Abstract
本发明公开了一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物以及制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各组分:N,N‑二乙基‑2‑羟基‑2‑苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球3‑5份、纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB‑TiO21‑3份、D‑樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物0.8‑1.2份、中草药提取物2‑3份、透皮剂0.1‑0.3份、植物提取物1‑2份、水40‑60份、助溶剂3‑5份、天然乳化剂0.5‑1份。本发明还公开了所述驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法。本发明公开的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物防晒效果好,生物相容性佳,长效驱蚊无毒副作用,能美白滋润皮肤、起到抗衰老、祛斑、护理功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,尤其涉及一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市面上的化妆品玲琅满目,其中驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物就是其中较为常见的一种,这种化妆品能保护皮肤免受紫外线影响,避免紫外线中UVA能氧化表皮中的还原黑色素而直接晒黑皮肤,使皮肤表皮细胞内的核酸或蛋白质变性,发生急性皮炎,造成红斑或灼伤、皮肤开裂、毛细管扩张、日光皮炎、瘀斑和弹性丧失。
随着人们生活水平的提高和化妆品行业的发展,市面上出现了越来越多的防晒化妆品组合物。但是现有的防晒化妆品组合物往往存在较多的问题。比如大多数的市售防晒剂为了获得所要求的UV防护等级而加入了高含量的防晒活性成分,这些高含量的防晒活性成分不仅增加了产品的费用,而且也将使产品的使用感不佳,并对皮肤有刺激作用。许多防晒剂中的防晒成分是不稳定的,在暴露于紫外线时失去它们的效力,防晒剂在使用后不能有效地阻断紫外线,从而使皮肤受到更大损伤。
市面上的防晒化妆品基本都不具有抗病毒抑菌作用;随着近年来,抗病毒抑菌型日化市场需求量大,对其性能要求也越来越高,大部分病毒均依靠蚊虫等动物活体寄生、传播,开发无毒副作用,驱避、抗病毒抑菌一起的效果显著,去污、爽肤、护肤性能佳的日化产品是目前内业研究者们亟待解决的难题。
申请号为201080042258.8的中国发明专利公开了一种防晒化妆品组合物,该防晒化妆品组合物的特征在于,配合了(1)选自二乙基氨基羟基苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯、2,4-双{[ 4-( 2-乙基己基氧基)-2-羟基]-苯基}-6-( 4-甲氧基苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪、4-叔丁基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮的一种或两种以上的UVA吸收剂,和(2)内部含有35%以上的进行了疏水化处理的超微粒子氧化钛的树脂球状粉末。该发明的目的在于,提供在含有UVA吸收剂和超微粒氧化钛的防晒化妆品组合物中,防止由于对衣服的二次附着所导致的污迹的防晒化妆品组合物。然而,这些化妆品中含有的UVA吸收剂生物相容性不好,使用后易引起皮肤瘙痒,出现红斑等症状。
因此,开发一种毒副作用小,驱蚊防晒效果佳,能美白皮肤,使用舒适性好的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物显得尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,该驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物防晒效果好,生物相容性佳,无毒副作用,能美白滋润皮肤、起到抗衰老、祛斑、护理功效。同时,本发明还提供了一种所述驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法,该制备方法简单,可重复性好,可操作性强,资金投入少。
为达到以上目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各组分:N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球3-5份、纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2 1-3份、D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物0.8-1.2份、中草药提取物2-3份、透皮剂0.1-0.3份、植物提取物1-2份、水40-60份、助溶剂3-5份、天然乳化剂0.5-1份。
进一步的,所述助溶剂为甘油、超支化聚甘油G4代、乙二醇中的至少一种。
较佳的,所述植物提取物为卷心菜提取物、椰菜提取物按质量比3:5混合而成。
较佳的,所述植物提取物的规格为10:1,粒径为80-100目。
较佳的,所述透皮剂为冰片、薄荷油、冬青油、丁香油中的至少一种。
较佳的,所述天然乳化剂为卵磷脂、羊毛脂、羊毛醇、羊毛酸、蜂蜡中的至少一种。
较佳的,所述中草药提取物是由如下重量份的各原料药制成:艾草1-4份、白石榴2-3份、菖蒲2-4份、苦瓜2-3份、虾青素1-3份、蒲公英2-5份、金盏花1-4份、薄荷1-3份、红三叶草3-5份、大青叶3-6份、马鞭草1-3份。
较佳的,所述中草药提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料药按重量份混合得到混合药料,然后将混合药料放入水中煎煮提取1-3小时,后过滤,旋蒸浓缩,抽滤,干燥,得到中草药提取物。
较佳的,所述混合药料、水的质量比为1:(4-8)。
较佳的,所述D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚加入到高沸点溶剂中搅拌均匀后形成溶液,然后向其中加入(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺,在110-150℃下搅拌反应8-16小时,后旋蒸除去溶剂,用乙醚洗涤,并置于真空干燥箱85-95℃下干燥至恒重,得到D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物。
优选的,所述将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚、高沸点溶剂、(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为1:1:(6-10):(0.8-1.2):0.5。
较佳的,所述高沸点溶剂为二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的至少一种。
较佳的,所述的N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球制备方法为,将明胶和纳米植物蛋白按质量比2:1混合,在60℃下溶解于蒸馏水中,将N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺按照质量比1:10和上述溶液混合,在280~450r/min、35℃低温下搅拌3~4.5h,冷却至室温,加入分散剂,经水洗、抽滤、自然风干、超微粉碎干燥后即得;
所述纳米植物蛋白制备方法为:将植物纤维素、蒸馏水按质量比1:10~1:20混合,在功率为2500W、振荡频率为28kHz下超声4h后,在-20℃~-5℃下加入无水乙醇,冷冻干燥粉碎,得到纳米植物蛋白;所述纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2的制备方法与申请号为201910425260.6的中国发明专利示范例1的方法基本相同,不同的是用纳米二氧化钛代替纳米二氧化硅。
本发明的另一个目的,在于提供一种所述驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按重量份各组分混合均匀,在800-1100r/min下搅拌25-35min,得到驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
(1)本发明提供的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法,直接将各组分搅拌均匀后即可制成,无需专用设备,无需特殊试剂,劳动强度低,操作简单方便,可重复性好,可操作性强,资金投入少。
(2)本发明提供的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,包括如下重量份的各组分:N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球3-5份、纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2 1-3份、D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物0.8-1.2份、中草药提取物2-3份、透皮剂0.1-0.3份、植物提取物1-2份、水40-60份、助溶剂3-5份、天然乳化剂0.5-1份;各组分协同作用,能克服传统驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物功能单一,性能稳定性不好,驱蚊防晒效果不佳的缺陷,使得制成的化妆品防晒效果好,生物相容性佳,无毒副作用,能美白滋润皮肤、起到抗衰老、祛斑、护理功效。
(3)本发明提供的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物、中草药提取物、植物提取物协同作用,使得制成的化妆品防晒效果显著;且与皮肤相容性好,无毒副作用,长效保持使用舒适性高。
(4)本发明提供的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,采用植物蛋白进行包埋活性组分的纳米微胶囊技术增加了相容性、亲和性、友好性,防止过敏,皮肤不亲和性;纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2 结合了无机防晒活性成分,且表面通过超支化聚合物修饰,使得其分散性更好,有利于提高稳定性。
(5)本发明提供的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,所述中草药提取物是由如下重量份的各原料药制成:艾草1-4份、白石榴2-3份、菖蒲2-4份、苦瓜2-3份、虾青素1-3份、蒲公英2-5份、金盏花1-4份、薄荷1-3份、红三叶草3-5份、大青叶3-6份、马鞭草1-3份;各原料药协同作用,使得化妆品不仅具有较好的防晒效果,还能起到美白、润肤、祛斑、抗衰老等作用。
具体实施方式
以下描述用于揭露本发明以使本领域技术人员能够实现本发明。以下描述中的优选实施例只作为举例,本领域技术人员可以想到其他显而易见的变型。
本发明实施例所述N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球的主要制备方法参见申请号为201310380795.9的中国发明专利示范例1并加入N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺活性成分;所述纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2的制备方法与申请号为201910425260.6的中国发明专利示范例1的方法基本相同,不同的是用纳米二氧化钛代替纳米二氧化硅。所述煎煮温度为95℃。
实施例1
一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各组分:N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球3份、纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2 1份、D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物0.8份、中草药提取物2份、透皮剂0.1份、植物提取物1份、水40份、助溶剂3份、天然乳化剂0.5份。
所述助溶剂为甘油;所述植物提取物为卷心菜提取物、椰菜提取物按质量比3:5混合而成;所述植物提取物的规格为10:1,粒径为80目;所述透皮剂为冰片;所述天然乳化剂为卵磷脂。
所述中草药提取物是由如下重量份的各原料药制成:艾草1份、白石榴2份、菖蒲2份、苦瓜2份、虾青素1份、蒲公英2份、金盏花1份、薄荷1份、红三叶草3份、大青叶3份、马鞭草1份。
所述中草药提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料药按重量份混合得到混合药料,然后将混合药料放入水中煎煮提取1小时,后过滤,旋蒸浓缩,抽滤,干燥,得到中草药提取物;所述混合药料、水的质量比为1:4。

所述D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚加入到高沸点溶剂中搅拌均匀后形成溶液,然后向其中加入(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺,在130℃下搅拌反应13小时,后旋蒸除去溶剂,用乙醚洗涤,并置于真空干燥箱90℃下干燥至恒重,得到D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物;所述将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚、高沸点溶剂、(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为1:1:8:1:0.5;所述高沸点溶剂为N-甲基吡咯烷酮。
一种所述驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按重量份各组分混合均匀,在950r/min下搅拌30min,得到驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物。
实施例4
一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各组分:N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球3.5份、纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2 2.6份、D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物1.1份、中草药提取物2.8份、透皮剂0.25份、植物提取物1.8份、水55份、助溶剂4.5份、天然乳化剂0.9份。
所述助溶剂为甘油、超支化聚甘油G4代、乙二醇按质量比1:2:3混合而成;所述植物提取物为卷心菜提取物、椰菜提取物按质量比3:5混合而成;所述植物提取物的规格为10:1,粒径为95目;所述透皮剂为冰片、薄荷油、冬青油、丁香油按质量比1:1:3:2混合而成;所述天然乳化剂为卵磷脂、羊毛脂、羊毛醇、羊毛酸、蜂蜡按质量比1:2:2:1:1混合而成。
所述中草药提取物是由如下重量份的各原料药制成:艾草3.5份、白石榴2.8份、菖蒲3.5份、苦瓜2.8份、虾青素2.8份、蒲公英4.5份、金盏花3.5份、薄荷2.5份、红三叶草4.5份、大青叶5份、马鞭草2.5份。
所述中草药提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料药按重量份混合得到混合药料,然后将混合药料放入水中煎煮提取2.5小时,后过滤,旋蒸浓缩,抽滤,干燥,得到中草药提取物;所述混合药料、水的质量比为1:7.5。
所述D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚加入到高沸点溶剂中搅拌均匀后形成溶液,然后向其中加入(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺,在140℃下搅拌反应15小时,后旋蒸除去溶剂,用乙醚洗涤,并置于真空干燥箱93℃下干燥至恒重,得到D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物;所述将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚、高沸点溶剂、(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为1:1:9:1.1:0.5;所述高沸点溶剂为二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮按质量比1:3:5混合而成。
一种所述驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按重量份各组分混合均匀,在1000r/min下搅拌33min,得到驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物。
实施例5
一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各组分:N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球5份、纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2 3份、D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物1.2份、中草药提取物3份、透皮剂0.3份、植物提取物2份、水60份、助溶剂5份、天然乳化剂1份。
所述助溶剂为甘油;所述植物提取物为卷心菜提取物、椰菜提取物按质量比3:5混合而成;所述植物提取物的规格为10:1,粒径为100目;所述透皮剂为丁香油;所述天然乳化剂为卵磷脂。
所述中草药提取物是由如下重量份的各原料药制成:艾草4份、白石榴3份、菖蒲4份、苦瓜3份、虾青素3份、蒲公英5份、金盏花4份、薄荷3份、红三叶草5份、大青叶6份、马鞭草3份。
所述中草药提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料药按重量份混合得到混合药料,然后将混合药料放入水中煎煮提取3小时,后过滤,旋蒸浓缩,抽滤,干燥,得到中草药提取物;所述混合药料、水的质量比为1:8。
所述D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚加入到高沸点溶剂中搅拌均匀后形成溶液,然后向其中加入(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺,在150℃下搅拌反应16小时,后旋蒸除去溶剂,用乙醚洗涤,并置于真空干燥箱95℃下干燥至恒重,得到D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物;所述将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚、高沸点溶剂、(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为1:1:10:1.2:0.5;所述高沸点溶剂为二甲亚砜。
一种所述驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按重量份各组分混合均匀,在1100r/min下搅拌35min,得到驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物。

本例提供一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同的是没有添加N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球和纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2。
对比例2
本例提供一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同的是没有添加D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物。
对比例3
本例提供一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其配方和制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同的是没有添加植物提取物、中草药提取物。
对比例4
本例提供常见防晒乳对比例(购买渠道阿里巴巴采购网,粤G妆网备字2019203***,广州某化妆品有限公司)
为了进一步说明本发明实施例的有益技术效果,对各例的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物进行性能测试,测试方法参见申请号为202010118276 .5的专利文献,实验结果见表1。其中涂敷后的舒帖感、美白滋润皮肤、抗衰老、祛斑、护理功效是每组选取20名志愿者进行综合评分,取每组志愿者评分的平均值作为改组得分;评分标准从0-5分,分数越高,舒帖感、美白滋润皮肤、起到抗衰老、祛斑、护理综合效果越好。

从表1可以看出,通过本发明实施例公开的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物SPF值≥66.5,而对比例≤57.1,PA值≥20.0,而对比例≤9;且舒帖感、美白滋润皮肤、起到抗衰老、祛斑、护理综合效果分数更高;可见,本发明实施例公开的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物临床改善效果明显由于对比例,这是N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球和纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2、D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物、植物提取物和中草药提取物协同作用的结果。
以上所述仅是本发明的部分实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进,这些改进应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的各组分:N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球3-5份、纳米杂化超支化聚合物HB-TiO2 1-3份、D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物0.8-1.2份、中草药提取物2-3份、透皮剂0.1-0.3份、植物提取物1-2份、水40-60份、助溶剂3-5份、天然乳化剂0.5-1份;
所述植物提取物为卷心菜提取物、椰菜提取物按质量比3:5混合而成;
所述中草药提取物是由如下重量份的各原料药制成:艾草1-4份、白石榴2-3份、菖蒲2-4份、苦瓜2-3份、虾青素1-3份、蒲公英2-5份、金盏花1-4份、薄荷1-3份、红三叶草3-5份、大青叶3-6份、马鞭草1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述助溶剂为甘油、超支化聚甘油G4代、乙二醇中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述植物提取物的规格为10:1,粒径为80-100目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述透皮剂为冰片、薄荷油、冬青油、丁香油中的至少一种;所述天然乳化剂为卵磷脂、羊毛脂、羊毛醇、羊毛酸、蜂蜡中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述中草药提取物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料药按重量份混合得到混合药料,然后将混合药料放入水中煎煮提取1-3小时,后过滤,旋蒸浓缩,抽滤,干燥,得到中草药提取物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述混合药料、水的质量比为1:(4-8)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述的N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺多孔植物蛋白纳米微球制备方法为,将明胶和纳米植物蛋白按质量比2:1混合,在60℃下溶解于蒸馏水中,将N,N-二乙基-2-羟基-2-苯乙酰胺按照质量比1:10和上述溶液混合,在280~450r/min、35℃低温下搅拌3~4.5h,冷却至室温,加入分散剂,经水洗、抽滤、自然风干、超微粉碎干燥后即得;
所述纳米植物蛋白制备方法为:将植物纤维素、蒸馏水按质量比1:10~1:20混合,在功率为2500W、振荡频率为28kHz下超声4h后,在-20℃~-5℃下加入无水乙醇,冷冻干燥粉碎,得到纳米植物蛋白。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚加入到高沸点溶剂中搅拌均匀后形成溶液,然后向其中加入(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺,在110-150℃下搅拌反应8-16小时,后旋蒸除去溶剂,用乙醚洗涤,并置于真空干燥箱85-95℃下干燥至恒重,得到D-樟脑酸/端羟基聚醚缩聚物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物,其特征在于,所述将D-樟脑酸、端羟基聚醚、高沸点溶剂、(1-(3-二甲氨基丙基)-3-乙基碳二亚胺盐酸盐)、N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺的摩尔比为1:1:(6-10):(0.8-1.2):0.5;所述高沸点溶剂为二甲亚砜、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、N-甲基吡咯烷酮中的至少一种。
10.一种根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:按重量份各组分混合均匀,在800-1100r/min下搅拌25-35min,得到驱蚊防晒化妆品组合物。
