Further, the order information code is sent to a business district order system, so that the business district order system feeds the order information code back to the on-line order placing merchant management equipment, and the merchant management equipment provides the order information code for scanning to the user terminal. The order information code provided to the user terminal can be a printed paper order information code, so that the user can flexibly control the time for scanning the order information code and processing the order; or, the order information code may be an electronic order information code displayed on the merchant management device, so that the user terminal can scan the order information code in time and perform order processing. And the online order placing merchant management device refers to the merchant management device of the merchant from which the online order placing order data is sourced. The user terminal scans the order information code, so that the order data of the online order can be accurately obtained, namely the order data of the online order which is placed in a merchant physical store by the user is obtained; order processing may also be performed for the corresponding online order.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the merchant management device of each merchant may record the order data of the online order into the online order system, so that the online order system directly obtains the order data of the online order from each merchant. Or, in another optional embodiment of the present invention, the online order system may receive order data of an online order, which is reported by the mall order system, where the order data of the online order is data that is entered into the mall order system by a merchant management device of a merchant in the mall. In the above two modes, the merchant management device is a terminal device capable of performing order data transmission of a line-placed order with the business district order system, and optionally, the merchant management device is a merchant POS terminal. And after the online order system receives the order data of the online order, the transfer and copying of the order data from the online to the offline are completed. The specific process of the online order system for acquiring the order data of the online order is mainly described in a manner of receiving the order data of the online order reported by the business district order system as follows:
when an online ordering request for commodities is received, the merchant management equipment acquires data reflecting attribute information and price information of the ordered commodities and inputs the acquired data into a business district order system. The data reflecting the attribute information of the order placing goods and the price information of the goods can be acquired by automatically scanning goods labels or manually inputting the data. And receiving data, which is included in the order placed by the scanning line of the merchant management equipment, of the commodity label of the order placed commodity and is input to a business district order system by aiming at the mode of automatically scanning the commodity label. In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the merchant management device scans the commodity label of the online order, and queries inventory data of the merchant and/or inventory data of the mall according to the commodity label to obtain Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) of the commodity, such as attributes of brand, model, configuration, grade, design and color, packing capacity, Unit, production date, shelf life, usage, price, production place, and the like of the commodity, so as to obtain order data of the online order; and then the merchant management equipment records the order data of the online order into a business district order system. Or, in another optional embodiment of the present invention, the commodity data of each merchant in the business district is imported into an external commodity library of the online order system in advance, the merchant management device scans a commodity label of an order placing commodity included in the online order placing, and records the commodity label into the business district order system, and then the online order system queries the external commodity library according to the commodity label to obtain order data of the online order placing. The automatic scanning mode does not need merchant service personnel to manually input commodity information, and can improve the automation degree of obtaining order data of the online order.
For example, a user places a pair of shoes in a merchant a, the POS terminal scans the RFID tags of the shoes, obtains sku of the shoes including shoe code 42 and gray color by querying inventory data of the merchant, and then enters the sku into a business district order system, so as to obtain order data of an online order for placing the shoes.
Step S202: and acquiring a user identifier according to a triggering action of scanning the order information code by the user terminal, and establishing an incidence relation between the user identifier and the online order corresponding to the order information code.

Step S203: when a triggering action of scanning an order information code by a user terminal is received, acquiring order data of an online order corresponding to the order information code; and sending the order data of the online order to a user terminal executing the triggering action so as to display the order data of the online order in the user terminal.
After the user terminal scans the order information code and initiates the triggering action, the order processing can be carried out on the online order on the user terminal, and the online order is transferred to the online order for processing. After the online order system receives the triggering action, acquiring order data of an online order corresponding to the order information code; the order data of the online order is consistent with the order data of the online order; and sending the order data of the online order to a user terminal executing the triggering behavior so as to display the order data of the online order in the user terminal, so that a user can check the information of the order-placing commodity which is placed on line through the user terminal, and further confirm and pay. The obtaining of the order data of the online order corresponding to the order information code is specifically obtaining of the order data of the online order identified by the order identifier, where the order identifier is carried in the order information code.
Step S204: and performing settlement processing on the online order associated with the user identifier according to the online payment request initiated by the user terminal.
Specifically, after the user terminal scans the order information code, an online payment request may be initiated to the online ordering system, which may be initiated automatically or manually by the user. In some optional embodiments of the present invention, after the user terminal displays the order data of the online order, it is detected whether the user terminal initiates a request for terminating the order processing, and if the request for terminating the order processing is not detected within a preset time, the online payment request is automatically initiated, so that the online payment process can be automatically entered without user operation. For example, after scanning the order information code, the user checks the shopping list information of the online order from the shopping list page of the user terminal, and after confirming that the shopping list is correct, the user triggers a "confirm payment" button on the shopping list page to initiate the online payment request.
Further, after the online order system receives the online payment request, the online order system performs settlement processing on the online order associated with the user identifier, and completes the flow of online settlement processing. And after the settlement is finished, on one hand, the order settlement result is fed back to the user terminal initiating the on-line payment request, so that the user terminal can provide the order settlement result for the user. On the other hand, by the following step S205, the order settlement result is fed back to the business turn order system to complete the flow of the line settlement processing.
Step S205: and informing the order settlement result to a business district order system to finish the settlement processing of the order.
Specifically, the order settlement result of the online order is notified to the business district order system for offline settlement processing of the online order recorded in the business district order system. And the business district order system determines the online order which is corresponding to the order settlement result and completes the settlement, and searches the online order to be settled corresponding to the online order which completes the settlement in the business district order system.
Further, the online placed order corresponding to the order identifier of the online order for which settlement is completed can be found as the online placed order to be settled, wherein the corresponding relationship between the order identifier of the online order and the online placed order can be established in advance. After the online order system generates an online order, an order identifier of the online order is generated, and the order identifier is sent to the business district order system, so that the business district order system establishes a corresponding relationship between the online order and the online order corresponding to the order information code according to the order identifier, at this time, the corresponding relationship between the online order and the online order is established, and then, if the online order is processed, the business district order system can search the online order corresponding to the order identifier of the online order according to the corresponding relationship, and further determine the online order for order processing. After the settlement processing of the online order is completed, the order settlement result carrying the order identification of the online order completing the settlement is sent to a business district order system, so that the business district order system determines the online order to be settled according to the order identification, and the settlement processing is carried out on the online order to be settled.
And when the online order to be settled is settled, only the settlement information of the online order to be settled needs to be updated, wherein the settlement information comprises settlement state information, settlement amount information and/or settlement time information. After updating, the settlement processing result of the placed order in the business district order system is consistent with the settlement processing result of the online order in the online order system.

Through the mode, the verification and cancellation code is generated and sent to the user terminal, so that the goods taking is completed by showing the verification and cancellation code to the merchant terminal for scanning according to the condition that the user takes the goods in the merchant store, and the consistent verification and cancellation of the online order in the online ordering system and the offline order in the business district order system can be completed in time.
Alternatively, in another alternative embodiment of the present invention, for a case that the user picks the goods collectively through the pickup information code, the user may also complete the verification and cancellation of the corresponding online order and the online order through the verification and cancellation of the pickup information code after completing the pickup by using the pickup information code, which may be specifically referred to the following description of step S311.
According to the order settlement method applied to the business circles provided by the embodiment, the order is placed for each line, a corresponding online order is generated, an order information code corresponding to the online order is generated, and the order information code is provided for the user terminal; the user terminal can realize online order processing of online orders corresponding to the order information codes by scanning the order information codes, wherein the order processing comprises order data confirmation and settlement processing; after the user terminal scans the order information code, establishing an incidence relation between a user identifier of the user terminal and an online order corresponding to the order information code, so that the online order which is specifically aimed at according to the user identifier initiating the processing request in the subsequent order processing process can be conveniently determined, and a related processing result can be fed back to the user terminal; and after scanning the order information code, the user terminal can initiate an online payment request for the online order, the online order system completes online settlement processing according to the online payment request, and informs the business district order system of the order settlement result to complete offline settlement processing of the corresponding order. Therefore, according to the scheme of the embodiment, the settlement processing of the online order is transferred to the online for completion through the order information code, and then the settlement information of the online order in the business circle order system is updated, so that the settlement processing of the online order in the business circle is completed, the user does not need to go to and fro between the merchant and the designated cash register position to perform the settlement processing of the online order, the settlement flow is simplified, and the calculation efficiency is improved.
In another embodiment of the present invention, there is provided an order settlement method applied to a business district, the method performed by a user terminal, including: scanning the order information code to initiate a triggering action, so that an online order system acquires a user identifier according to the triggering action of scanning the order information code by a user terminal, and establishes an incidence relation between the user identifier and an online order corresponding to the order information code; and initiating an online payment request, so that the online ordering system performs settlement processing on the online order associated with the user identifier according to the initiated online payment request, and informs the settlement result of the order to the business turn order system so as to finish the settlement processing of the placed order.
In an optional implementation manner, the scanning the order information code to initiate the triggering action specifically includes: scanning the order information code for scanning provided via a business circle order system and a business management device of an online order placing source; the order information code is generated by the online order system according to order data of online order placing.

In an optional embodiment, the method further comprises: receiving an order information code which is generated by an online order system according to order data of an online order and corresponds to the online order; and sending the order information code to a merchant management device of an online order placing source, so that the merchant management device provides the order information code for scanning to a user terminal.

The embodiment mainly uses the scanning order information code to confirm the order data of the online order, settle the online order, and pick the online order to describe the processing flow of the online order. After the settlement processing is completed, the business area order system sends a goods allocation notification to a merchant end corresponding to the online order, wherein the merchant end corresponding to the online order is the merchant end for placing the online order, the merchant end is terminal equipment capable of performing data transmission with the business area order system, and optionally, the merchant end is a merchant POS end capable of recording order data of the online order to the business area order system.
In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the settlement processing of the line-placed order may be completed at the same time, and the delivery notification may be sent to the merchant terminal corresponding to the line-placed order, so as to complete the delivery of the placed goods included in the line-placed order.
Alternatively, in alternative embodiments of the present invention, a distribution notification is sent to the merchant in response to a distribution request from the user terminal. And the on-line order system sends the received goods allocation request initiated by the user terminal to the business district order system, and the business district order system sends a goods allocation notice to the merchant terminal after receiving the goods allocation request. Optionally, the pick-up time and/or pick-up location may be specified in the pick-up request, and the mall ordering system determines the time for sending the pick-up notice according to the pick-up time to avoid long-term occupation of the storage space while ensuring that the user can pick up the order at the pick-up time, for example, sending the pick-up notice at a preset time point (e.g., half an hour before) before the pick-up time is reached. And/or the business circle order system carries the goods picking place in the goods distribution notice and sends the goods picking place to the merchant end so that the merchant end can place the order goods and distribute the goods to the goods picking place. For example, the east, west, south and north outlets of the mall are respectively provided with a unified pickup position, and if the pickup location carried in the distribution request is the pickup position corresponding to the north outlet, the pickup location is carried in the distribution notification and sent to the merchant.
Step S309: and receiving the goods taking information code of the online order form fed back by the goods taking system after the goods allocation is finished by the merchant terminal.

The online order system is used as a communication medium between the business circle order system and the user terminal, and feeds back the goods taking information code to the user terminal paying the corresponding online order or the user terminal corresponding to the reserved terminal information.
Specifically, the pick information code is sent to the associated user terminal via the online ordering system. The online order system generates an online order according to order data of the online order, simultaneously inquires a user identifier contained in the order data of the online order, and establishes an association relationship between the user identifier and the online order, or when the online order system receives an online payment request of the online order initiated by a user terminal, establishes an association relationship between the user identifier of the user terminal initiating the online payment request and the online order. And when receiving the goods taking information code, the online order system determines a user terminal associated with the online order according to the association relationship between the user identification and the online order, and sends the goods taking information code of the online order to the associated user terminal. For example, the pickup information code is sent to the online ordering system, so that the online ordering system feeds back the pickup information code to the user terminal initiating the online payment request of the online order.
In addition, in some optional embodiments of the present invention, the online order system may allocate a centralized designated storage space, for example, a unified shelf in a container for fetching, to a plurality of online orders associated with the same user identifier according to the association relationship between the user identifier and the online orders, and send the designated storage space to the merchant terminal with the goods allocation notification, so that a plurality of merchants store the ordered goods belonging to the same user in the centralized designated storage space, so that the user can extract the ordered goods in a centralized manner.
Step S311: and receiving an order form verification result which is sent by the online order form system and carries an order form identifier, and performing verification and cancellation processing on the online order form according to the order form verification result.
And the order form checking and selling result is obtained by the online order form system through checking and selling the online order form according to the goods taking and processing result of the online order form fed back by the goods taking system.
Specifically, after the user terminal receives the pickup information code, the pickup information code may be utilized to initiate a pickup request to the pickup system, for example, the pickup request is initiated by inputting the pickup information code or scanning the pickup information code, and after the pickup system confirms that the pickup is completed, the pickup processing result of the on-line order is fed back to the on-line order system; optionally, the online order system may find the online order corresponding to the order identifier to perform a verification and sale process, or the online order system may find the online order associated with the user identifier to perform a verification and sale process, and after the verification and sale process of the online order is completed, send the order verification and sale result to the mall order system, so that the mall order system performs the verification and sale process on the online order, for example, update the order state of the online order to the obtained state. By the aid of the verification and sale mode, consistent verification and sale of online orders in the online ordering system and online orders in the business district order system can be completed in time after the user uniformly fetches goods through the goods fetching information codes.
According to the online order processing method applied to the business district provided by the embodiment, the online order system receives order data of online orders in the business district order system, and the order data of the online orders are transferred and copied to the online; the online order system generates an online order corresponding to the online order and an order information code corresponding to the online order according to the order data of the online order, and provides the order information code for the user terminal to scan; and the user terminal can realize online checking of the order data of the online order by scanning the order information code, settlement processing of the online order and goods taking processing of the online order, so that the user does not need to carry a manual bill to and fro between the merchant and a designated cash register position in a business circle to transmit the order data of the online order and settle the online order, and the user does not need to take goods from stores of various merchants. Therefore, according to the scheme of the embodiment, the order information codes can be used for transferring the processing flow of the online order placing from offline to online, and the processing process of the online order placing in a business district is simplified.
FIG. 4 shows a functional block diagram of an online ordering system according to one embodiment of the invention. Claims (32)

1. An order settlement method applied to a business district, the method being performed by an online order system, comprising:
receiving order data of online order placing reported by a business district order system, wherein the order data of the online order placing is data recorded into the business district order system by business management equipment of a business in a business district; the business district order system manages the online orders of a plurality of merchants in the business district, and the online order system manages the online orders corresponding to the online orders of the plurality of merchants in the business district;
generating an online order and an order information code thereof according to order data of the online order, and providing the order information code to the user terminal through a business circle ordering system and business management equipment of a business of an online order source;
acquiring a user identifier of a user terminal according to a triggering behavior of scanning an order information code by the user terminal, and establishing an incidence relation between the user identifier and an online order corresponding to the order information code;
according to an online payment request initiated by a user terminal, performing settlement processing on an online order associated with a user identifier;
and informing the order settlement result to a business district order system to finish the settlement processing of the order.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when a triggering action of scanning an order information code by a user terminal is received, acquiring order data of an online order corresponding to the order information code; the order data of the online order is consistent with the order data of the online order;
and sending the order data of the online order to a user terminal executing the triggering behavior so as to display the order data of the online order in the user terminal.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein an order settlement entry is further displayed in the user terminal; the online payment request initiated by the user terminal specifically comprises: and the user executes an online payment request initiated by a trigger operation on the order settlement entrance.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein said notifying the business turn order system of the order settlement result to complete the settlement process of the order placed further comprises:
and sending an order settlement result carrying the order identification of the online order which is settled to a business district order system, so that the business district order system determines the online placed order to be settled according to the order identification, and the online placed order to be settled is settled.
5. The method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein after said processing of settlement of online orders associated with user identities, the method further comprises:
generating a verification and cancellation code carrying an order identification of the online order which finishes settlement;
sending the verification and cancellation code to a user terminal corresponding to the user identifier, so that the user terminal provides the verification and cancellation code to a merchant terminal for scanning and initiating a verification and cancellation request;
receiving a core-cancellation request; and performing the checking and selling processing on the online order which finishes the settlement according to the checking and selling request, and informing the order checking and selling result to a business circle order system so as to finish the checking and selling processing of the linearly placed order.
6. An order settlement method applied to a business district, the method being performed by a user terminal, comprising:
scanning the order information code to initiate a triggering action, so that the online order system acquires a user identifier of the user terminal according to the triggering action of scanning the order information code by the user terminal, and establishes an incidence relation between the user identifier and the online order corresponding to the order information code; the online order system receives order data of online orders, which are reported by a business district order system, wherein the order data of the online orders are data which are input into the business district order system by business management equipment of a business in the business district; the business district order system manages the online orders of a plurality of merchants in the business district, and the online order system manages the online orders corresponding to the online orders of the plurality of merchants in the business district; the order information code is generated by the online order system according to order data of the online order and is provided for the user terminal through the merchant management equipment of the merchant circle order system and the online order placing source;
and initiating an online payment request, so that the online ordering system performs settlement processing on the online order associated with the user identifier according to the initiated online payment request, and informs the settlement result of the order to the business turn order system so as to finish the settlement processing of the placed order.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein after the scanning order information codes initiates a triggering action, the method further comprises:
receiving order data of an online order corresponding to the order information code acquired by the online order system after receiving the triggering action, and displaying the order data of the online order; the order data of the online order is consistent with the order data of the online order.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the initiating online payment request is specifically: and initiating an online payment request according to the triggering operation executed by the user on the order settlement entrance.
9. The method of any of claims 6-8, wherein after the initiating an online payment request, the method further comprises:
receiving a verification and cancellation code which is generated and sent by an online order system and carries an order mark of an online order which finishes settlement;
and displaying the verification and cancellation code for the merchant to scan the verification and cancellation code to initiate a verification and cancellation request.
10. An order settlement method applied to a business district, the method being performed by a business district order system, comprising:
the method comprises the steps of reporting order data of online order placing to an online order system, wherein the order data of the online order placing is data recorded into the order system of a business circle by business management equipment of a business in the business circle; the business district order system manages the online orders of a plurality of merchants in the business district, and the online order system manages the online orders corresponding to the online orders of the plurality of merchants in the business district;
receiving an online order system, and carrying out settlement processing on an online order associated with a user identifier according to an online payment request initiated by a user terminal to obtain and inform an order settlement result; the online order system acquires the user identifier of the user terminal according to the triggering action of the user terminal for scanning the order information code and establishes the incidence relation between the user identifier and the online order corresponding to the order information code; the order information code is generated by the online order system according to order data of the online order and is provided for the user terminal through the merchant management equipment of the merchant circle order system and the online order placing source;
and finishing the settlement processing of the line placed order according to the order settlement result.
11. The method of claim 10, wherein the finalizing the line placed settlement process according to the order settlement result further comprises:
and determining the online placed order to be settled according to the order mark, and settling the online placed order to be settled.
12. The method according to claim 10 or 11, wherein after completion of the line-placed settlement processing according to the order settlement result, the method further comprises:
receiving an order verification and cancellation result which is obtained and informed after an online order system verifies and cancels the settled online order according to the verification and cancellation request; the verification and cancellation request is initiated by a verification and cancellation code which is generated and sent by a user terminal scanning on-line order system and carries an order mark of an on-line order which is completed with settlement.
13. An online ordering system comprising:
the association module is suitable for acquiring a user identifier of the user terminal according to a triggering action of scanning the order information code by the user terminal and establishing an association relation between the user identifier and an online order corresponding to the order information code;
the online settlement module is suitable for performing settlement processing on the online order associated with the user identifier according to the online payment request initiated by the user terminal;
