(1) According to the liquid ammonia treatment-based finishing method for the regenerated cellulose fabric of the high-easy-care cotton, the refining degreasing agent is added into the scouring working solution, so that the surface grease of the fiber can be rapidly emulsified under alkaline conditions, and the surface grease of the regenerated cellulose fiber can be effectively removed after high-temperature water washing, so that the formation of oil point contamination is prevented.
(2) According to the liquid ammonia treatment-based high-iron-free cotton regenerated cellulose fabric finishing method, pretreatment is carried out before liquid ammonia, so that damage of liquid ammonia to regenerated cellulose fibers is reduced, fabric strength is ensured, appearance quality and dimensional stability of the fabric are improved, and hand feeling is improved.
(3) According to the liquid ammonia treatment-based finishing method for the regenerated cellulose fabric of the high non-ironing cotton, the liquid ammonia is processed for whitening or dyeing, and the oil solution and the padding protective agent which are exuded can be sufficiently washed out by whitening water washing or dyeing water washing.
(4) According to the finishing method of the high-non-ironing cotton regenerated cellulose fabric based on liquid ammonia treatment, disclosed by the invention, the non-ironing property of the cotton regenerated cellulose woven fabric is improved in a moisture crosslinking process, the strength loss is reduced, the high non-ironing property of the cotton regenerated cellulose woven fabric is realized by more than 3.5 levels, the size is stable, the high strength and the wear resistance are realized, and the pain point of the cotton regenerated cellulose fabric is really solved.
