Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a composition with anti-wrinkle effect and a preparation method thereof, wherein mistletoe extract, quince extract, achillea extract and alpine leonardite extract are combined, and the composition has excellent anti-wrinkle effect by cooperation from the multi-dimension of inhibiting collagenase, inhibiting elastase, promoting elastic recovery of skin fibrous tissues and promoting endothelin generation; the Chinese aralia extract, the grifola frondosa extract and the Chinese angelica extract are combined to cooperate, so that the prepared composition has excellent moisturizing effect; meanwhile, the invention further strengthens the action and effect of the composition by using the ylang-ylang flower extract and provitamin B5; solves the problem of poor crease resistance, moisturizing effect of the composition in the prior art.

As a preferred technical scheme of the invention, the mistletoe extract, the quince extract, the yarrow extract, the aralia chinensis extract and the angelica sinensis extract are all obtained by extracting the raw materials and the extracting solvent according to the ratio of 1:10 by a conventional room temperature soaking method and concentrating the extracting solution to be dry; the alpine leontopodium herb extract and the grifola frondosa extract are obtained by extracting the raw materials and the extracting solvent according to the ratio of 1:15 by a conventional room temperature soaking method and concentrating the extracting solution to dryness.
The extract of herba Visci is prepared from dried leaves, stems and branches of herba Visci of Moraceae; the quince extract is prepared from the fruit of Cydonia oblonga belonging to the family Rosaceae; the yarrow extract is prepared from whole plant of yarrow of Compositae; the extract of herba Lespedezae Cuneatae is prepared from whole plant of herba Lespedezae Cuneatae of Lespedezae genus of Compositae family; the extract of Aralia elata is prepared from root of Aralia elata of Araliaceae; the extraction raw material of the grifola frondosa extract is fruiting body of grifola frondosa; the extract of Angelica sinensis (oliv.) Diels is prepared from dried root of Angelica sinensis (oliv.) Diels of Umbelliferae.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the extraction solvents of the mistletoe extract, the quince extract, the yarrow extract and the aralia chinensis extract are ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 50 percent; the extraction solvent of the alpine leontopodium herb extract, the grifola frondosa extract and the angelica sinensis extract is ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 30 percent.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the solvent includes any one of deionized water and propylene glycol.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition further comprises 5-9 parts by weight of ylang-ylang flower extract.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the ylang flower extract is obtained by extracting the raw materials and the extracting solvent according to the ratio of 1:10 by a conventional room temperature soaking method and concentrating the extracting solution to be dry.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the extract of the ylang flowers is prepared from flowers of ylang flowers of the Annonaceae ylang genus plants; the extraction solvent of the ylang flower extract is ethanol solution with the volume fraction of 30 percent.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the composition further comprises 10 to 18 parts by weight of provitamin B5.
A method for preparing a composition with anti-wrinkle effect, which specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, uniformly mixing mistletoe extract, quince extract, yarrow extract, alpine leonurus extract, aralia elata extract, grifola frondosa extract, angelica sinensis extract and ylang-ylang flower extract to obtain a mixture for later use;
s2, uniformly mixing the solvent and the provitamin B5, then adding the mixture, and stirring at a controlled temperature to obtain the composition with the anti-wrinkle effect.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the temperature of the temperature-controlled stirring in the step S2 is 25-30 ℃ and the time is 1-1.5h.
As a preferable scheme of the invention, the composition with anti-wrinkle effect is applied by adding the composition into a skin care product according to the mass percentage of 4-6%.
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the skin care product includes, but is not limited to, cream, lotion, moisturizing water, essence, mask.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) According to the invention, the mistletoe extract is added to inhibit collagenase, the quince extract is added to inhibit elastase, the mistletoe extract and the quince extract effectively reduce the loss of collagen and elastin, maintain the elasticity and compactness of skin, and reduce the generation of wrinkles to a certain extent; on the basis, the achillea extract is added to proliferate the epidermal keratinocytes, so as to promote the recovery of the skin fibrous tissue elasticity; the addition of the alpine leontopodium herb extract promotes the generation of endothelin so as to further maintain the skin elasticity; namely mistletoe extract, quince extract, yarrow extract and alpine leontopodium extract respectively start from the multi-dimensional degree of inhibiting collagenase, inhibiting elastase, promoting the elastic recovery of skin fibrous tissues and promoting the generation of endothelin, and the prepared composition finished product has excellent anti-wrinkle effect by synergism.
(2) According to the invention, the aralia chinensis extract is used for inhibiting hyaluronidase, so that decomposition of hyaluronic acid is inhibited, meanwhile, the ash flower extract is used for promoting generation of hyaluronic acid, so that moisture is absorbed by skin, on the basis, the angelica extract is used for promoting generation of natural moisturizing factors in epidermal cells, so that moisture is absorbed and combined, and the moisture content of skin cuticle is maintained, so that the three components can cooperate to ensure that the prepared composition has excellent moisturizing effect.
(3) The factors influencing the skin permeation speed and degree are various, wherein the skin hydration is one of the main factors, and the ylang flower extract added in the invention can effectively promote the activity of the protein lyase related to mRNA, improve the hydration capacity of the cortex, and simultaneously, the vitamin B5 is added to open the skin channel and help the skin to absorb other active ingredients; namely, the ylang flower extract and provitamin B5 respectively start from improving the hydration capacity of the cortex and opening the skin channel, so that other active ingredients in the composition can be better absorbed, and the action and effect of the composition are enhanced; in addition, the ylang-ylang flower extract can improve the hydration capability of the cortex, so that the moisturizing effect of the composition can be enhanced by the aralia chinensis extract, the grifola frondosa extract and the angelica sinensis extract.

All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.

s2, uniformly mixing the solvent and the provitamin B5, then adding the mixture prepared in the step S1, and stirring for 1.5 hours at the temperature of 30 ℃ to obtain the composition with the anti-wrinkle effect.
The composition with the anti-wrinkle effect is added into a skin care product according to the mass percentage of 6%, wherein the skin care product is moisturizing water.
Comparative examples 1 to 4
The difference compared to example 1 is that the parts by weight of mistletoe extract, quince extract, tragacanth extract and alpine leontopodium extract in comparative examples 1-4 are shown in table 1, and the remaining parameters and operation steps are unchanged.

The difference compared with example 1 is that the parts by weight of the aralia chinensis extract, the Grifola frondosa extract and the Angelica sinensis extract in comparative examples 5 to 7 are shown in Table 2, and the remaining parameters and the operation steps are not changed.

Test example 1
Anti-wrinkle test: 90 female volunteers 30-65 years old were randomly selected as subjects, and were randomly divided into 9 groups of 10 persons each; each group of volunteers used a finished essence product (the addition amount of the composition in the fine bloom was 4%) prepared by adding the compositions having anti-wrinkle effect prepared in the steps S2 of examples 1 to 3, comparative examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 8 to 9, respectively, to the same essence base. After the subject had been allowed to sit still for 30 minutes in a constant temperature and humidity environment at 23℃and 60% humidity after washing the face before the test, a photograph of the face was taken as primary data by VISA-CR.
The specific using method comprises the following steps: subjects uniformly apply 1mL of the corresponding essence to the face and massage the face until the essence is completely absorbed, use the essence 1 time a day, and continue to use for 28 days. After washing the face on day 0 and day 28, facial wrinkle tests were performed with VISA-CR, designated as D0 and D28, respectively. Each set of D0 and D28 values is the average of the set of these values, and the lower the score, the more wrinkles are indicated by the instrumental software calculation of the improvement in facial wrinkles before and after use; the results are shown in Table 3.

As can be seen from table 3, the composition with anti-wrinkle effect prepared by the present invention has excellent anti-wrinkle effect. Specifically, as can be seen from comparative examples 1 to 4, the present invention combines the four extracts of mistletoe extract, quince extract, tragacanth extract and alpine leontopodium extract, and the obtained composition has excellent anti-wrinkle effect by cooperation starting from the multi-dimensions of inhibiting collagenase, inhibiting elastase, promoting elastic recovery of skin fibrous tissue and promoting endothelin production, respectively. As can be seen from comparative examples 8 to 9, the ylang flower extract and provitamin B5 added in the present invention can make the anti-wrinkle effect of the composition having anti-wrinkle effect more excellent to some extent.
Test example 2
And (3) water supplementing and moisturizing test: 48 male and female volunteers (96 total) aged 38-52 years were randomly selected and randomly divided into 8 groups of 12 volunteers each, and each group of volunteers was finished essence products (the addition amount of the composition in the fine bloom was 4%) prepared by adding the compositions with anti-wrinkle effects prepared in steps S2 of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 5-9 to the same essence base.
The application method comprises uniformly applying 1mL of the essence product on the cheek region of face, massaging to completely absorb, and applying once a day in the morning and evening for 28 days without using other skin care products.
Measuring the skin moisture content of the application part by using a skin moisture content tester before and after the product is used for 28 days, wherein the test of the same subject is carried out by the same instrument and the same tester, thereby evaluating the moisture content of the skin before and after the essence finished product is used; the results are shown in Table 4.

As can be seen from Table 4, the composition with anti-wrinkle effect prepared by the present invention has excellent moisturizing effect. In detail, as can be seen from comparative examples 5 to 7, the three added in the present invention, the aralia chinensis extract, the grifola frondosa extract and the angelica sinensis extract, can synergistically make the prepared composition have excellent moisturizing effect. As can be seen from comparative examples 8 to 9, the provitamin B5 added in the present invention can enhance the effect of the composition; the added ylang flower extract can further assist the water supplementing and moisturizing effects of the composition reinforced by the aralia chinensis extract, the grifola frondosa extract and the angelica sinensis extract.
