Description

Hair care peptide essence emulsion and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of application of bioactive peptides, in particular to hair care peptide essence emulsion and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The hair care peptide is an active peptide which can quickly repair hair in a short time, is derived from keratin, is safe and free of side effects, can not only strengthen the toughness and elasticity of the hair and make the hair smooth and glossy, but also can recover damaged hair from root sources by stabilizing keratin chains to reorganize the hair structure and reapply the vitality of the hair.
At present, the hair care peptide is usually matched with other functional components to prepare a high-efficiency hair care product, such as essence emulsion, which has the excellent characteristic of easy application and no washing, and can be completely absorbed by only taking a proper amount of essence emulsion to be uniformly applied to hair and lightly massaging for 1-3 minutes, so that the hair care peptide is more and more favored by consumers. However, the sensitive muscle group with damaged skin barrier is often limited in the selection of the product, and the sensitive muscle group has poor resistance to external stimulus and weak repair capability, so that the skin is usually in a high reaction state, and once the skin barrier is damaged, the sebum membrane or the stratum corneum of the skin is often damaged, and the substances which can be absorbed by normal groups are treated in a very different way.
In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventors believe that the essence cream containing hair care peptides on the market at present is not suitable for people with sensitive muscles whose skin barrier is damaged in order to pursue more powerful hair care effects, and is often too weak to cause excessive reactions such as scalp itching and redness of scalp, and causes phenomena of hair dryness and breakage after a large amount of long-term use. Therefore, there is a need to propose a solution to the above technical problems.

/>
As can be seen by combining example 1 and comparative examples 4-10 and combining table 2, the donkey collagen peptide, prinsepia utilis royle oil and fermented dendrobium candidum are matched, so that the hair care peptide essence emulsion is excellent in the reduction rate of percutaneous water loss, the irritation rating, the evaluation of scalp ecological balance and the improvement rate of glossiness after being applied to sensitive muscle groups with damaged skin barriers; if only any one or two of donkey bone collagen peptide, prinsepia utilis royle oil and fermented dendrobium candidum are used, the effects are limited, and the effects are simply overlapped, so that the obvious synergistic effect can be brought only when the three are compounded; when the donkey bone collagen peptide, the prinsepia utilis royle oil and the fermented dendrobium candidum are not used, the reduction rate of the percutaneous water loss is found to be negative, which indicates that the skin barrier is greatly damaged, and the stimulation effect is possibly brought to other functional components in the absorption process, and the release effect of any one or two of the donkey bone collagen peptide, the prinsepia royle oil and the fermented dendrobium candidum on the stimulation is extremely limited, so that the prescription can bring a larger action effect in the aspect only when the three components are compounded.
As can be seen by combining example 1 and comparative examples 1-3 and combining table 2, the fermented dendrobium candidum is obtained by double-bacteria fermentation and stimulation regulation and control by using ganoderan in the fermentation process, so that the obtained fermented dendrobium candidum can exert a better matching effect with donkey collagen peptide and prinsepia utilis royle oil after application, and the obtained fermented dendrobium candidum by single-bacteria fermentation or lack of ganoderan for stimulation regulation and control finds that the hair care peptide essence emulsion has obvious loss in the reduction rate of percutaneous water loss, the evaluation of scalp ecological balance and the improvement rate of glossiness; in combination with examples 6-7 and Table 2, it can be seen that the hair care peptide essence emulsion has excellent effect on the application of sensitive muscle groups with damaged skin barrier when the ratio of the combined fermentation of yeast and lactobacillus is 3:7.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1-3 and 8 and the combination of table 2, when the weight ratio of donkey collagen peptide, prinsepia utilis royle oil and fermented dendrobium candidum is 6:1:1.5, the hair care peptide essence emulsion is more suitable for people with sensitive muscle with damaged skin barrier, and can also show excellent hair care effect.
As can be seen from the combination of examples 1 and 9-14 and the combination of table 2, the application of the functional auxiliary agent comprising the citrus hydrosol, fish gravy and tea bran micropowder in the specific weight ratio ranges to the hair care peptide essence cream can bring forward improvement in the aspects of reduction rate of percutaneous water loss, evaluation of scalp ecological balance and improvement rate of glossiness, wherein the improvement effect brought by the functional auxiliary agent is excellent when the weight ratio of the citrus hydrosol, fish gravy and tea bran micropowder is 4.5:1:0.5. It can be seen from the combination of examples 15 to 20 and table 2 that if only any one or two of the citrus water-soluble pectin, fish gravy and tea bran micropowder is added, the corresponding effects can be simply improved, but the improvement space is limited, and only the simple superposition of the effects is achieved, and only when the three components are used together, the obvious matching effect can be achieved, so that the applicability of the hair care peptide essence emulsion to sensitive muscle groups with damaged skin barriers is high, and the hair care effect is also excellent.
The present embodiment is only for explanation of the present application and is not to be construed as limiting the present application, and modifications to the present embodiment, which may not creatively contribute to the present application as required by those skilled in the art after reading the present specification, are all protected by patent laws within the scope of claims of the present application.
