determining a yarn mixing detection result according to the output result of the trained neural network model;
the trained neural network model comprises a convolutional neural network model comprising:
the first convolutional neural network model is used for identifying yarn states in the real-time monitoring image and marking the identified yarn states, wherein the yarn states comprise normal yarn and mixed yarn;
the second convolutional neural network model is used for identifying ID information of packing machine equipment where the mixed yarn is located when the yarn state is the mixed yarn;
after the real-time monitoring image is obtained, performing image processing on the real-time monitoring image, wherein the image processing on the real-time monitoring image comprises performing image enhancement processing on the real-time monitoring image so as to obtain an enhanced image;
the image enhancement processing comprises the steps of firstly carrying out gray scale processing on a real-time monitoring image to obtain a gray scale image, and then carrying out normalization processing on the gray scale image to obtain a standardized image; the standardized image is subjected to gamma conversion, global histogram equalization and local histogram statistical processing in sequence, and a preliminary enhanced image is obtained; finally, sharpening the preliminary enhanced image to obtain an enhanced image;
generating a packer device stop drive signal from the yarn mixing alarm signal, comprising:
extracting ID information of packing machine equipment in the yarn mixing alarm signal;
and generating a pause driving signal of the packing machine according to the ID information of the packing machine, wherein the pause driving signal is used for controlling the packing machine to pause the packing action.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein transmitting the warning message to the processing terminal corresponding to the baling machine according to the yarn mixing warning signal comprises:
extracting ID information of packing machine equipment in the yarn mixing alarm signal;
determining a processing terminal corresponding to the packing machine according to the ID information of the packing machine;
generating text alarm information according to the yarn mixing alarm signal, wherein the text alarm information comprises ID information of packing machine equipment;
and sending the text alarm information to a processing terminal corresponding to the packing machine equipment.
3. The baler yarn blending processing method of claim 1, further comprising:
generating a voice alarm signal and a light alarm signal according to the yarn mixing alarm signal;
and controlling a loudspeaker to send out a voice alarm according to the voice alarm signal, and controlling an indicator lamp to send out a light alarm according to the light alarm signal.
4. The baler yarn blending processing method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a recovery signal sent by a processing terminal;
and generating a packer equipment starting driving signal and an alarm stopping signal according to the recovery signal, wherein the packer starting driving signal is used for driving the packer equipment to start and run, and the alarm stopping signal is used for stopping sending the alarm signal and recovering the function of acquiring the real-time monitoring image of the yarn mixing monitoring equipment.
5. A baling press yarn mixing processing device for realizing the baling press yarn mixing processing method of any one of claims 1 to 4, characterized by comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring real-time monitoring images of the yarn mixing monitoring equipment;
the yarn mixing detection module is used for carrying out yarn mixing detection on the real-time monitoring image to obtain a yarn mixing detection result;
the alarm signal generation module is used for generating a yarn mixing alarm signal if the yarn mixing detection result indicates that yarn mixing exists;
and the alarm signal pushing module is used for generating a packer equipment pause driving signal according to the yarn mixing alarm signal and sending alarm information to processing terminals corresponding to the packer equipment according to the yarn mixing alarm signal, wherein each packer equipment is provided with unique ID information, and each processing terminal at least corresponds to one packer equipment.

A baler yarn blending processing system, comprising: the yarn mixing monitoring device, the driving device of the packing machine, the processing terminal and the yarn mixing processing device of the packing machine of claim 5 are all in communication connection with the yarn mixing processing device of the packing machine,
the yarn mixing monitoring equipment is used for monitoring the working state of the packing machine equipment in real time and obtaining real-time monitoring images;
the yarn mixing processing device of the packer is used for judging whether yarn mixing exists according to the real-time monitoring image and generating a yarn mixing alarm signal when the yarn mixing exists;
the packer driving device is used for suspending driving of packer equipment according to the yarn mixing alarm signal;
the processing terminal is used for receiving the yarn mixing alarm signal.
