Determining, from among the recorded test anomalies of the central server, whether the first test anomaly matches the same test anomaly that has been recorded;
When matching to the existence of the recorded identical test anomaly, sending process information of the recorded identical test anomaly matched with the first test anomaly to the first diagnosis server, wherein the process information is used for representing: a second diagnostic server of the diagnostic servers of the plurality of server production plants handles the same test anomaly.
2. The server production test anomaly handling method of claim 1, further comprising, after the receiving the first test anomaly sent by the first diagnostic server of the first server production plant:
Establishing a first test exception handling task based on the first test exception, wherein the first test exception handling task corresponds to a first task handling interface;
after matching to the existence of the recorded identical test anomalies, further comprising:
Adding the first test abnormality and the recorded same test abnormality as reference information to the first task processing interface;
and responding to the first terminal to successfully log in the central server, and controlling the first terminal corresponding to the first diagnosis server to display the first task processing interface.
3. The server production test anomaly handling method of claim 2, further comprising, after the sending of the process information of the same recorded test anomaly that matches the first test anomaly to the first diagnostic server:
judging the recorded processing state of the same test abnormality in the first test abnormality processing task;
When the processing state of the recorded identical test exception is processed, sending a solution in the processed processing procedure information of the recorded identical test exception to the first diagnosis server so that the first diagnosis server automatically processes the first test exception based on the solution;
