Optionally, in the sending module 300, the task binding relationship further includes: and maintaining state information, wherein the maintaining state information is used for indicating the current maintaining state of the abnormal working equipment borne by the corresponding operation terminal.
The sending module 300 is further configured to:
receiving task state information sent by an operation terminal, wherein the task state information is used for indicating the current maintenance state of the abnormal working equipment;
updating maintenance state information in the task binding relationship according to the task state information, and acquiring the updated task binding relationship;
and sending the updated task binding relationship to each operation terminal.
Optionally, the first receiving module 200 is further configured to:
receiving task completion information sent by an operation terminal, wherein the task completion information comprises an identifier of a working device which is maintained;
detecting whether a heartbeat message of the maintained working equipment is received within a preset time length or not according to the task completion information;
and if so, recording that the maintenance of the maintenance-completed working equipment is completed.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an operation and maintenance device applied to an operating terminal for a working device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and referring to fig. 7, in another aspect of the embodiment of the present invention, an operation and maintenance device for a working device is provided, and is applied to an operating terminal, the operating terminal is in communication connection with a server, and the server is also in communication connection with a plurality of working devices, and the apparatus includes: a second receiving module 400, an input module 500, and a third receiving module 600.
The second receiving module 400 is configured to receive operation and maintenance task information sent by the server, where the operation and maintenance task information includes an identifier of at least one abnormal working device.
The input module 500 is configured to input and send task carrying information to the server according to the operation and maintenance task information, where the task carrying information includes an identifier of one or more abnormal working devices.
A third receiving module 600, configured to receive a task binding relationship sent by the server according to the task receiving information, where the task binding relationship includes: the task binding relationship is synchronously sent to other operation terminals related to the server by the server.

sending task state information to a server, wherein the task state information is used for indicating the current maintenance state of the abnormal working equipment;
and receiving the updated task binding relationship sent by the server according to the task state information, wherein the updated task binding relationship is synchronously sent to other operation terminals associated with the server by the server.

Claims (10)

acquiring an identifier of at least one abnormal working device, and sending operation and maintenance task information to each operation terminal, wherein the operation and maintenance task information comprises the identifier of the at least one abnormal working device;
receiving task carrying information sent by the operating terminal according to the operation and maintenance task information, wherein the task carrying information comprises one or more abnormal identifiers of the working equipment;
sending a task binding relationship to each operation terminal according to the task carrying information, wherein the task binding relationship comprises: the identifier of the operation terminal and the identifier of the abnormal working equipment which is accepted.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein said obtaining an identification of at least one anomalous working device comprises:
if the heartbeat message sent by the working equipment is not received after the preset time length is exceeded, determining that the working equipment is abnormal, and acquiring the identifier of the working equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the task binding relationship further comprises: maintaining state information, wherein the maintaining state information is used for indicating the current maintaining state of the abnormal working equipment borne by the corresponding operation terminal;
the method further comprises the following steps:
receiving task state information sent by the operating terminal, wherein the task state information is used for indicating the current maintenance state of the abnormal working equipment;
updating maintenance state information in the task binding relationship according to the task state information, and acquiring the updated task binding relationship;
and sending the updated task binding relationship to each operation terminal.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the task carrying information sent by the operation terminal according to the operation and maintenance task information, the method further comprises:
receiving task completion information sent by the operating terminal, wherein the task completion information comprises an identifier of the maintained working equipment;
detecting whether the heartbeat message of the maintained working equipment is received within preset time length or not according to the task completion information;
and if so, recording the completion of the maintenance of the maintained working equipment.

The operation and maintenance method for the working equipment is applied to an operation terminal, the operation terminal is in communication connection with a server, the server is also in communication connection with a plurality of working equipment, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving operation and maintenance task information sent by the server, wherein the operation and maintenance task information comprises an identifier of at least one abnormal working device;
inputting and sending task carrying information to the server according to the operation and maintenance task information, wherein the task carrying information comprises one or more abnormal identifiers of the working equipment;
receiving a task binding relationship sent by the server according to the task carrying information, wherein the task binding relationship comprises: the task binding relationship is synchronously sent to other operation terminals related to the server by the server.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the task binding relationship further comprises: maintaining state information, wherein the maintaining state information is used for indicating the current maintaining state of the abnormal working equipment borne by the corresponding operation terminal;
the method further comprises the following steps:
sending task state information to the server, wherein the task state information is used for indicating the current maintenance state of the abnormal working equipment;
and receiving an updated task binding relationship sent by the server according to the task state information, wherein the updated task binding relationship is synchronously sent to other operation terminals associated with the server by the server.
