inquiring a commodity order, namely inquiring the commodity order according to the commodity identification information and the consumer information of the offline goods-picking information;
and verifying the goods taking, namely updating the commodity order state of the commodity order information after verifying the validity of the goods taking of the consumer.

the query commodity order comprises one or more of the following:
inquiring a commodity order of the consumer corresponding to the consumer information according to the consumer information and the commodity model;
the method further comprises one or more of the following:
acquiring biological material evidence information of a consumer, wherein the biological material evidence information refers to information for identifying the identity of the consumer through a biological identification technology; the biological material evidence information comprises one or more of fingerprint information, sound information, face information, signature information, handwriting information and human body magnetic field information;
and settling the commodity order, namely paying the related expense of the commodity order to the goods picking terminal according to the goods picking terminal information of the off-line goods picking information.

one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
the method of any one of claims 1-8 as performed by the one or more programs when executed by the one or more processors.
