In some optional embodiments of the present invention, the merchant management device scans the commodity label of the online order, and queries inventory data of the merchant and/or inventory data of the mall according to the commodity label to obtain Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) of the commodity, such as attributes of brand, model, configuration, grade, design and color, packing capacity, Unit, production date, shelf life, usage, price, production place, and the like of the commodity, so as to obtain order data of the online order; and then the merchant management equipment records the order data of the online order into a business district order system. Or, in another optional embodiment of the present invention, the commodity data of each merchant in the business district is imported into an external commodity library of the online order system in advance, the merchant management device scans a commodity label of an order placing commodity included in the online order placing, and records the commodity label into the business district order system, and then the online order system queries the external commodity library according to the commodity label to obtain order data of the online order placing. The automatic scanning mode does not need merchant service personnel to manually input commodity information, and can improve the automation degree of obtaining order data of the online order.
For example, a user places a pair of shoes in a merchant a, the POS terminal scans the RFID tags of the shoes, obtains sku of the shoes including shoe code 42 and gray color by querying inventory data of the merchant, and then enters the sku into a business district order system, so as to obtain order data of an online order for placing the shoes.
It should be noted that, in the present invention, after receiving the order data of the online order from the business district order system, the order data of the online order can be directly used as the order data of the online order, so that the order data of the online order is completely the same as the order data of the online order, and the integrity of data transmission can be further improved; or, on the basis of the order data of the online order, the order data of the corresponding consistent online order is further obtained by deleting the order data or adding new order data, and optionally, one or more items of data in the commodity sku are deleted, for example, data of a production place, a use and the like are deleted, so that the influence of excessive data on the confirmation or processing of the user is avoided; and/or adding order preference data provided by the local life application corresponding to the server newly, for example, on the basis of commodity discount provided by a merchant or a business district, the local life application also provides order preference, and adding the order preference data to order data of the online order, so that the user can obtain more comprehensive order data of the online order.
Step S302: and generating an online order and an order information code corresponding to the online order according to the order data of the online order.
Step S303: and generating an order mark of the online order, and sending the order mark to a business district order system so that the business district order system establishes a corresponding relation between the online order and the online placed order corresponding to the order information code according to the order mark.
In the above step S302 and step S303, the online order system generates the online order, the order identifier of the online order, and the order information code corresponding to the online order, for the order data of the same online order.
The order information code corresponding to the online order is used for transmitting order data of the online order, and the order information code corresponding to the online order comprises an acquisition address of the order data of the online order and an order mark of the online order corresponding to the order information code. And obtaining order data of the online order identified by the order identification from the corresponding acquisition address by scanning the order information code, wherein the order data of the online order is consistent with the order data of the online order.
For example, the order information code is a two-dimensional code, which includes an address of the server of the local life application and an order identification parameter carried behind the address, and when the two-dimensional code is scanned, the two-dimensional code can be routed through the server of the local life application to jump to a shopping list page of the online order identified by the order identification, and order data of the online order is displayed in the shopping list page.
In this embodiment, an order identifier of an online order is generated, and the order identifier is sent to a business district order system, where the business district order system establishes a corresponding relationship between the order identifier and an online order, which is equivalent to establishing a corresponding relationship between the online order and the online order corresponding to the online order, and then, if order processing is performed on the online order, the business district order system may determine the online order targeted by the order processing according to the corresponding relationship, so as to update a processing state of the online order in time, for example, a payment state or a pickup state of the online order.
Step S304: and sending the order information code to a business district order system for the business district order system to feed back the order information code to the on-line order placing merchant management equipment, so that the merchant management equipment provides the order information code for scanning to the user terminal.
The order information code provided to the user terminal can be a printed paper order information code, so that the user can flexibly control the time for scanning the order information code and processing the order; or, the order information code may be an electronic order information code displayed on the merchant management device, so that the user terminal can scan the order information code in time and perform order processing.
The order information code is provided for the user terminal through a business administration device of a business with a business circle order system and an order data source for online order placing, so that a user placing an order in a business entity store obtains the order information code, and the order information code is scanned through the user terminal to accurately obtain the order data of the online order.
Step S305: and acquiring a user identifier according to a triggering action of scanning the order information code by the user terminal, and establishing an incidence relation between the user identifier and the online order corresponding to the order information code.
Specifically, when an online order system receives a triggering action of scanning an order information code by a user terminal, a user identifier of the user terminal is firstly obtained, wherein if the order information code is scanned by a local life application, an application account of the local life application is obtained; establishing an association relation between the user identifier and the online order corresponding to the order information code, so that the online order is bound with the user identifier, the targeted online order is determined according to the user identifier initiating the processing request in the subsequent order processing process, and the related processing result can be fed back to the associated user terminal, optionally, after the order information code is scanned, the order data of the online order is fed back to the user terminal corresponding to the user identifier; and/or after the online order is paid by the shopping list page after the order information codes are scanned, feeding back a payment result to the user terminal corresponding to the user identifier; and/or after the reserved goods taking processing is carried out on the online order, feeding back the goods taking code to the user terminal corresponding to the user identifier.
Step S306: when a triggering action of scanning an order information code by a user terminal is received, acquiring order data of an online order corresponding to the order information code; and sending the order data of the online order to a user terminal executing the triggering action so as to display the order data of the online order in the user terminal.
After the user terminal scans the order information code and initiates the triggering action, the order processing can be carried out on the online order on the user terminal, and the online order is transferred to the online order for processing. After the online order system receives the triggering action, acquiring order data of an online order corresponding to the order information code; the order data of the online order is consistent with the order data of the online order; and sending the order data of the online order to a user terminal executing the triggering behavior so as to display the order data of the online order in the user terminal, so that a user can check the information of the order-placing commodity which is placed on line through the user terminal, and further confirm and pay. The obtaining of the order data of the online order corresponding to the order information code is specifically obtaining of the order data of the online order identified by the order identifier, where the order identifier is carried in the order information code.
Step S307: according to an online payment request initiated by a user terminal, performing settlement processing on an online order associated with a user identifier; and informing the order settlement result to a business district order system to finish the settlement processing of the order.
Specifically, after the user terminal scans the order information code, an online payment request may be initiated to the online ordering system, which may be initiated automatically or manually by the user. In some optional embodiments of the present invention, after the user terminal displays the order data of the online order, it is detected whether the user terminal initiates a request for terminating the order processing, and if the request for terminating the order processing is not detected within a preset time, the online payment request is automatically initiated, so that the online payment process can be automatically entered without user operation. Or, in another optional embodiment of the present invention, an order settlement entry is further displayed in the user terminal, and optionally, if an order settlement entry is displayed in the scan result page, that is, the shopping list page of the online order, the online payment request is an online payment request initiated by the user performing a trigger operation on the order settlement entry.
For example, after scanning the order information code, the user checks the shopping list information of the online order from the shopping list page of the user terminal, and after confirming that the shopping list is correct, the user triggers a "confirm payment" button on the shopping list page to initiate the online payment request.
And after the online order system receives the online payment request, the online order system carries out settlement processing on the online order associated with the user identification, and the flow of online settlement processing is completed. And after the settlement is finished, on one hand, the order settlement result is fed back to the user terminal initiating the on-line payment request, so that the user terminal can provide the order settlement result for the user. And on the other hand, the order settlement result is fed back to the business turn order system to complete the process of line settlement processing.
Further, the order settlement result of the online order is notified to the business district order system for offline settlement processing of the online order recorded in the business district order system. And the business district order system determines the online order which is corresponding to the order settlement result and completes the settlement, and searches the online order to be settled corresponding to the online order which completes the settlement in the business district order system. Furthermore, the online order corresponding to the order identifier of the online order which completes the settlement can be found as the online order to be settled, wherein the corresponding relation between the order identifier of the online order and the online order can be established in advance. After the online order system generates an online order, an order identifier of the online order is generated, and the order identifier is sent to the business district order system, so that the business district order system establishes a corresponding relationship between the online order and the online order corresponding to the order information code according to the order identifier, at this time, the corresponding relationship between the online order and the online order is established, and then, if the online order is processed, the business district order system can search the online order corresponding to the order identifier of the online order according to the corresponding relationship, and further determine the online order for order processing. After the settlement processing of the online order is completed, the order settlement result carrying the order identification of the online order completing the settlement is sent to a business district order system, so that the business district order system determines the online order to be settled according to the order identification, and the settlement processing is carried out on the online order to be settled.
And when the online order to be settled is settled, only the settlement information of the online order to be settled needs to be updated, wherein the settlement information comprises settlement state information, settlement amount information and/or settlement time information. After updating, the settlement processing result of the placed order in the business district order system is consistent with the settlement processing result of the online order in the online order system.
Step S308: and after the settlement processing of the online order is finished according to the order settlement result fed back by the online order system, sending a goods allocation notice to a merchant terminal corresponding to the online order.
Step S309: and receiving the goods taking information code of the online order form fed back by the goods taking system after the goods allocation is finished by the merchant terminal.

According to the online order processing method applied to the business district provided by the embodiment, the online order system receives order data of online orders in the business district order system, and the order data of the online orders are transferred and copied to the online; the online order system generates an online order corresponding to the online order and an order information code corresponding to the online order according to the order data of the online order, and provides the order information code for the user terminal to scan; and the user terminal can realize online checking of the order data of the online order by scanning the order information code, settlement processing of the online order and goods taking processing of the online order, so that the user does not need to carry a manual bill to and fro between the merchant and a designated cash register position in a business circle to transmit the order data of the online order and settle the online order, and the user does not need to take goods from stores of various merchants. Therefore, according to the scheme of the embodiment, the order information codes can be used for transferring the processing flow of the online order placing from offline to online, and the processing process of the online order placing in a business district is simplified.

Claims (19)

1. A pick-up method for a business establishment, the method being performed by a business establishment order system that manages orders placed by a plurality of merchants in the business establishment, comprising:
after the settlement processing of the online order is finished according to the order settlement result fed back by the online order system, sending a goods allocation notice to a merchant terminal for placing the online order;
receiving a goods taking information code of the online order form fed back by the goods taking system after the goods allocation is finished at the merchant terminal;
and sending the goods taking information code to the on-line order system so that the on-line order system feeds the goods taking information code back to the user terminal.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein before the completion of the settlement processing of the line-placed order according to the order settlement result fed back by the on-line order system, the method further comprises:
receiving an order mark of an online order corresponding to an online order generated by an online order system; and establishing a corresponding relation between the online order and the online order according to the order mark.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the finalizing the line order settlement process according to the order settlement result fed back from the online order system further comprises:
and determining the online order to be settled according to the order mark carried in the order settlement result, and performing settlement processing on the online order to be settled.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of sending the distribution notification to the merchant side corresponding to the online order is specifically: and sending a goods distribution notice to a merchant terminal corresponding to the online order to be settled.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, wherein the sending the pickup information code to the online ordering system for the online ordering system to feed back the pickup information code to the user terminal further comprises:
and sending the goods taking information code to the online order system so that the online order system feeds the goods taking information code back to the user terminal initiating the online payment request of the online order.

The method of any of claims 1-5, wherein the method further comprises: receiving an order form verification result which is sent by an online order form system and carries an order form identifier, and performing verification processing on a placed order form according to the order form verification result;
and the order form verification and sale result is obtained by performing verification and sale processing on the online order form by the online order form system according to the goods taking processing result of the online order form fed back by the goods taking system.
7. A goods taking method applied to a business district comprises the following steps:
receiving a goods taking information code fed back by an online order system, wherein the goods taking information code is used for sending a goods distribution notice to a merchant terminal ordering the online order after the settlement processing of the online order is completed by the business district order system according to an order settlement result fed back by the online order system, receiving the goods taking information code of the online order fed back by the goods taking system after the merchant terminal completes the goods distribution, and sending the goods taking information code to the online order system; the business district order system manages the online orders of a plurality of merchants in the business district;
and extracting goods for placing the order on line according to the goods taking information code.
8. A business turn order system for managing orders placed on-line by a plurality of merchants in a business turn, comprising:
the notification module is suitable for sending a goods distribution notification to a merchant terminal for placing the order according to the order settlement result fed back by the online order system after the settlement processing of the online order is finished;
the receiving module is suitable for receiving the goods taking information code of the online order form fed back by the goods taking system after the goods allocation is finished at the merchant terminal;
and the sending module is suitable for sending the goods taking information code to the online order system so that the online order system can feed back the goods taking information code to the user terminal.
9. The system of claim 8, wherein the system further comprises:

15. A pickup system for use in a mall, comprising: an online ordering system, a merchant terminal, a mall ordering system according to any one of claims 8 to 13, and a user terminal according to claim 14.
16. A computing device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the goods taking method applied to the trade district in any one of claims 1-6.
17. A computing device, comprising: the system comprises a processor, a memory, a communication interface and a communication bus, wherein the processor, the memory and the communication interface complete mutual communication through the communication bus;
the memory is used for storing at least one executable instruction, and the executable instruction causes the processor to execute the operation corresponding to the goods taking method applied to the commercial circle according to claim 7.
