instruction for changing the inventory to the warehouse.
9. The article of merchandise after-sale processing apparatus according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising:
a credit inquiry module configured to inquire credit information of a user in response to the after-sale application information sent by the user terminal;
a fourth processing module configured to terminate the after-sales service if the credit information of the user does not satisfy the agreed conditions.
10. The article of merchandise after-sale processing apparatus of claim 6, further comprising:
the amount return module is configured to respond to compensation application information sent by the user terminal and audit the compensation application information; if the audit is passed, automatically returning the compensation amount; wherein the compensation application information comprises image information and/or text information.
11. An electronic device, comprising:
one or more processors;
storage means for storing one or more programs;
the one or more programs, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement an after-market method of processing an article of manufacture as recited in any one of claims 1 to 5.
12. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the program, when executed by a processor, implements an after-market processing method for an article of manufacture according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
