The temperature in the water passing tank is 40 ℃. The water passing tank contains titanium dioxide, silicon dioxide, desizing enzyme, caustic soda, sodium carbonate and OK oil; the concentration of titanium dioxide is 4g/L, the concentration of silicon dioxide is 5g/L, the concentration of desizing enzyme is 4g/L, the concentration of caustic soda is 4g/L, the concentration of sodium carbonate is 7g/L, OK, and the concentration of oil is 5 g/L. And (3) carrying out rolling drying treatment on the water-treated jean fabric, wherein the pressure during the rolling drying treatment is 0.3 Mpa.

The denim fabrics treated by the denim fabric cleaning and finishing processes according to the examples 1 to 5 and the comparative examples 1 to 3 are respectively tested, and the pH test standard of the denim fabric is as follows: AATCC-81. The dry and wet rubbing color fastness test standard of the jean fabric is as follows: AATCC 8. Aniline test standard: ISO 14362-1: 2017. The test results are shown in table 1.

Comparative example 3 the fabric damage was severe due to too high ozone content and could not meet the production and testing requirements. As can be seen from Table 1, the denim fabrics treated by the clean finishing process of the denim fabrics of examples 1-5 have pH values around 7, which are significantly stable compared to 8.2 and 9.4 in comparative examples 1-2. Upon observation, the blooms on the fabrics of examples 1-5 were substantially removed. In addition, aniline was not detected in the denim fabrics treated by the clean finishing process of the denim fabrics of examples 1 to 5, while aniline was detected in all of comparative examples 1 to 2. Further, in examples 1-5, the dry rubbing color fastness of the denim fabric is better than that of comparative examples 1-2, and in examples 1-5, the wet rubbing color fastness of the denim fabric is better than that of comparative examples 1-2.

ozone finishing: carrying out ozone finishing on the jean fabric subjected to the rolling drying treatment;
washing with water; washing the jean fabric subjected to ozone finishing with water;
drying treatment: and drying the washed jean fabric.
2. The clean finishing process of the denim fabric according to claim 1, characterized in that the water passing speed of the denim fabric is 10-80 m/min during pretreatment.
3. The denim fabric cleaning and finishing process according to claim 1, wherein the temperature in the water passing tank is 20 ℃ to 80 ℃.
4. The denim fabric clean finishing process according to claim 1, wherein the pressure during the roll drying process is 0.2-0.5 Mpa.
5. A clean finishing process of denim fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the ozone finishing comprises the following steps: and (4) carrying out ozone finishing on the jean fabric subjected to the rolling drying treatment in an ozone cleaning room.
6. The denim fabric cleaning and finishing process according to claim 5, wherein the concentration of ozone in the ozone cleaning chamber is 5-30 g/m3The temperature in the ozone cleaning room is 0-40 ℃, and the ozone finishing time is 30-120 s.
7. A cleaning and finishing process of the denim fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that during the water washing treatment, the denim fabric after the ozone treatment is sequentially subjected to the water washing treatment through at least two water washing tanks.
8. The denim fabric cleaning and finishing process according to claim 7, wherein the temperature of the rinsing bath is 30-80 ℃.
9. The clean finishing process of the denim fabric according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that the denim fabric after the water washing treatment is subjected to a rolling drying treatment and then is subjected to a drying treatment during the drying treatment.
10. The denim fabric clean finishing process according to claim 9, wherein the pressure during the roll drying process is 0.2-0.5Mpa, and the temperature during the drying process is 80-150 ℃.
