Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cat litter, and particularly relates to plant source puffed cat litter and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Pets are now present in the homes of many people and pet cat raising is an option for many people, but the problem of pet cat excretion and its importance in the process of pet cat raising, which can cause environmental pollution if pet cats excrete everywhere. The cat litter can well solve the problem, and provide convenience for the family cat care. The cat litter types commonly found in the market at present mainly comprise bean curd cat litter, crystal cat litter, bentonite cat litter, sawdust cat litter and the like.
The crystal cat litter is semitransparent granular beads or irregular particles, and some brands can be doped with beads with different colors, so that the crystal cat litter has the effects of mildew resistance, antibiosis, deodorization and the like. The advantage of the crystal cat litter is that the crystal cat litter has strong absorption capacity, and the beads can change color after absorbing urine until the whole basin changes color about eight times, so that the cat litter can be completely replaced. However, in the preparation process, the cat litter can generate a lot of dust, the raw materials are difficult to obtain and have high cost, and the substances such as silica gel and crystal are harmful to people and cats, and the antibacterial property is not good.
The cat litter with the pea fiber and the corn starch as main raw materials has mild smell and good agglomerating capacity, and the cat is less affected by miseating, and the cat litter has less pollution to the environment, but can be adhered to a cat litter basin.
The existing cat litter technology is designed and invented mainly in the aspects of dust reduction, peculiar smell removal, easy treatment, environmental protection and the like, so that a plant source puffed cat litter and a preparation method thereof are needed to be provided so as to improve the water absorption performance and the safety performance of the cat litter.
