Therefore, the order processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the technical problems that the flexibility is poor and the risk of shortage or sale is easy to exist by adopting an inventory mode of first stock and then sale in the related technology.
As an alternative embodiment, determining the type of the shipment bin for the predetermined commodity based on the order placing request and the remaining quantity includes: determining the commodity quantity of the predetermined commodity based on the order placing request; when the quantity of the commodities is not more than the residual quantity, determining that the type of the warehouse is a customer warehouse; and when the quantity of the commodities is larger than the residual quantity, determining that the warehouse type is a supplier warehouse.
In this embodiment, if the number of the predetermined commodities in the ordering request is not greater than the inventory of the client bin, it indicates that the inventory of the client meets the ordering number of the client, and the predetermined commodities meeting the quantity requirement can be provided for the user from the client; otherwise, the client end predetermined commodity inventory can not provide the user with the predetermined commodity meeting the quantity requirement, and the supplier can provide the user with the predetermined commodity.
In addition, in the above embodiment, when the inventory of the predetermined goods at the client is insufficient, the client may choose to send the predetermined goods in the inventory to the user first, and the remaining number of the predetermined goods may be taken out from the warehouse corresponding to the supplier, so that the goods are taken out from the warehouse more flexibly.
Alternatively, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an alternative shared inventory business mode according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2, where the business mode is divided into a user side, a client side and a supplier side, the suppliers perform warehouse layout nationwide, different warehouses cover clients in different regions, for example, warehouse 1 in fig. 2 is configured to cover the eastern area, and then client a, client B and client C in the eastern area can share the inventory of warehouse 1; the inventory of the same warehouse can be shared by all the clients in the area at the same time, for example, the inventory in warehouse 1 or warehouse 2 or warehouse 3 can be used by client a, client B and client C; and the customer can regard the shared stock of the supplier as free stock and can show the free stock to the user at the sales end, for example, the customer A can use the commodity stock in the shared warehouses such as the warehouse 1, the warehouse 2 and the warehouse 3 for offline retail or online retail scenes, thereby greatly increasing the logistics efficiency.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the offline store mainly refers to a physical store, a flagship store, an experience store, and the like, and the logistics delivery may be directly delivered to the offline store or its warehouse after the user places an order, while the online retail mainly refers to an online store, and the like, and the logistics delivery may be directly delivered to the receiving address of the user from the customer warehouse or the supplier warehouse after the user places an order.
Optionally, fig. 3 is a flowchart of an optional usage flow of the client inventory sharing mode according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the user side first performs an ordering operation, then the inventory will perform a preliminary judgment on a usage priority, and if the inventory is sufficient, the client inventory is preferentially used; if the inventory is insufficient, the industrial inventory (supplier inventory) is used, when the industrial inventory (supplier inventory) is used, the quantity of the input and output of the inventory needs to be recorded through a client purchasing process, meanwhile, the delivery is carried out through logistics and the inventory is directly sent to a user, when the user signs for the whole process is finished, the process does not need to pass through a link of the supplier, the client and the user, logistics transfer is reduced, cost and efficiency are reduced, meanwhile, a settlement process between the client and the supplier can be realized through system circulation, and automatic processing is realized.
As an alternative embodiment, when the shipment warehouse type is a supplier warehouse, triggering the supplier warehouse to provide the predetermined goods includes: analyzing the order placing request to obtain order information of the predetermined commodity; generating a shared inventory use request based on the order information; the shared inventory use request is sent to a supplier warehouse to trigger the supplier warehouse to provide the predetermined merchandise based on the shared inventory use request.
In this embodiment, the order management system may parse the order placement request for order information for the predetermined item, such that a shared inventory use request may be generated based on the order information to send the shared inventory use request to the supplier warehouse, thereby triggering the supplier warehouse to provide the predetermined item based on the shared inventory use request.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the order management system may be a higher-level system of the user side, the client side and the supplier side, and may manage systems corresponding to the user side, the client side and the supplier side, so as to implement order management.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the user side initiates consumption of the inventory of the client system by placing an order, and if the order quantity of the user is greater than the inventory quantity of the client system, a shared inventory use request is initiated to the provider system, and the provider system processes the shared inventory locking and sends a return locking success message, after the user completes payment, a shared inventory deduction is initiated to the provider system, a verification and cancellation deduction is performed on the locked inventory, and finally a verification and cancellation success message is returned.
As an alternative embodiment, the transmitting the shared inventory use request to the supplier warehouse for providing the predetermined goods based on the shared inventory use request by the supplier warehouse includes: acquiring commodity locking information fed back by a supplier warehouse based on a shared inventory use request; counting the locking time of the preset commodities in the supplier warehouse based on the commodity locking information; and after the payment information of the preset commodity is acquired within the locking time, sending a commodity conveying request to a warehouse logistics system corresponding to the supplier warehouse so as to convey the preset commodity from the supplier warehouse to the target address by utilizing the warehouse logistics system.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the commodity locking information counts the locking duration of the predetermined commodity in the supplier warehouse, once the locking duration is longer than the specified duration, the system automatically cancels the order of the user, and generally sets the maximum duration threshold value to be the optimum 15-25min, so that selecting the locking duration can not only pay sufficient time and conditions for the client, but also avoid the user who places the order by mistake and maliciously placing the order from occupying the inventory capacity and affecting the sales performance, thereby improving the efficiency of system operation and the convenience of user use.
As an optional embodiment, the order processing method further comprises: and after the payment information of the preset commodity is acquired in the locking time length, sending a shared inventory deduction message to the supplier warehouse so as to update the quantity of the preset commodity in the supplier warehouse by using the shared inventory deduction message.
