Abstract

夹形板金螺母用于插装到一个支承板(11)上,在该板金螺母的一只脚(6)上具有一个螺纹压痕(3)并在其另一只脚(2)上具有一个螺钉通孔(4)。在该通孔的周围,沿孔围的至少四分之三开割出一个环形的定心条(9),沿插入方向看,该定心条(9)的后部是朝有螺纹的脚(6)上翘的。为了在插装板金螺纹时能使定心条没有障碍地退让到从其中开割出定心条(9)的夹紧脚(2)的孔(4)中,定心条(9)在其整个长度上弯边90°。

Description

带定心条的夹形板金螺母
本发明涉及一种用于插到一个支承板上的夹形板金螺母。该板金螺母由两只呈C形互连的脚构成,在其中的一只脚上具有螺纹压痕,并在另一只脚上具有螺钉通孔。在该通孔的周围,沿孔围的至少四分之三处开割出一个环形的定心条,沿插装方向看,该定心条的后部是朝有螺纹的那只脚倾斜上翘的。
这种插装式螺母用于使支承板,如汽车的车身板与其它的构件或板连接。其中,定心条所提供的优点在于,在插装时,板金螺纹被精确地定位在支承板的紧固孔的上方并且在事后把螺钉拧入螺纹时毋需再被把持。特别是对难以到达的紧固孔而言,这可使装配大为简化。
如果支承板有一保护层,如一层漆,则该层漆不得因紧固过程受到损害。因此,重要的是,定心条在插装板金螺母时可软性地回弹并可无障碍地插入从其中开割出定心条的夹紧脚的孔内。为了满足这一要求,在本发明所基于的、DE2828078C2所描述的现有技术中,定心条是这样开割出的,即定心条被一个经铲背的范围所包围。而为了铲背,夹紧脚必须加宽,据此,作为原材料,需求相应有所加宽的金属条。此外,在位置狭窄的情况下,有所加大的夹紧脚完度会造成障碍。
本发明的任务在于,在本发明书开头所述的板金螺母中提供如此形状的定心条,即在具有同样好的弹性的情况下可不进行铲背并因此也需要更少的板料来制作板金螺母。
按照本发明,解决以上任务的技术方案在于,开割出的定心条在其整个长度上弯边90°并据此相对于夹紧脚的平面是竖直的。据此,定心条可有利地更深地插入支承板的紧固孔中并从而产生更好的定心效果。此外,竖直的定心条的外径小于传统的、平的定心条的外径。据此,由于定心条的外径变小,支承板内的通孔也可相应变小。
本发明的优点特别是表现在定心环的结构上,其中,定心条经由两个平行的、可轻易弹起的桥形接片与夹紧脚相连并且其处在桥形接片之间的外棱转到上翘位置。
在附图中示出了本发明的板金螺母的一个实施例,下面详细说明该实施例。附图所示为:

图4预装到支承板上的、处于定心位置的板金螺母。
在图中示出的板金螺母由两只呈C形互连的脚1和2构成,其中,在一只脚1上有螺纹3并在另一只脚2上有一个用于待旋入螺纹3的螺钉的通孔4。
其中,带螺纹的脚1具有一个沿插装方向“A”呈漏斗形上翘的引入脚5,在本实施例中,该引入脚5经由两个可轻易上弹的桥形接片6和一个横向壁7与另一夹紧脚2相连。据此,在把板金螺母插装到具有不同厚度的支承板上时,带螺纹的脚1可总是平贴在支承板上。
螺纹3处在一个所谓的螺纹套8中,该螺纹套8是以公开的深拉伸方法从带螺纹的脚1中成型出的。当然,替代螺纹套8,也可设置一个具有仅一个螺纹导程的、用于旋入所谓的板金螺钉的螺纹压痕3。
在通孔4的周围,沿孔围的至少四分之三处,从夹紧脚2中开割出一个定心条9,该定心条9经由两个平行的桥形接片10可轻易上弹地与夹紧脚2相连并且沿插装方向“A”看,其后部是朝带螺纹的脚1上翘的。该定心条9的用途在于,在板金螺母被插装到支承板11上时(参见图4),使板金螺母精确地定位在紧固孔12的上方,其定位方式在于,定心条9先退让到夹紧脚2的平面上,然后回弹到紧固孔12中并卡在紧固孔12中。
如特别是从图2和3中所看到的那样,定心条9在其整个长度上弯边90°,其中,外缘13最好是竖直的。据此,在定心条9和夹紧脚2上的通过冲裁出定心条9所形成的切削边14之间产生一个小的间距“a”,其优点在于,定心条9在没有象现有技术那样进行铲背的情况下也能弹入夹紧脚2所在的平面。
在加工工艺上,可把定心条简单地扭转或者弯边到竖直位置,其措施在于,在条9的下方放置一个凹模,该凹模的内径小于被冲裁出的、但仍是平的条9的外径,并随后用一个凸模把该条9压入上述凹模。凸模的外径比平的条9的内径大一些。届时,凸模和凹模之间的空隙应大致等于定心条9的厚度,据此,条9在进入凹模时被强制弯边90°。

Claims (2)

1.用于插到一个支承板(11)上的夹形板金螺母,在其一只脚(6)上具有一个螺纹压痕(3)并在其另一只脚(2)上具有一个螺钉通孔(4),其中,在该通孔的周围,沿孔围的至少四分之三开割出一个环形的定心条(9),沿插入方向看,该定心条9的后部是朝有螺纹的脚(6)上翘的,其特征在于,定心条(9)在其整个长度上弯边90°。
2.按照权利要求1所述的夹形板金螺母,其中,定心条(9)经由两个平行的、可轻易弹起的桥形接片(10)与夹紧脚(2)相连,其特征在于,定心条(9)的外棱(13)在桥形接片(10)之间转入竖直位置。
