With the continuous perfection of electronic commerce transaction platforms and the rapid development of traditional communication, mobile communication and other technologies, more and more people acquire the required commodities in an online shopping mode, and the types of the commodities can relate to the aspects of daily life of people, including commodities such as household appliances, furniture and the like. For such commodities, due to the characteristics of large volume, heavy weight, easy damage and the like, the storage and distribution of the commodities are a critical problem.
To this end, some e-commerce trading platforms provide a unified logistics service for such goods, which is commonly referred to as 4 PL. The 4PL refers to that the platform side purchases warehouse resources and delivery resources from a third-party warehousing and delivery service provider, or the platform side can use the warehouse resources and the delivery resources of the platform side, and then the resources can be packaged into a logistics solution and issued in the system, so that a merchant can customize the logistics solution provided by the platform according to the needs of the merchant and perform operations such as shop and the like. For example, in one of the manners, after receiving a request of a first user for customizing a logistics solution for a specified business object, entity data of basic logistics resources may be pushed to the first user client, so that information of each selectable basic logistics resource, including an identifier, a service range, a service capability, and the like, may be displayed in a user interface of the first user client, and in addition, an operational option may be provided for each basic logistics resource, so that the first user may select a target basic logistics resource from a plurality of basic logistics resources according to a requirement of a specific business object, and after the selection is completed, the target basic logistics resource may be submitted to a server, so that the server may determine the target basic logistics resource matched with the specified business object of the first user.
Or, in another implementation, a historical transaction record related to the first user and the specified business object may be obtained, and then the target basic logistics resource matched with the specified business object of the first user may be determined by analyzing such historical transaction record information. For example, in the historical transaction record of a certain business object, information such as a receiving address of each second user (for example, a buyer user) is generally recorded, so that a target area where the business object is most frequently sold can be analyzed, and further, a target basic logistics resource matched with the target area can be determined according to the information such as the target area information and the service range of each basic logistics resource. For example, if the target areas where a business object is most frequently sold are beijing, tianjin and shanghai, the target basic logistics resources matching with the target areas can be determined to be beijing warehouse, tianjin warehouse and shanghai warehouse, and may further include distribution resources related to the areas, and so on.
With respect to the service relationship between the individual basic logistics resources, it generally occurs between warehouse resources and warehouse resources, and between warehouse resources and distribution resources. The warehouse and the warehouse generally include a parent-child relationship, a parallel relationship, and the like, and the warehouse and the delivery generally represent a binding relationship, that is, if a binding relationship exists between a certain warehouse resource and a certain delivery resource, when a business object stored in the warehouse resource is delivered, the delivery resource having the binding relationship with the warehouse resource can be used for delivery.
Specifically, when determining the service relationship between the basic logistics resources, the service relationship may also be specified by the first user, or may also be automatically determined by the server. In the former case, the service relationship between the basic logistics resources may be specified in the process of selecting the target basic logistics resource by the first user. For example, the target basic logistics resources selected by the first user include a beijing warehouse, a shanghai warehouse, a sunday forward distribution 1, a sunday forward distribution 2, and the like, and then the relationship between the beijing warehouse and the shanghai warehouse is a parallel warehouse, a binding relationship exists between the beijing warehouse and the sunday forward distribution 1, a binding relationship exists between the shanghai warehouse and the sunday forward distribution 2, and the like, and after the target basic logistics resources are uploaded to the server, the server can determine the service relationship among the target basic logistics resources according to the information designated by the first user. Regarding the latter, after determining each target basic logistics resource, the server may automatically determine the service relationship between each target basic logistics resource according to the type of each target logistics resource and the service range information corresponding to each target logistics resource. For example, the determined target basic logistics resources comprise a Beijing warehouse, a Shanghai warehouse, a day-day cis-mix 1 and a day-day cis-mix 2, at this time, the server can determine that the Beijing warehouse and the Shanghai warehouse are warehouse types and the day-day cis-mix 1 and the day-day cis-mix 2 are distribution types by inquiring the first data table, and then determine the service ranges of the Beijing warehouse and the Shanghai warehouse by inquiring the second data table, and determine whether the two warehouse resources are parallel warehouses or mother and child warehouses by judging whether a certain coverage or inclusion relationship exists between the service ranges of the Beijing warehouse and the Shanghai warehouse; in addition, the service ranges of the daily cis-mix 1 and the daily cis-mix 2 can be determined by querying the second data table, and the service ranges are compared with the respective service ranges of the beijing warehouse and the shanghai warehouse, for example, if the distribution range of the daily cis-mix 1 is related to the beijing, the binding relationship between the beijing warehouse and the daily cis-mix 1 can be determined, and the like.
S203: and storing the association relationship among the first user, the specified business object, the target basic logistics resource and the service relationship.
After the matched target basic logistics resources and the service relationship among the target basic logistics resources are determined, a logistics solution can be obtained, and therefore the association relationship among the first user, the designated business object and the logistics solution can be stored in a server side. That is to say, in the embodiment of the present application, the server may store a plurality of logistics solutions, where a specific logistics solution is associated with a specific service object of a specific first user, so as to meet personalized requirements of the first user on the logistics solution.
The association relationship between the first user and the business object and the specific logistics solution can be stored in various forms. For example, in an alternative implementation, the expression may be performed by a plurality of data tables as well. Specifically, first, the fourth data table may be utilized to record the identifier of each logistics solution, for example, including a name, a code, a status, and the like, but the fourth data table does not need to store which target basic logistics resources are specifically included in each solution, and the respective service relationships. For example, the structure of the fourth data table may be as shown in table 4 below:

Wherein each entry (i.e., each row) in table 5 is used to describe a service relationship between two basic logistics resources in one logistics solution. For example, the first entry in table 5 expresses the meaning that for the logistics solution with ID 1 in table 4, the service relationship between the base logistics resource 1 and the base logistics resource 2 in the solution is the parent-child bin relationship, and so on.
In addition, as can be seen from table 5 above, in the fifth data table, the IDs of the respective logistics solutions in the fourth data table are stored, so that the entries in the fourth data table can be associated with the entries in the fifth data table.
After the logistics solution is expressed by the fourth data table and the fifth data table, the association relationship between the first user, the specified business object and the logistics solution can be stored in a sixth data table, for example, the structure of the sixth data table can be as shown in the following table 6:

That is, the sixth data table may include the following fields: the first user identifier, the specified service object identifier, and the ID of the entry where the logistics solution is located in the fourth data table, so that under the condition that the first user identifier and the specific service object identifier are known, the sixth data table can be queried to obtain that the service object of the first user corresponds to the logistics solution with the ID of 1 in the fourth data table, and further, the fifth data table can be queried to obtain the target basic logistics resource associated with the service object of the first user and the service relationship between the target basic logistics resource and the service resource.
By using the plurality of data tables to express the association relationship between the business object of the first user and the logistics solution, the structure of the data tables is simpler and is easy to realize, and the occurrence of too many redundant fields and the like is avoided.
In addition, because the fourth data table also stores the names of the logistics solutions, the names are generally expressed in a relatively vivid manner, for example, "13-bin solutions", etc., when other first users customize the logistics solutions for their business objects, the names of the generated logistics solutions, etc., can also be provided to the first users, and further, the identifiers, service ranges, service capabilities, etc., of the target basic logistics resources included in the solutions can also be provided to the first users, if the first users think that the solutions meet their own requirements, the logistics solutions can be directly used without re-selection, which can improve efficiency.
In short, according to the second embodiment, the entity data of the basic logistics resource published in the first embodiment can be used to customize different logistics solutions for different business objects of the first user, so that the personalized requirements of the first user on the logistics solutions are met.
EXAMPLE III
The third embodiment corresponds to the second embodiment, and introduces an implementation manner of the first user customized logistics solution from the perspective of the first user client. Referring to fig. 3, a third embodiment provides a method for customizing logistics service information, where the method includes the following steps:
s301: receiving a request of a first user for customizing a resource operation scheme for a specified service object;
s302: requesting a server to acquire basic logistics resource entity data, wherein the entity data comprises identification information and attribute information of each basic logistics resource; the attribute information comprises the resource type, the service range information and/or the service capability information of the basic logistics resources; the resource type of the basic logistics resources comprises warehouse resources or distribution resources;
s303: determining the target basic logistics resources selected by the first user and the service relationship among the target basic logistics resources;
s304: and submitting the identification of the first user, the identification of the designated business object, the target basic logistics resource and the association relationship among the service relationships to a server so that the server stores the association relationship.
For specific implementation of each step in the third embodiment, reference may be made to the description in the second embodiment, and details are not described here.
Example four
The foregoing embodiment introduces the basic logistics resource publishing and the logistics solution customization process, so that, in the subsequent interaction process between the server and the second user, the second user can also be provided with related logistics information. For example, when a second user browses information of a business object of a first user through a client of the second user, a logistics solution associated with the business object of the first user may be determined, and then relevant inventory information, service capability information, and the like may be provided for the second user.
Specifically, the fourth embodiment provides a method for providing business object logistics information from the perspective of a server, and it should be noted that in the method provided in the fourth embodiment, the server mainly interacts with a server for providing inventory information in a transaction platform, and for convenience of distinction, the server for providing logistics information is referred to as a logistics center server, and the server for providing inventory information is referred to as an inventory center server. Referring to fig. 4, the method may include the steps of:
s401: receiving a query request sent by an inventory center server in the process that a second user browses a target business object of a first user, wherein the query request is used for querying logistics information related to the target business object of the first user;
when a second user browses information such as a detail page of a target business object, the inventory center server generally needs to provide the second user with information such as inventory information of the business object, delivery capability of a corresponding delivery resource, and the like, including whether inventory exists, the quantity of inventory, estimated time to arrive at a good, whether payment for goods can be accepted, and the like. In the embodiment of the present application, different business objects of different first users correspond to different logistics solutions, so the inventory center server may first send an inquiry request to the logistics center server, where the inquiry request may carry an identifier (for example, a product ID) of a business object currently being browsed and an identifier (using a user ID, a user name, and the like) of a first user to which the business object belongs.
S402: querying a logistics solution associated with the identification of the specified first user and the identification of the target business object, wherein the logistics solution comprises one or more basic logistics resources, and the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and delivery resources;
after receiving the query request sent by the inventory center server, the logistics center server can query the logistics solution associated with the target business object by using the identifier of the first user and the identifier of the target business object. For example, assuming that the first user ID is 6831413 and the target business object ID is 123, first look up the table 6 shown in the second embodiment to determine that the first entry matches successfully, and therefore, it can be determined that the ID of the associated logistics solution is 1. Since a logistics solution is composed of one or more basic logistics resources, the table 5 can be continuously queried to obtain the basic logistics resources and the service relationship between the basic logistics resources and the basic logistics resources included in the logistics solution with the ID of 1. After the table 5 is used to query each basic logistics resource, it is equivalent to only know the ID and other identifiers of the basic logistics resource, so that the table 2 and the table 3 can be queried to obtain the attribute information of the basic logistics resource corresponding to the ID, including the service range, the service capability and the like.
S403: and returning the attribute information of the basic logistics resources so that the inventory center server can determine the target basic logistics resources associated with the second user according to the attribute information of the basic logistics resources and the area information of the second user, and provide inventory information corresponding to the target basic logistics resources and the attribute information.
After determining the logistics solution associated with the target business object, and the basic logistics resources and attribute information thereof contained in the solution, the logistics solution can be returned to the inventory center server. In this way, the inventory center server may determine the area ID where the current second user is located (for example, according to an IP address, a historical receiving address, and the like), then may compare the area ID with information such as a service range corresponding to each basic logistics resource, and determine a target basic logistics resource matching the second user, for example, may first determine a warehouse resource matching the second user, then determine a delivery resource having a binding relationship with the warehouse resource according to a service relationship in a logistics solution, and the like. For example, if the area ID of the user matches the beijing warehouse, it can be determined that the warehouse resource matching the second user is the beijing warehouse, and the beijing warehouse is bound to the japanese cis-mate 1, so that the matching delivery resource is the japanese cis-mate 1, and so on.
After determining the warehouse resources and the delivery resources matched with the second user, the inventory center server may query the inventory database, determine whether the matched warehouse resources have the inventory of the target business object, if so, may also query information such as the corresponding inventory quantity, and provide the information to the second user client for display, and in addition, may also provide information such as the service capacity returned by the logistics center server to the second center client for display. If the matching warehouse resource does not have inventory for the target business object, information such as "no goods" may be returned.
EXAMPLE five
The fifth embodiment corresponds to the fourth embodiment, and is described from the perspective of the inventory center server. Referring to fig. 5, the fifth embodiment provides a method for providing logistics information of business objects, which may include the following steps:
s501: in the process that a second user browses a target business object of a certain first user, an inventory center server sends a query request to a logistics center server, wherein the query request is used for querying logistics information associated with the target business object of the first user, so that the logistics center server queries a logistics solution associated with an identifier of the specified first user and the identifier of the specified business object, and returns attribute information of basic logistics resources; wherein the logistics solution comprises one or more basic logistics resources, the basic logistics resources comprising warehouse resources and delivery resources;
s502: determining the area information of the second user;
s503: determining a target basic logistics resource associated with a second user according to the attribute information of the basic logistics resource and the area information of the second user;
s504: and providing the inventory information and the attribute information corresponding to the target basic logistics resources.
The fifth embodiment corresponds to the fourth embodiment, and only the described angle is different, so that specific implementation of related steps can be referred to the description in the fourth embodiment, and details are not described here.
Corresponding to the method for providing logistics service information provided in the first embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device for providing logistics service information, and referring to fig. 6, the device may specifically include:
an information collecting unit 601, configured to collect basic logistics resource information;
an entity data generating unit 602, configured to generate basic logistics resource entity data according to a preset data expression manner and the basic logistics resource information, where the entity data includes identification information and attribute information of each basic logistics resource; the attribute information comprises resource types, service range information and/or service capability information;
an entity data publishing unit 603, configured to publish the pieces of basic logistics resource entity data, so as to generate a logistics solution for the first user or the specified business object of the first user based on the published data.
The entity data generating unit 602 may specifically include:
the first saving subunit is used for saving the identification of the basic logistics resource and the resource type information in a first data table;
the second storage subunit is used for storing the identification, the service range type and the service range numerical value information of the basic logistics resources in a second data table;
the third saving subunit is used for saving the identification, the service capability type and the service capability numerical value information of the basic logistics resource in a third data table;
and establishing an incidence relation among the items in each data table through the identification of the basic logistics resources.

an entity data providing unit 701, configured to provide multiple pieces of entity data of basic logistics resources, where the entity data includes identification information and attribute information of each piece of basic logistics resources; the attribute information comprises the resource type, the service range information and/or the service capability information of the basic logistics resources;
a request receiving unit 702, configured to determine, when receiving a request for customizing a logistics solution for a specified business object from a first user, a target basic logistics resource matched with the specified business object of the first user and a service relationship between each target basic logistics resource;

a query request receiving unit 901, configured to receive a query request sent by an inventory center server in a process that a second user browses a target service object of a certain first user, where the query request is used to query logistics information associated with the target service object of the first user;
a querying unit 902, configured to query a logistics solution associated with the identifier of the specified first user and the identifier of the target business object, where the logistics solution includes one or more basic logistics resources;

Corresponding to the method for providing business object logistics information provided in the fifth embodiment, an embodiment of the present application further provides a device for providing business object logistics information, and referring to fig. 10, the device may specifically include:
an inquiry request sending unit 1001, configured to, in a process that a second user browses a target business object of a certain first user, send an inquiry request to a logistics center server by an inventory center server, where the inquiry request is used to inquire logistics information associated with the target business object of the first user, so that the logistics center server inquires a logistics solution associated with an identifier of the specified first user and the identifier of the specified business object, and returns attribute information of a basic logistics resource; wherein the logistics solution comprises one or more base logistics resources;
an area information determining unit 1002, configured to determine area information where the second user is located;
a logistics resource information determining unit 1003, configured to determine, according to the attribute information of the basic logistics resource and the area information where the second user is located, a target basic logistics resource associated with the second user;
an attribute information providing unit 1004, configured to provide the inventory information corresponding to the target basic logistics resource and the attribute information.

Claims (20)

1. A method for providing logistics service information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
collecting basic logistics resource information;
generating basic logistics resource entity data according to a preset data expression mode and the basic logistics resource information, wherein the entity data comprises identification information and attribute information of each basic logistics resource; the attribute information comprises a resource type, service range information and/or service capability information, and the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and distribution resources;
publishing the basic logistics resource entity data so as to generate a logistics solution for the first user or a specified business object of the first user based on the published data, wherein basic elements of the logistics solution comprise basic logistics resources, and the logistics solution is generated according to a target basic logistics resource matched with the specified business object and a service relation between the target basic logistics resources;
generating basic logistics resource entity data according to a preset data expression mode and the basic logistics resource information, wherein the basic logistics resource entity data comprises:
storing the identification of the basic logistics resources and the resource type information in a first data table;
storing the identification, the service range type and the service range numerical value information of the basic logistics resources in a second data table;
storing the identification, the service capability type and the service capability numerical value information of the basic logistics resources in a third data table;
and establishing an incidence relation among the items in each data table through the identification of the basic logistics resources.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein:
in the first data table, the identification of the basic logistics resource comprises: encoding of basic logistics resources;
in the second data table, the identification of the basic logistics resource comprises: the code of the basic logistics resource and the first ID of the entry of the basic logistics resource in the first data table;
in the second data table, the identification of the basic logistics resource comprises: the entry of the basic logistics resource is provided with a first ID in the first data table, and the entry of the basic logistics resource is provided with a second ID in the second data table.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: and in the third data table, when the same basic logistics resource corresponds to a plurality of service capability types, recording the service capability information of each type through a plurality of entries respectively.
4. A method for customizing logistics service information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
providing a plurality of pieces of basic logistics resource entity data, wherein the entity data comprise identification information and attribute information of each piece of basic logistics resource; the attribute information comprises the resource type, service range information and/or service capability information of basic logistics resources, and the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and distribution resources;
when a request of a first user for customizing a logistics solution for a specified business object is received, determining a target basic logistics resource matched with the specified business object of the first user and a service relationship among various target basic logistics resources;
generating a logistics solution according to the target basic logistics resources and the service relationship among the target basic logistics resources, wherein basic elements of the logistics solution comprise basic logistics resources;
storing the association relation among the first user, the specified business object and the logistics solution;
the basic logistics resource entity data comprises a first data table, a second data table and a third data table, wherein the first data table stores identification of basic logistics resources and resource type information, the second data table stores identification of the basic logistics resources, service range type and service range numerical value information, the third data table stores identification of the basic logistics resources, service capability type and service capability numerical value information, and association relations are established among entries in the data tables through the identification of the basic logistics resources.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein saving the association between the first user, the specified business object, and the logistics solution comprises:
saving the identification of the logistics solution through a fourth data table;
storing the service relationship among the target basic logistics resources in the logistics solution through a fifth data table; each entry in the fifth data table is used for recording a service relationship between two target basic logistics resources;
and saving the first user identification, the specified business object identification and the ID of the entry of the logistics solution in the fourth data table through a sixth data table.
6. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein determining the target base logistics resource matching the specified business object of the first user comprises:
and determining the target basic logistics resources matched with the specified business object of the first user according to the selection information of the first user on the plurality of pieces of basic logistics resource entity data.
7. The method of claim 4 or 5, wherein determining the target base logistics resource matching the specified business object of the first user comprises:
determining historical transaction record information of the designated business object of the first user;
and determining the target basic logistics resources matched with the specified business object of the first user by analyzing the historical transaction record information.
8. A method for customizing logistics service information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving a request of a first user for customizing a resource operation scheme for a specified service object;
requesting a server to acquire basic logistics resource entity data, wherein the entity data comprises identification information and attribute information of each basic logistics resource; the attribute information comprises the resource type, service range information and/or service capability information of basic logistics resources, the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and distribution resources, and the basic logistics resources are basic elements forming a logistics solution;
determining the target basic logistics resources selected by the first user and the service relationship among the target basic logistics resources;
submitting the identification of the first user, the identification of the specified business object and the association relation between the target basic logistics resource and the service relation to a server so that the server can store the association relation;

9. A method for providing logistics information of business objects, comprising:
receiving a query request sent by an inventory center server in the process that a second user browses a target business object of a certain first user, wherein the query request is used for querying logistics information related to the target business object of the first user;
querying a logistics solution associated with the identification of the designated first user and the identification of the target business object, wherein the logistics solution comprises one or more basic logistics resources, and the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and delivery resources;
returning the attribute information of the basic logistics resources so that the inventory center server can determine target basic logistics resources associated with the second user according to the attribute information of the basic logistics resources and the area information of the second user, and provide inventory information corresponding to the target basic logistics resources and the attribute information;
the logistics solution is generated based on issued basic logistics resource entity data, the basic logistics resource entity data comprise a first data table, a second data table and a third data table, identification of basic logistics resources and resource type information are stored in the first data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service range type and service range numerical value information are stored in the second data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service capability type and service capability numerical value information are stored in the third data table, and association relations are established among entries in the data tables through the identification of the basic logistics resources.
10. A method for providing business object logistics information is characterized by comprising the following steps:
in the process that a second user browses a target business object of a certain first user, an inventory center server sends a query request to a logistics center server, wherein the query request is used for querying logistics information associated with the target business object of the first user, so that the logistics center server queries a logistics solution associated with an identifier of a specified first user and the identifier of the specified business object, and returns attribute information of basic logistics resources; wherein the logistics solution comprises one or more basic logistics resources, the basic logistics resources comprising warehouse resources and delivery resources;
determining the area information of the second user;
determining a target basic logistics resource associated with a second user according to the attribute information of the basic logistics resource and the area information of the second user;
providing inventory information and the attribute information corresponding to the target basic logistics resources;
the logistics solution is generated based on issued basic logistics resource entity data, the basic logistics resource entity data comprise a first data table, a second data table and a third data table, identification of basic logistics resources and resource type information are stored in the first data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service range type and service range numerical value information are stored in the second data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service capability type and service capability numerical value information are stored in the third data table, and association relations are established among entries in the data tables through the identification of the basic logistics resources.
11. A logistics service information providing apparatus, comprising:
the information collection unit is used for collecting basic logistics resource information;
the entity data generating unit is used for generating basic logistics resource entity data according to a preset data expression mode and the basic logistics resource information, and the entity data comprises identification information and attribute information of each piece of basic logistics resource; the attribute information comprises a resource type, service range information and/or service capability information, and the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and distribution resources;
an entity data publishing unit, configured to publish the entity data of each basic logistics resource, so as to generate a logistics solution for a first user or a specified business object of the first user based on the published data, where basic elements of the logistics solution include basic logistics resources, and the logistics solution is generated according to a target basic logistics resource matched with the specified business object and a service relationship between each target basic logistics resource;
the entity data generation unit includes:
the first saving subunit is used for saving the identification of the basic logistics resource and the resource type information in a first data table;
the second storage subunit is used for storing the identification, the service range type and the service range numerical value information of the basic logistics resources in a second data table;
the third saving subunit is used for saving the identification, the service capability type and the service capability numerical value information of the basic logistics resource in a third data table;
and establishing an incidence relation among the items in each data table through the identification of the basic logistics resources.
12. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein:
in the first data table, the identification of the basic logistics resource comprises: encoding of basic logistics resources;
in the second data table, the identification of the basic logistics resource comprises: the code of the basic logistics resource and the first ID of the entry of the basic logistics resource in the first data table;
in the second data table, the identification of the basic logistics resource comprises: the entry of the basic logistics resource is provided with a first ID in the first data table, and the entry of the basic logistics resource is provided with a second ID in the second data table.
13. The apparatus of claim 11, wherein: and in the third data table, when the same basic logistics resource corresponds to a plurality of service capability types, recording the service capability information of each type through a plurality of entries respectively.

a solution generating unit, configured to generate a logistics solution according to the target basic logistics resources and a service relationship between each target basic logistics resource, where basic elements of the logistics solution include basic logistics resources;
a storage unit, configured to store an association relationship between the first user, the specified business object, and the logistics solution;
the basic logistics resource entity data comprises a first data table, a second data table and a third data table, wherein the first data table stores identification of basic logistics resources and resource type information, the second data table stores identification of the basic logistics resources, service range type and service range numerical value information, the third data table stores identification of the basic logistics resources, service capacity type and service capacity numerical value information, and incidence relations are established among entries in the data tables through the identification of the basic logistics resources.
15. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the saving unit comprises:
a fourth saving subunit, configured to save, through a fourth data table, the identifier of the logistics solution;
a fifth storing subunit, configured to store, through a fifth data table, service relationships between target basic logistics resources in the logistics solution; each entry in the fifth data table is used for recording a service relationship between two target basic logistics resources;
a sixth saving subunit, configured to save, through a sixth data table, the first user identifier, the specified service object identifier, and the ID of the entry in the fourth data table of the logistics solution.
16. The apparatus according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the request receiving unit is specifically configured to:
and determining the target basic logistics resources matched with the specified business object of the first user according to the selection information of the first user on the plurality of pieces of basic logistics resource entity data.
17. The apparatus according to claim 14 or 15, wherein the request receiving unit is specifically configured to:
determining historical transaction record information of the designated business object of the first user;
and determining the target basic logistics resources matched with the specified business object of the first user by analyzing the historical transaction record information.
18. A customized processing device for logistics service information is characterized by comprising:
a user request receiving unit, configured to receive a request for customizing a resource operation scheme for a specified service object by a first user;
the system comprises a data request unit, a data processing unit and a data processing unit, wherein the data request unit is used for requesting a server to acquire basic logistics resource entity data, and the entity data comprises identification information and attribute information of each basic logistics resource; the attribute information comprises resource types, service range information and/or service capability information of basic logistics resources, the basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and distribution resources, and the basic logistics resources are basic elements forming a logistics solution;

the basic logistics resource entity data comprises a first data table, a second data table and a third data table, wherein the first data table stores identification of basic logistics resources and resource type information, the second data table stores identification of the basic logistics resources, service range type and service range numerical value information, the third data table stores identification of the basic logistics resources, service capacity type and service capacity numerical value information, and incidence relations are established among entries in the data tables through the identification of the basic logistics resources.

the system comprises a query request receiving unit, a query request receiving unit and a query request sending unit, wherein the query request receiving unit is used for receiving a query request sent by an inventory center server in the process that a second user browses a target business object of a certain first user, the query request is used for querying logistics information related to the target business object of the first user, and basic logistics resources comprise warehouse resources and distribution resources;
a query unit, configured to query a logistics solution associated with the identifier of the specified first user and the identifier of the target business object, where the logistics solution includes one or more basic logistics resources;
the information returning unit is used for returning the attribute information of the basic logistics resources so that the inventory center server can determine the target basic logistics resources related to the second user according to the attribute information of the basic logistics resources and the area information where the second user is located and provide inventory information corresponding to the target basic logistics resources and the attribute information;
the logistics solution is generated based on issued basic logistics resource entity data, the basic logistics resource entity data comprise a first data table, a second data table and a third data table, identification of basic logistics resources and resource type information are stored in the first data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service range type and service range numerical value information are stored in the second data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service capability type and service capability numerical value information are stored in the third data table, and association relations are established among entries in the data tables through the identification of the basic logistics resources.

a query request sending unit, configured to send, by the inventory center server, a query request to the logistics center server in a process in which a second user browses a target business object of a certain first user, where the query request is used to query logistics information associated with the target business object of the first user, so that the logistics center server queries a logistics solution associated with an identifier of a specified first user and the identifier of the specified business object, and returns attribute information of a basic logistics resource; wherein the logistics solution comprises one or more basic logistics resources, the basic logistics resources comprising warehouse resources and delivery resources;
the area information determining unit is used for determining the area information of the second user;
the logistics resource information determining unit is used for determining target basic logistics resources related to a second user according to the attribute information of the basic logistics resources and the area information of the second user;
the attribute information providing unit is used for providing inventory information corresponding to the target basic logistics resources and the attribute information;
the logistics solution is generated based on issued basic logistics resource entity data, the basic logistics resource entity data comprise a first data table, a second data table and a third data table, identification of basic logistics resources and resource type information are stored in the first data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service range type and service range numerical value information are stored in the second data table, identification of the basic logistics resources, service capability type and service capability numerical value information are stored in the third data table, and association relations are established among entries in the data tables through the identification of the basic logistics resources.
