Referring to fig. 12, in this embodiment, the tensioning assembly 32 includes a tensioning box, a guiding roller, and a tensioning roller, wherein a box opening is provided at an upper end of the tensioning box, the guiding roller is rotatably mounted on a right side of the upper end of the tensioning box, and the tensioning roller is movably mounted in the tensioning box; the extension of the pocket roll may extend downward from above the guide roll to wrap under the tension roll and upward from the left side of the tension roll to reach the pulling assembly 33. In this case, the tensioning roller can pull down on the extension of the bag web by its own weight, so that the extension of the bag web is kept tensioned when it reaches the traction assembly 33, so that the conveying quality of the bags is ensured.

The traction wheel 332 compresses the protruding part of the bagging roll at the rear end of the tensioning assembly 32 to effectively prevent the protruding part of the bagging roll from sliding out of the traction assembly 33 under the gravity action of the tensioning roller, and the traction wheel 332 is driven by the traction driving motor 333 to rotate above the traction base 331 to convey the protruding part of the bagging roll to the bagging console 12.
Further, referring to fig. 13, in this embodiment, in order to improve the structural flexibility of the whole system device, the upper surface of the traction base 331 is provided with a traction path 334, the surface of the traction path 334 is smooth, the lower surface of the front end of the traction base 331 is provided with a redirecting path 335 in a relatively transverse direction, the redirecting path 335 and the traction path 334 are communicated at the edge of the traction base 331, and the extending end of the bagging roll correspondingly changes the conveying direction of the bagging roll at the communicating position of the redirecting path 335 and the traction path 334. In this regard, the designer can correspondingly adjust the included angle between the redirecting path 335 and the traction path 334 according to the actual installation site situation, so as to flexibly change the actual arrangement position of the second input mechanism 3, and further reasonably utilize the installation site space.
Referring to fig. 14, the output mechanism 4 includes an output gripping assembly 41 and an output conveyor assembly 42, the output gripping assembly 41 is used for gripping the bagged cigars on the bagging station 12 and transferring the gripped bagged cigars onto the output conveyor assembly 42, and the output conveyor assembly 42 is used for conveying the bagged cigars to the next process equipment.
Referring to fig. 15, in the present embodiment, the output grabbing assembly 41 includes a second gripper 411, a grabbing cylinder 412, a second cylinder 413, a third slide rail 414, an output slide carriage 415, an output motor 416, a third rack 418, and a third gear 417; the grabbing cylinder 412 is also a double-output telescopic cylinder, two gripper arms of the second gripper 411 are respectively installed on two output telescopic shafts of the grabbing cylinder 412, the grabbing cylinder 412 is fixedly installed on the output telescopic shaft of the second cylinder 413, the second cylinder 413 is vertically installed on the output sliding seat 415, the third sliding rail 414 is horizontally arranged, the left front end of the third sliding rail 414 extends to the upper portion of the conveying belt of the output conveying belt assembly 42, the right rear end of the third sliding rail 414 extends to the upper portion of the bagging operation table 12, the output sliding seat 415 is movably installed on the third sliding rail 414, the output motor 416 is fixedly installed on an external fixing structure, the third rack 418 is horizontally and fixedly installed on the upper surface of the output sliding seat 415, the third gear 417 is fixedly installed on the output rotating shaft of the output motor 416, and the third gear 417 is in meshed connection with the third rack 418.
In this regard, each time a cigar is completely pushed into the bagging, the output motor 416 drives the third rack 418 to move linearly through the third gear 417, and further drives the output slide 415 to move on the third slide rail 414 correspondingly, so as to move the second gripper 411 onto the bagging console 12, then the second cylinder 413 controls the second gripper 411 to move downward to a position where the bagged cigar is located exactly in the gripping section of the second gripper 411, and then the gripping cylinder 412 controls the second gripper 411 to close so as to grip the cigar; after the second gripper 411 grips the cigar, the second cylinder 413 controls the second gripper 411 to ascend again, so that the gripped and bagged cigar is far away from the bagging operation table 12, and the next bagging operation is facilitated; thereafter, the output motor 416 is operated in reverse to control the movement of the second hand grip 411 over the output conveyor belt assembly 42, the second air cylinder 413 in turn controls the movement of the second hand grip 411 downward, the gripping air cylinder 412 controls the second hand grip 411 to open, the bagged cigar is placed onto the output conveyor belt assembly 42, and the output conveyor belt assembly 42 correspondingly conveys the bagged cigar to the next process equipment.
